"Chopper, your job is to rescue the injured Pokemon inside the Cave. Wartortle will guard you, and Golbat will be the guide."

"Machop."

"Wartotle."

"Gol..bat"

The three pokemon nodded to him.

"Alright, you guys stay hidden here and wait for the fight to start. Take care!" Aizen smiled at them and ran over to the front, and stopped nearly 50 meters away from it.

He scanned the area just to be sure that there were no hidden dangers, and unfortunately, he discovered several Golems, and Gravelers looking at the Valley from their hiding spots.

"Dexter. Lure it out." He gave the command.

"Meta..." The Psychic-Tank readied its metallic limbs and pummeled its claws into the ground, generating a powerful earthquake.

The Power behind the move was not strong enough to damage anything beyond a radius of 25 meters, but all Ground Type Pokemon sensed the quakes.

Aizen kept looking inside the Cave, and soon he sensed some fluctuations.

"It's coming." He said to Dexter.

In less than 15 seconds, a giant Onix slithered out of its cave, and towered over the two of them. Its length easily surpassed 17 meters, and as it towered over them, it felt even bigger. Its body was of a crystaline-grey shade that sparkled a little under the sunlight.

"Gawwwrrrrr!!"

The Onix roared threateningly before lunging forward at Aizen and Metagross.

"All yours..." Aizen whispered before teleporting a safe distance away.

A loud crash resounded as Metagross' Iron Head crashed against Onix's Head Smash. The Giant snake soon realized that it had messed up, as Metagross did not even budge an inch under its strength.

"Meteor Mash."

"Meta..."

Onix managed to generate a rock wall by using Rock Climb to save itself, but the Psychic-Tank smashed through it and hit the head of the Onix with its meteor-like punch.

The painful groan of the Onix resounded in the Valley, and the stone serpent tried to slither away from Metagross.

"Use Psychic and throw it up in the air." Aizen instructed.

"Meta..." It's eyes glowed in Violet light before the retreating serpent was slapped with a strong Telekinetic attack that sent it several meters up in the air.

"Just as it lands, Earthquake! Full Power."

As soon as the Onix landed on the ground, it suffered enormous damage from the powerful Earthquake that shook the Valley.

Tired and spent, the Onix refused to give up and still struggled to get up.

"Screeeeeeeeehhh!!!"

It let out an earpiercing screech, before it willed itself to get up. Onix approached Metagross and its body started shining a little.

Aizen inwardly smiled at the plan of the Onix. But unfortunately, its opponent was Dexter.

"You know what to do." He communicated with his Pokemon.

"Meta..."

Dexter acknowledged his words and patiently waited for the Onix to approach him, and just as it was within a reach of a couple of meters, its Glow got brighter, and that was when Metagross slapped the serpent away with a powerful Psychic move.

The stone serpent dropped on the ground dozens of meters away, and a powerful explosion shook the entire valley.

Metagross immediately erected Psychic Shields to keep the debris and shock waves away from Aizen and itself.

"Strong but simple-minded." Aizen chuckled at the suicidal attack of the Onix. He grabbed an empty Pokeball and threw it at the unconscious stone serpent.

The catching mechanism activated, and the ball only binked once before the ping resounded.

Aizen used his Psychic Power to pull the ball back to him, and then he scanned it with his Pokedex.

"Onix, the Ground-Rock Pokemon. Onix is a Pokémon composed of a giant chain of grey boulders that become smaller towards the tail. Its length makes it the tallest Rock-type Pokémon. It has black eyes and a rounded snout. On top of its head is a rocky spine. As it grows older, it becomes more rounded and smoother, eventually becoming similar to black diamonds. Inside its brain is a magnet that serves as an internal compass, guiding Onix wherever they need to go and prevent them from getting lost while digging.

Onix tunnels under the ground at over 50 miles per hour, which causes tremors and a terrifying roar that echoes a long way. Hard objects encountered while tunneling are absorbed into its body, which makes it very sturdy. It consumes the boulders and other Pokemon for food."

"This Onix is Male."

"Ability: Rock Head."

"Moves Known: Bind, Stealth Rock, Rock Climb, Gyro Ball, Flail, Dragon Breath, Screech, Dig, Iron Head, Iron Tail, Double-Edge, Stone Edge, Head Smash, Explosion."

