As we traverse the dessert place really carefully while also tracking that certain group of birds i've seen various pokemon and the most common were sandiles, rhyhorn and torkoal groups, if in the anime you don’t see pokemon eating other pokemons here… you’ll see em most of the time and with sometimes carcasses of em

Anyway as we saw the bird pokemon flock we saw 7 of them with the others sleeping, so the ones who were on the lookout were about 4 of them… we climbed the steep wall while also being very quiet the good thing about this is that there were desert winds so that was a good distraction? Anyway

“Okay sir Elido these is the only thing i could think of a way to get those, and those choices are going to depend on how strong are you…”

“Well i am somehow strong?”

“Okay then ill trust you on that”

then i stood up and challenge a battle to the flock

“Hey!! Fletchling! I want to challenge you guys to a battle if i win i want the bag if you guys win ill give you guys my week worth food!”

“Agh… what are you doing?! Are you crazy?!”

“Well… do you want that flock of birds following us while in the wild?”

“No… but you could have tried to find other ways right??”

“Well we did pass through a group of sandiles… so i don’t want to risk a flock of birds following us so…”

“Ugh… fine kid i agree”

“Ling!!” “Fletch Ling Fletch” “Fletch Fletch”

“Do you guys accept?”

“Ling”

then the bigger Fletchling probably the leader of its flock widened its wings and 4 fletchling showed up

“So we will battle the 4 of em?”

The leader fletchling nodded its head

“Okay then… lets go bud!”

“Ruff!!”

As we waited for any kind of sign we stared at each other and then

then the fletchling started to fly and used quick attack to get close with the 3 others following it

“Bud ready peck, jump when the first one attacks you and aim at the last one”

as the birds swooped in my bird successfully dodge with Sandile and Vullaby countered with their own attack moves
