"How about ceremonies, festivals, traditions anything of the sort I need to learn about?"

"There is a very cute one where if you accept seven flowers from the same person in seven different days, you become engaged to them."

"That's adorable. Has anyone given you any flowers yet?" She blushed at my question, placing her hands on her cheeks.

"Ah... No princess, I'm just a maid after all."

"Even maids are bound to find someone, plus you have very beautiful tones of blue. It'll be a matter of time," she gets further embarrassed as my words penetrate her sensible heart.

She then laughed briefly.

"You're just joking, prince, something like that couldn't possibly happen."

"I believe that as the successor personal maid, a rain of pretenders will soon fall on you. That'll be my bet concerning your future."

"I sure hope not," she smiled before adding more of her sincerity to the conversation. "I still have a lot to teach you and support you, so you become a great ruler like your parents."

"Well, I'll be looking forward to that, and I appreciate it, even though it shouldn't take long to surpass them." I grinned mischievously at her sincerity, making her deep blue eyes take my words into consideration.

"Before I forget princess, you mustn't refuse the first flower people give you, as that is a token of friendship. After that one, you can do as you see fit."

"Thank you for the heads up. It'd be troublesome if I made some enemies early on in this life."

'Early on in this life? She spoke as if she's lived before. Why did she say it wouldn't take long to surpass her parents? Does she know her mother has ruled for centuries peacefully?' Anita thought, confused as the fairy forest wasn't always what it is now.

The maid stared at the naked me who worked hard making the tools as my medium-sized boobs jiggled up and down along with the little penis down there from the movements of the waist, falling into a pensive state.

'This successor truly is unique. I feel like she truly cares for the people around her with all her heart, even if she can be severe. I'll have to do my best to keep the princess safe. Just hope she won't just believe everyone, so the princess doesn't get betrayed or discouraged since a ruler's life is a rough one. It was a good thing her mother married when she did, otherwise bad things could've happened. From what she said about the system, it'll already be chaotic, depending on what the other elders have to say at the following reunion.'

Worry and unease crawled over Anita's heart as she looked over me, clenching her hands.

.'In the worst case, she might be exiled for talking about the system which the elders truly respect, it'd be a true waste if that were to happen as I finally feel like we got someone who could truly change the ways of this forest. I shall put my leftover years as a fairy and die protecting you if I must Flamerah. In exchange, please do make a better world for my little sister Olivia.'

"Princess..." As she was about to tell me about her thoughts, a voice came from the other side of the door.

"It's me, the queen. Open the door."

"I just finished, you can open Anita," I store the tools in the inventory safely.

Mother entered, walking over to me, inspecting everything around me, not finding anything out of the norm.

"It's dinner time."

"Yes mother," I get up and follow her, rubbing Anita's face softly along the way as she looked a bit sad.

After a while, I sat at a long dinner table with my parents, and around us, 8 other fairies that looked awfully old.

"I present to you the successor princess Flamerah," mother said in a respectful tone, pointing toward me with a gestured wave of an arm.

'So these are the 8 elders that could get in my way. Was that the reason Anita was sad at the end?'

"Greetings elders, I hope that you'll support me in making this forest a better place."

"A better place? You half thing dimwit, the forest is already perfect," one of them said harshly, feeling that his homeland had been made fun of as everyone lived happily in it, in his mind at least.

"How old are you?" I asked, expressionlessly keeping my neutral side.

"I'm Eisel, 500 years old. And in all my life I've never seen a place better such as this, so retract your words as they're wrong and save yourself some face and grace."

"That means you're at least 500 hundred times older than me, and for some reason, your eyes cannot see reality. Is it the age? Did you grow so old that your eyeballs turned into dust, leaving two black sockets in its place?"

"Flamerahh!" My parents shouted at me at the same time.

"You two should be shouting at him for being ignorant not at me, he's like a frog that has lived his entire life inside a bucket of water unaware of what else can be around him," upon hearing my words he smacked the table.

"I will not tolerate such a manner of talk brat."

"Exactly, I thought the same when you started, so I had to copy you, in order for you to learn from your own stupidity," a different elder laughed while rubbing his long beard.

"What are you laughing at, Eyon?" Eisel asked angrily, staring at him.

I look at all their faces and notice some familiar ones containing my surprise and serious expression.

"Nothing, nothing. I'm just very surprised at the successor personality. It is a very unique one with much to offer."

"Ah! What can a brat do? It was just born!"

"The next time you call me a brat will be said with your last breath," I say it as cold and menacing as I can with this new body of mine which I have yet to master the art of expressions.

"You talk too much brat, you shouldn't ev-," the moment he did it the third time, I rotated my arm from back to front, picking a stone knife from my inventory and throwing it at him missing slightly on purpose grazing his ear and making it bleed. It then got stuck on the floor, dyeing it lightly with some drops.

"How dare you!? You little shit?" We both get up at the same time, staring at one another.

"The rotten deeds must be pulled off the ground before they grow, however, you were forgotten by the farmer, so allow me to do it in his place as the successor that I am," I equip the big greatsword and hold it with both hands.

He looked behind, realizing he had never seen that sharp object before and then in front finding a different but bigger one, placing a hand at his ear as it is bleeding.

I walk closer to him, and give everyone a warning, "whoever helps him will face his fate, those who don't shall be appreciated in the new world I'll create, and those who raise shall be eternally blessed alongside their families."

Some of the elders bowed their heads and others got up, equipping sharp sticks.

System: Once everyone takes sides, the fight will begin.

I look at my parents who don't leave their seats, then at the other elders who are also sitting except for one that raises and bows in my direction, and Anita, who appears behind me, also bending in my direction.

I then look at the 5 elders that have decided to go against me.

System: It'll be a 5v3 fight with no handicap, the mode will be...
