Gray's soaked figure was illuminated by the moonlight. Without noticing, she found her eyes slowly diverting downwards His defined abs bulged out, they almost looked as if they had grown even more shredded in comparison to the last time she had seen them.
"What's up?" He asked, his gazed focused on her.
She wasn't sure why but whenever she would look into his eyes, her heart would start to pound.
"U-Um…"
Words struggled to escape her mouth as she grew more and more nervous. It had been a while since they were alone and this close to one another, she wasn't exactly sure what to say.
The same was for Gray, hence he moved to the question to her. Seeing her struggle to think of something to say was undeniably cute. So much that it was starting to lift his spirits which had sunken from the torturing he had committed.
"C-Can we talk-"
Aurora was interrupted as Gray suddenly pulled her towards him before hugging her tightly. "Gray…?" She called out to him, startled.
The sweet alluring scent of roses filled his nostrils as he rested his head above hers. Her cheeks had turned a bright shade of red as he tightened the hug. "Let's stay like this for a while." He muttered.
She couldn't tell what face he was making but judging by the way he was acting, something must have happened.
Without saying much, she let herself get spoiled and nodded. The smile apparent on her face.

On top of the mansion, the two could be seen stargazing. The naval fleets could be seen above the city along with the cloud of smoke coming up from the fire, making it far from any romantic time of scenery.
However neither of them seemed to care as they sat side by side to the other. No words had been exchanged between them until now, Gray simply savored the moment in silence.
Despite that, he knew that they wouldn't get anywhere if he didn't say anything.
"Hey… Remember what you said last time? How you would have been better of dead instead of your sister?" Gray asked.
She quickly snuck her face in between her knees before nodding.
"I… Before all of this began. I tried killing myself."
Words which Aurora had never expected to hear had escaped Gray's mouth. She was so surprised that she rose her head and turned to him with a worried look.
"I know you never asked, but you don't mind if I ramble on for a little, do you?" Gray asked with a nervous smile.
Aurora hastily shook her head. "Not at all…"
Upon hearing this, a smile formed on his face.
"I lost my parents from a young age, so as far as I could remember, It was always me and my younger sister. We grew up together, helping each other as we faced new challenges. But due to circumstances, we were separated, and I was all alone." Said Gray.
He scooted over to Aurora, before adding. "When you told me what your sister did for you… To have someone that loves you to the point where they would give their life for you.. Honestly, I was kind of envious."
Aurora who had been listening didn't utter a word, or rather, she didn't know what to say. Whether it was the bitter sweet smile on his face as he spoke or the gentleness of his voice. For some reason, just watching it hurt. Just how much suffering had he gone through?
Gray proceeded to pinch her cheeks before pointing at her chest. "Your sister didn't just give her life up without a reason, she did it so that you could live. Her life has now become apart of you… Don't you think it'd be unfair to take that life again after she had just lost it?" Gray asked.
Gray rubbed the back of his head once he realized that he had been ranting for a long while. "So what I'm trying to say is, don't say things like you want to die because it was you and not her… But rather, focus on walking ahead because she chose for it to be you."
Aurora's eyes widened as she heard those words. At that moment, Gray proceeded to place the nuzzle of the silenced pistol, she had tried use on him when they had first met, against her forehead.
"However… If you still wish to die. I have no right to stop you." He added, his hair covering his expression as he faced her.
*Drip* *Drip*
Gray's eyes widened as he could see tears slowly run down Aurora's cheeks.
"Sorry…" She muttered. "Sorry… Sorry… I'm sorry… Sister…" She repeated, her voice cracking as it trembled. "I… I'm sorry for saying those things… I'm sorry for being such an idiot… Even though it was the life you gave me… I…"
Aurora proceeded to bawl her eyes out, her cries slowly became muffled by the sound of rain as a storm drew near. During that moment, Gray threw the gun away before pulling her head into his chest.
The silenced pistol landed on the floor, the mag instantly detaching showing that it contained no bullets.

Aurora's eyes were swollen along with her cheeks whilst she sulked. "About me crying… Don't tell anyone…"
"Why? I think they'd all like to know how cute you were." He replied with a smile.
"Stop teasing me…" She muttered, giving him a slight nudge on the shoulder.
Seeing this, with an amused expression Gray turned to her bringing himself down to her height by slightly crouching before asking. "Or what?"
At that moment, Aurora placed both of her hands on his cheeks before pulling him in and giving him a kiss. As their lips connected, both of their faces flushed red.
"Or that…" She muttered, glancing away from the embarrassment.
"Nah, don't think that was enough to convince me, but maybe this-"
Gray pulled her, this time going even further than the simple peck as he gave her a deep kiss. Their tongues intertwined inside of Aurora's mouth as he hugged he grasped her tightly, preventing her from breaking free or getting any rest.
The smoothness of her lips and softness of her tongue, they were incredibly addicting. Their hearts pounded loudly as Aurora felt shudders go through her body.
After what felt like a minute, the two finally pulled away from each other to catch their breaths.
"That's enough… For me to keep it a secret." He muttered before suddenly patting her in the head.
Despite both saying and doing that, Gray couldn't help but notice her eyes glued to him. Her cheeks flushed red as she gave him a hypnotic stare.
"Just that?" She asked.
Her pink hair almost glittered from how silky it was, her grey eyes sparkling as they looked at him, and that pleasantly sweet scent.
