Whilst holding a severe posture and expression I glanced over every single one of them while questioning them.

"With that one out of the way do the rest of you have similar services as that man?"

"Princess with your permission."

I nodded in agreement for the fairy to keep on talking.

"My family tries to make use of the seeds of this forest to create more food for everyone in the forest but the ground is hard, and they use feeble sticks to work in it. I do not know how blessed your abilities are. However, if there is anything I can do to improve their and other families' situation then please command me, and I will move forests and rivers to support your cause."

A fairy that looked as old as my mother declared with the most respect and conviction moving my heart.

"What's your name and job?" I asked feeling a humble personality out of this one compared to the last one I had ruthlessly dispatched with a mission.

"I am Mielle, and my job is farmer even though after 20 years of exercising it... I did not find many improvements to it."

'I see, so it's that kind of game at least on my side due to my ability. I must use everyone and improve them the best I can with the knowledge I have which is lacking in some aspects, but through crafting. Despite it being a not-so-good skill, if I can make some tools for farmers, I believe they will improve by creating more food for the fairies.' Such was the theory crafted in my mind, a small plan that would surely be enacted in time, as long as several conditions were met.

"Nice meeting you. I cannot guarantee a solution, however, if I could access all kinds of items, materials, and things that exist in this forest. That would certainly be a great first step to discovering something," Mielle nodded hiding great expectation within her.

"I believe I could figure something out eventually, when I do you'll be the first person I'll call to try it out."

The woman fairy knelt on the floor and then concluded, "if the day comes that I can ease the burden of my noble family, we will repay you with our utmost loyalty and respect princess."

I hid an evil grin behind my hand, unable to contain the excitement manifesting on the inside.

"You may rise Mielle," I returned my stare to my parents, holding on to it firmly.

"Father, mother, please help me make this fairy forest the very best possible. I promise to do my best to work hard to help everyone," an innocent yet confident expression to appease them flowed through the room.

To that, a tear fell from the king's eye, and then the queen took a step forward extending her hands in my direction, "to think we'd be blessed with such a good successor, and of course dear we'll do everything possible to aid you during your life, may it be the longest yet!"

The fairies around nodded in agreement with the queen.

"In that case, I need to learn the useful things of the world, from magic to knowledge, from farming to the ruling."

I lifted my right hand in the air with my fingers pointing down as if holding strings in each finger, curving slightly forward and adding some mysticism, "I desire to know everything."

"What you wish the most is to meet the ancient advisors of the forest then, each holds a vast amount of knowledge from their years of experience," Father added happily, evaluating my pose not giving it much thought.

"Speaking of which, how old are they?" Curiosity filled my eyes, in an attempt to gauge the lifespan of this race and any other information.

"The oldest one is around 400 years old, there's even a myth that an ancestor fairy has lived for 5000 years without aging and she was a queen!" My Mother declared happily since it was a fairytale passed down from generation to generation.

"Being a queen makes the fairies live longer?" This time around my appearance changed to a surprised one as lifespan could contribute a lot to this game. Even if chaos and calamities started occurring, those who live naturally longer should be able to endure till the very last, depending on how much time they can resist. Despite the balance between all races, weaknesses, and strengths were part of any board rules.

"Yes, being a noble too, but royalty lives especially longer than the rest."

"That's amazing..." I blatantly voiced out, realizing that this game could very well last for thousands of years as each had ten lives and if each one lasted that long, who knows what awaited us.

"Just how old are you two?" My parents laughed at my pertinent question, looking at each other happily and the way both were well conserved.

"We're still in the 300's," they added in unison.

"Somehow in 300 years, I'm the only child?" to my question, they frowned, showing an awkward side to them that I hadn't yet seen.

"Yes, it was quite a struggle but luckily we managed after so long, and it was worth the wait."

The queen smiled while giving me a tight hug.

'300 years to summon the strongest being after the overseer, indeed it is worthwhile,' I grinned happily from my thoughts making it look like to others that I was doing it from the hug.

"We were going to wait till the 1-year ceremony to crown you as a princess, but we'll do it soon after the reunion with the ancient advisors."

"Sure father, may it be as you two see fit."

I shifted my gaze upon my mother's words which gave me a peculiar and supportive choice, "it's either prince or princess, so whichever you prefer Flamerah."

"I don't really mind, whichever makes people happy."

I looked around at the fellow fairies, looking forward to some feedback, halting at Mielle who expressed her opinion while bowing, "I believe a princess is more adored due to her beauty."

"Reasonable," The moment my words reached the queen, a wide smile from cheek to cheek surfaced.

'I guess mother wanted to have a daughter, and dad seems neutral. I believe he's satisfied either way. Even though logically speaking, he ended up with having a boy too.'
