Chapter 10: 10: CP-0 Verses Unknown Fruit

Maya was still trying out her new powers as she absorbed the entire body of her opponent in todays arena fight. her plan was to test out her powers more in a comfort of her invisible world.

She tried picking his pockets without surprise finding a lot of useful items including: a decorative silver dagger hat seemed more like a present then a functional weapon. a few earrings, rings, bracelets of many different styles and taste's. Digging deeper she pound several bags of money.

By removing his armor and cloths she stumbled upon a an unusual metallic stone hung on a simple string that was hidden inside a secret pocket wrapped in an old really worn out black cloth.

{Why hide such a simple thing in such a secretive way?} Maya's brain was in a stake of confusion.

A loud THUD sound of something heavy falling down nearby snapped Maya out of her thoughts as she saw the man who smashed her revenge on the fat pig of the Celestial Dragon.

Maya was so close to laying THE PUNCH that she was drooling for that to happen that she could taste it.

But this muscle head stopped her when Maya was less then a inch away from her goal.

Maya totally forgot about the unusual floating watermelon in the air.

As His eyes were latterly glued to it.

Before this situation as she was invisible she could escape the guards.

This time the unusual situation of something flying by itself in the midleg of destruction now showed her invisibility was too noticeable to the enemy.

Nuke was absolutely sure that that the girl who he was looking for is using her Devil Fruit Power to be invisible. But as far as he knew the invisibility fruit was already used by another CP-0 called "Red Apple".

{This must be a variant of that woman's power. } His mind began remembering of how that blood crazy girl used her ability and as the CP members are constantly put against each other many times to help them grow Nuke prepared accordingly.

"RANKYAKU" Nuke swung his hand as if it was a sward. As an air ripped itself apart and with haste an attack using air pressure in a form of a cutting slice flew out.

This harsh attack continued to cut air as it flew fast in the direction of the floating watermelon cutting a huge slash in trees and buildings as it gashed on its way.

Maya was too slow to respond fast enough and had to eat this attack head on.

To the surprise of both the attack did nothing to her as it just fazed right throe Mayas body just like it was not their at all and just created more devastation as it leveled several buildings before stopping.

The watermelon was absolutely smashed to dust during the attack but the slave did not reappear.

Nuke was absolutely shore that that attack should have removed her ability or at least create some kind of damage.

But as the slice that should cut all things apart as it ripped the air with immense pressure was not something simple that many could just tank like it did not exist.

"Show yourself you little slut!" Nuke roared in desperation.

No matter how hard he stared even using his simple observation haki that he just started learning. Nuke could not see or find the invisible girl.

A chill crawled up his spine as he felt danger but not see from which direction to defend from.

"TAKKAI" It was the only option in this unknown situation as this Devils Fruits ability was not the same as the one that Red Apple used. And his body hardened as if it was made of metal. 

CLANG a sound of metal on metal came from his neck as sparks flew.

As the attack was from the left side Nuke punched in that direction forming his hand into a gun.

"FINGER GUN" the same attack that stopped Maya from achieving her goal was thrown into her face.

As a hard explosive power was released point blank as if her face was visible.

Maya was not happy to see it do absolutely nothing to her as it just pierced her shoulder or at least it should have done that.

The attack just went into her body and continued on behind but her shoulder without any pain or leaving any damage.

The entire thing was just as if was not even touched.

All the big attack do was to create a huge hole in a thick city wall several feet in the direction of the gun shot.

Maya just understood from these two point blank hits that no attack was going to hurt her no matter how hard it was used.

But she could use weapons and even coat them in her power to make them disappear.

She just became the worlds first untouchable assassin.

But the only problem now is this muscle brain can use his body like a shield and all she had is a mall knife as a weapon and the four swords from the dead pirate.

Her current weapon will not damage her opponent and he cant hurt her too.

So as no one can do anything to the other and to continue to fight will not achieve anything. Their is no choice as to give up.

Nuke was not happy that he was not able to find a way to hurt his enemy.

The worst part was that she could just leave and disappear from him and he can't do a thing about it as she was invisible and seemed to somehow not get hurt by his attacks.

Realizing that the only way to win was to remove this power he tried to use sea stone as his last ditch effort.

But Maya has moved from her previous location right after the enemy's attack, because just standing their to be a punching bag hear will not be a good idea.

No matter how much Maya wanted to test her abilities and to know what it was capable of and its weaknesses. She was not dumb enough to do that using a powerfully dangerous enemy with unknown abilities and strange power as a tool.

If Maya continued to allow him to use different attacks eventually something will work and she was not strong enough to take on an attack of that power.

So she just decided to first go get her favorite SMASHER back and than use this new power that can keep her safe to go back and shatter that mans face in.

And simply without a care in the world Maya strolled off towards the arena.

Nuke on the other hand took out a pair of sea stone cuffs and began using them like nunchucks. 

He swung up and then sideways in the same direction that the first attack came from.

Feeling no response he twirled them fast and swung them in every direction possible with ferocity.

"Get your ass out and fight me you little girl!" Nuke roared in frustration as he hit nothing but air.

{Where is she?} his movement began to create openings and slow down faking getting tired in hopes that his enemy will use that to attack him.

{As soon as she attacks me I will know where she is and than I can finally find her.} Nuke was too blatant in his actions and Maya was not going to fall for it.

She just used this time to go with a smile on her face as she herd courses and sounds of destruction as Nuke was latterly going nuclear back their as he threw attacks at nothing but shadows.
