Chapter 2: Chapter 2: Awaken,Shiny Constellation Guardian Taurus ! (1)

The girl could hear a sound to her left nearby, the noise was repeating non-stop, not giving any signal that it would stop, similar to an annoying alarm.

She slowly opened her eyes and looked to her left and there it was, an regular alarm that was showing the time while beeping non-stop, she looked at the time, groggily for an second, then, when realization dawned on her she got up and immediately started undressing from her pajamas and putting on her school uniform, after it, she combed what she could of her hair before putting on her shoes and then grabbed her schoolbag, all in a hurry.

Exiting her room, she hurries downstairs where she sees what appears to be two small boxes wrapped in a dark-blue blanket, with the boxes releasing a smell of familiar homemade cooking, when she gets close to it, she notices a small note under the wrapped , when she picks it up there's a message saying:

'Here's your breakfast and lunch, have a nice day ! (:'

The girl sighed, because it was most likely another day that her mother would be at work all day until night, it's been awhile since the two actually had the chance to have an actual conversation, but she didn't mind it too much, after all, since the girl's dad died, her mother had to take more shifts at work to pay for not only the both of them, but also for her younger brother, she understood and appreciated her dedication but...she would be lying if she said that she didn't missed her from time to time.

Then, the girl snapped from her thoughts and remembered that she was late, she hurried in the direction of the door where she took the third and last reserve key that was on top of a drawer on the way to the door, this way, her mother could leave the house early without needing to worry about she and her brother not being able to leave home for school or in case of an emergency.

Outside, she locked the door and tried to open it to make sure that it was locked, last time, she ended up not locking it properly and ended up leaving the door essentially unlocked for everyone that wanted to enter, luckily, no one seemed to take the free opportunity to rob the house, and, even more luckily, her mother didn't find out, otherwise, she might had gotten into a "be careful for what you wish for" type of situation,but unluckily, her brother DID find out, but nothing that doing his homework and a little bit of my allowance as bribery couldn't fix.

She needed now to hurry now, she might just make it if she hurries there as long as there's no distractions, no setbacks and no...she couldn't finish that thought before tripping and falling face-first into the ground, although it didn't hurt that much it was still surprising nonetheless, when she looked back at what it was it seemed to be an black dog, a labrador,specifically, they seemed to be hurt, she then came to the dogs aid crouching down to have a better look.

"Oh no ! I am so sorry, are you okay ?! Where does it hurt ?"

She asked frantically, honestly, she had no idea how to help him, the girl considered bringing him to a vet, But she didn't really know where there was one since her family never had any pets, at least, as far as she can remember.

Then the dog barked, snapping the girl out of her panicked state, then it started patting with both its paws at a loosely put band-aid on its forehead, seemingly, wanting it off.

"Do you want me to take it off ? Ok then !"

When she took the band-aid off it's forehead, when she did the dog immediately jumped with incredible speed on top of a nearby wall, and then locked eyes with her, the girl, meanwhile, was surprised by the sudden agility of the dog and when she noticed where he ended up her eyes were draw by what the band-aid was, an golden star.

For some reason when she became entranced by it, something in the back of her mind seemed to be calling for her, trying to make her remember something, then the girl snapped back to reality when she heard a familiar sound from the school's direction.

"Ahh ! I completely forgot the time ! I am gonna be late to the first class of the year ! I ain't got time for this !"

The girl then got back up and started to run even faster than she was before, in the vain hope that she might not be too late for her. This is the story of 14 year old high-school girl Nakagawa Nozomi.