Aizen whistled when he read all the moves Onix knew. It was a Treasure and he was glad he decided to catch it.

"Meta..." Dexter congratulated his Trainer.

"You are awesome, Dexter." He smiled at his Pokemon before looking at Machop, Wartortle, and Golbat who approached him from the cave.

Machop was carrying an unconscious Lickitung and a Snubbull on his shoulders, while Wartortle had an unconcious Dodrio in his arms.

"Lay them down." He instructed before he took out some first-aid and some potions before administrating them on their injuries.

The Pokemon were in dire state and he instructed Metagross to quickly teleport them to the Pokemon Center after he gave them the first-aid.

"Preeee!!!"

A cry of a Pidgeot was heard across the Valley. Aizen quickly scanned the area and found that the Golem Colony was gathering up. The Valley was now surrounded from all sides by them. And since they had taken out the Onix that ruled the Valley, soon there was going to be a new territorial war breaking out in this place.

"You three did well. Take some rest." He smiled at his Pokemon and recalled them inside their Pokeballs. "Let's go." He ran up to the location they had agreed to rendezvous at.

Misty and Officer Jenny waved at him when they saw him approach.

"How did it go?" Officer Jenny asked.

"Mission accomplished." He smiled at her before crouching down to the unconcious Hitmonchamp.

"We gave it some first aid, but it needs urgent medical attention." Jenny informed him.

"Dex, can you see what's going on on Brock and Ken's side? If possible, bright them here."

"Meta..."

"We need to get out of here as soon as possible. The numbers of Pokemon on the edges of the Valley are rising, and soon a territorial war will break out." He said to the two girls.

As soon as he finished speaking, Metagross returned along with Brock, Ken, and an unconcious Houndoom that was barely breathing.

"We need to get to the Pokemon Center now, Houndoom is in critical state." Brock quickly said.

"Dexter..."

The Psychic-Tank telepoted them all back to he Aero Town as soon as Aizen called him out.

Nurse Joy and a squad of Chansey were ready in the lounge and they hurriedly took away Hitmonchamp and Houndoom.

The two Trainers felt their hearts constrict when they saw how hurt their Pokemon were, but they thanked Officer Jenny and her team for the rescue before going after Nurse Joy.

"Get some rest." Aizen recalled Dexter and stored away the Pokeball.

"Are you okay?" Leaf asked as soon as she came running inside the lounge from the Training Ground.

"We are fine." Misty assured her with a smile. "How have things been here?"

"Not good." Leaf shook her head. "Team Rocket escaped..."

"What?!"

Leaf couldn't even finish her words when they heard Officer Jenny angrily shouted at her constables.

"How did they manage to get away?" She asked as she glared at her men.

The constables told her how they were tricked by them, and how they managed to disguise themselves as constables before escaping the Police Station.

Officer Jenny then had a bad feeling and quickly took out the Pokeballs she had confiscated from the Team Rocket. As it turned out, they were all empty Pokeballs.

"Those guys are good..." Brock commented after he listened to everything that had happened.

"All the Trainers were angry when the news came out, and now everyone is out there looking for them." Leaf informed them. "And Ash is still upset that you did not take him with you." She sighed.

"Let him be." Misty did not have the energy to bear with his tantrums. "Everyone got back their Pokemon, right?"

"Yes." She nodded. "What happened there?"

Misty gave her a brief version of how everything transpired.

"I caught an Onix and also found this in its cave." She said as she reached inside a pocket on her backpack and took out a round crystal that was the size of a small fist.

"A Mega Stone!" Ken called out in surprise.

"Yup!" The orange-haired girl smiled brightly. "But I don't know which Stone it is." She looked at Aizen for the answer.

"It's a Mawilite." Aizen informed her after looking at the colors reflecting in the stone.

"Oh..." She seemed surprised, but her voice lacked excitement.

"You could sell it for a lot of money if you don't want it." Brock told her.

"No." Misty tightened her grip around the stone and smiled. "I don't want to sell it. I need to find myself a cute little Mawile now." The smile that bloomed on her face was full of confidence.

"You will." Leaf confidently nodded to the words of her friend.
