Five days had passed since Shane and the group of 38 students had started to mine elemental crystals and everyone was exhausted.

Shane hadn't expected that it would take that long to clear the elemental crystal cave completely, but he would be the last one to complain!

The gains received were massive, while the students he had employed earned a total of 50,000 gold coins!

It was fortunate that Talia had already purchased several dozen [Tier-2 (Extraordinary] pickaxes with the [Turbulent Impact(passive)] ability that his Ambrulite-pickaxe had as well!

She was better prepared than Shane, and he was glad to have employed her as the Head-manager of the Hidden Paradise and Astral Artisans!

Thanks to the great pickaxes with the passive [Turbulent Impact] ability, everyone mined 1,000 elemental crystals an hour on average, which included the resting time and time to eat!

Thus, after five days, Shane had sold a total of around 4.7 million elemental crystals to the Elus-merchant, who was astonished to receive roughly the same amount of elemental crystals he had received the last time too!

However, this time, the elemental crystals were on average of better quality!

Because of the better quality of the elemental crystals situated in the depths of the cave, Shane received a total of 1,440,000 gold coins!

He had to deduct 50,000 gold coins to pay everyone accordingly, while another 40,000 were deducted to pay the price of the 40 [Tier-2 (Extraordinary)] pickaxes that had the passive [Turbulent Impact] ability!

Shane was fine with both because he had gained a lot, while the pickaxes could be used later or be sold if not needed anymore!

In five days, Shane got to know everyone much better and the plan he had in mind began to take shape.

When the group with a total of 40 members noticed how much they could earn through Shane, they became more curious about him and the method he had utilized to burn the whole cave.

He had been alone and the cave's interior didn't look like it could be used to ignite a huge fire that would target every corner of the cave!

However, Shane had made this possible, and after he had explained his plan, they were both astonished and jealous.

It was not problematic for them to purchase Molotov vials as long as they saved up enough, but Cosmo was special.

They were unable to use a spatial affinity, let alone the [Space Jump] ability Cosmo had.

As such, it was impossible for their group to copy Shane's strategy.

Nevertheless, after they had met Shane, the whole group had learned some new things and it didn't take long for them to become more interested in Shane's plan.

This was because he had said that he wanted to talk to Nial, the runemaster he had saved as he had a proposal for him.

The group's curiosity had been ignited with that and when the last day had come, Nial had regained his consciousness.

Jack had already been healed too, and when Nial woke up, he saw him lying on the floor next to his bed.

At the same time, there were multiple messages Jack had sent to Nial about what had happened and he had profusely apologized for his actions.

It was still painful for Nial, who had known Jack for a long time, but in the end, he forgave his friend.

He was still reluctant to look at him, but Jack had been demonized at that time and it would only worsen the situation if he were to act up right now.

In the end, he apologized and that was everything that counted.

After Nial had woken up, he was informed about where he was and what had happened, which brought up more questions than the information shared as answers.

Only half a day later, his friend and the youth who had monitored their fight against the winged glacier goat entered the infirmary where he laid.

During the next hour, he got to know everything that had happened from his friends' perspective until they saw that Jack laid on the ground next to Nial.

It didn't take long for everything to calm down and Shane, who had already sent over the remaining gold coins to Talia, stepped forward.

"I'm sorry if I interrupt your reunion, but I won't bother you for long. As you've already heard I hired your friends to mine an elemental crystal cave, however, you should also know that I saw the fight between your group and the superior Awakened stage winged goat, right?

If it's not too much to ask for, what magic circles and runes are you proficient in drawing...and are you interested in joining the Astral Artisans?"

Upon hearing Shane, a few group members had wanted to respond, but Louis, the vice-leader of their group, intervened, which gave Nial the time he needed to think about Shane's words and find an answer!

Louis had been aware of Shane's proposal because Shane had informed him about it. At the same time, he explained a few things about the Astral Artisans and what he planned to do.

The information was vast, but after Shane had shown him the Hidden Paradise too, Louis began to understand that the elemental crystal cave was only a drop in the ocean.

While the elemental crystal cave could be considered a temporary, high-income source, the Astral Artisans were a permanent income source, Though it would start with a lower income initially it was bound to consistently increase!

Nial had received a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity and Louis was fully aware of that fact!

It was noticeable how confused Nial was when Shane proposed to employ him.

He had never heard about the Astral Artisans either.

However, Shane, who could sense his hesitation, shared a few screenshots to help Nial get familiar with the group and their activities. Shane added that he could take him someplace, where everyone followed the path of an Artisan with non-combat occupations!

To gain his trust, Shane shared the information about the Nightshade flower field, Unique ballistae, magic bolts, and the profits generated by the Astral Artisans over the last few months.

He knew that the others were listening too, which was even more advantageous to him when Shane noticed that Jack had woken up.

Even if Nial was not sure what he should give Shane as an answer right now, he told him what kinds of magic circles and runes he could inscribe.

It was nothing special and the only rare magic circle was the [Intensified sunlight] Shane had already seen before.

Nevertheless, Shane was not disappointed, and instead, he handed Nial the contract and his contact details, saying that he should message him whenever he was ready.

Exactly at the same moment, what Shane had expected happened as Nial said

"I...I don't want to leave my friends! We might have only established our group for a short time, but I like being with them…"

"Who said that you have to leave them for good? I just want you to join the Astral Artisans because you suit this place better than combat units. The only advantage you would bring them are your magic circles which you could inscribe on parchments, weapons or other objects too!"

Having said that, Shane turned towards the group, consisting of 39 team members who followed the path of combat and combat-support occupations as he said.

"I'm not only building the Astral Artisans, but I want to establish a guild, called Starlight!

The Starlight guild will be similar to normal guilds, with all their advantages and services, however, at the same time, it will be connected to the Astral Artisans. It will be possible to receive more benefits, like cheaper prices for all kinds of goods with high quality and grade! At the same time, the repair fees for everything will be reduced!

I've yet to contract the first member for the Starlight guild, but if you guys are confident in yourselves, why don't we create a prosperous Guild that works together with the Astral Artisans?

Both the Artisan hall and guild will merge in the future, but I think that will take some time until the majority accepts non-combat occupations as equally valuable to combat occupations!"

Louis hadn't known that Shane had wanted to create a guild, which caused him to be baffled for a moment, while the others were even more astonished.

Creating a Guild was not something one could take lightly!
