Not much to say this time, for real.

Zou was perhaps the shortest arc so far. Alabasta was three chapters long too but it began at half point of the manga’s arc, so can we really say it counts?

Here are the fun facts:

The Zou arc was not supposed to exist. Rick should have left the crew again to take care of his business (you know what it is).
Rick would have come back for Whole Cake Island, following Luffy’s vivre card.
With no Zou arc, there would have been a focus on the other characters not belonging to the crew, especially on the Revolution Army side. (more about that in a future NaCB, maybe…)
