Chapter 23: Chapter 22 ~ Father

Violet passed out for a while, and when she opened her eyes, she found that the cell had become quiet and empty.

Her head was very heavy because of the pain, and blood covered her face because of the blow she had suffered in the head.

But the thing that made her feel uncomfortable was the voice calling her name, so Violet stood up, ignoring all the pain in her head and started walking towards the source of the voice.

It turned out later that voice belonged to Violet's father, he was standing on the snowy ground, with signs of exhaustion, yet he was raising his hands in front of his face and shouting loudly.

"Violet! Are you here!"

She was relieved to see her father. and she wanted to come down but it was too high, if she fell, she would most likely get some broken bones.

So she started looking left and right, looking for a way out. She saw the plank, which was about twenty meters away from her. But the plank is in the deck, and Violet is now at the edge of the second floor.

But as she looked closely at the plank, Violet saw a man coming down the plank, and soon remembered who he was. 

He's the captain of the ship, the man who was about to kill Temari, and he's the one who hits Violet's head with the ground.

This was Violet's description of that man, because she did not yet know that this man had brought the destruction to the village, and she had not seen what happened with her own eyes.

"You're so loud, old man, who is this Violet you're looking for? Hmm... Excuse me, maybe I'm asking the wrong question. The right question is, Why do you want to die that much?"

Apparently, the captain was heading straight for Violet's father, so she felt she had to move to save her father quickly.

She turned her back and started running, she didn't know where she was going, she was just running, looking for any exit, any way to the plank.

And on her way she saw two pirates.

Features of shock appeared on their faces, and one of them said in a tense and angry tone;

"The lightning whore has woken up! That's bad... The captain will know we're late in putting the shackles on her!"

His friend answered him quickly;

"This is not the time to talk, take out your sword and aim at her feet!"

"Her feet? Are you crazy? The captain will kill me if she loses a foot because of me."

"Okay! Go away! I'll show you how to stop her, coward man!"

One of them pushed the other and wanted to stop Violet alone, at that time Violet was running towards them without stopping.

"Don't stand in my way!" she said angry.

Her eyes started to turn a light purple color, her anger at that moment was enough to awaken a small part of her power.

*Zap!*

Small sparks of lightning shot out from all over her body, and this electric shock caused the two men to lose the ability to move their bodies. They fell to the ground like flies that had been sprayed with poisonous gas.

Violet continued on her way, turning right and then left without finding any way out.

'Damn this! where is the right way!'

A few seconds later, Violet arrived in a cell similar to the one she was in, but this cell seemed fine, unlike the other cell that had become shattered.

Violet walked towards the door to find a group of women being held, the women were looking at Violet in astonishment and then one of them said;

"Aren't you the girl who was in the village this morning! oh my god what happened to your face it's full of blood."

In contrast to how they looked at her this morning, the women began to be friendly to Violet and asked her some questions. Unlike the morning, they looked at her with hatred and envy because she stole the attention of the men.

But this was beyond Violet's thoughts.

Violet's appearance was slightly frightening at that moment, purple eyes glowing and a face full of blood. But she didn't pay attention to all this, she just put her hand on the iron poles of the cell and said;

"What are you doing here… why are you in such a dangerous place?"

The women were silent for a while, marveling at how stupid she was. But their ideas were wrong, she wasn't stupid, she just didn't get a proper explanation.

Violet passed out for four full hours, then woke up in a cell, and a quarter of an hour after she woke up, she found herself fighting the strongest man on this ship. The fight ended with her lose by one blow, And she lost consciousness for ten minutes.

At these ten minutes, the captain headed up to the deck with Temari and Flora. The point was to throw Temari into the sea because she knew this disaster would happen.

The pirates described her as a demon and decided to kill her immediately. The captain gives orders to two pirates to restrain Violet, but she regained her consciousness faster than they expected. This is why their mission to subdue Violet fails.

Before she regained consciousness. In the deck, the pirates were preparing a plank on the other side of the ship, where the cold water and various kinds of predatory fish were.

Temari put her foot on that plank quietly and said;

"I am not going to die here. If someone is going to kill me today, that person must be Violet."

The pirates laughed at that girl's words, thinking that they were her last words. But at that moment, they all heard the voice of someone shouting out;

"Violet!"

At this point, Violet started to regain consciousness and the meeting between her and Raiden started to come to a close.
