When Shane had reached the peak-Expert stage in both cultivation and body refinement, his strength had increased by a large margin, but there were things he was still missing.

Right now, he had only one piece of equipment that was at the [Tier-2 (Extraordinary)] grade and quality.

As such, he had purchased a new bow, strong and reinforced arrows, and a new sword!

There was no need for him to purchase another piece of protection garment because he already had the Armor of Protection, Olaros. Thus, he had only purchased weapons and a large bulk of cultivation resources during the last two months.

Shane required the cultivation resources to hasten up his body refinement process, which was also the reason for him to finish his flawed physique within two months!

The bow he bought was called [Bow of destruction, Alaran] and it was at the [Tier-2 (Extraordinary)] grade and quality with the [Double Impact] effect!

This effectively meant that the shot arrow would not only impact the targeted opponent once but two times in rapid succession.

In the end, the second impact would cause internal damage as long as the shot arrow hit the designated spot of his opponent.

Shane had also purchased many high grade and quality arrows with a variety of runes engraved into them

The sword he had purchased felt as if it had been custom-built for Shane, and was called [Sword of Blood, Mydra].

Its grade and quality was [Tier-2 (Extraordinary)] too, but its effect was unique, yet simple to understand.

[Blood empowerment] was the said effect, and with that, the Sword of Blood, Mydra was able to use blood, bloodlust as well as mana in order to empower and sharpen it!

In order to be fully prepared, Shane had also purchased many potions, traps, and miscellaneous items that might help him and those around him to stay safe!

As such, he felt that not much could happen during their hunt of the Hellfire sabertooth tiger.

They were a group of 40 with more than 30 having a mana purity above 75% after all.

The Hellfire sabertooth tiger might be strong and a Superior peak-awakened stage beast, but thanks to the preparations they had done, not much should happen to them.

From Masua's dimension portal, Shane emerged within the RadiantRing shelter, and once his eyes had adjusted to the dimmer sunlight, he looked out for the others.

It was not difficult to spot them because everyone was wearing similar clothes that were weaved, forged or manufactured by the Astral Artisans.

This made Shane and everyone else proud as one could see that the surrounding crowd was looking at them with curiosity.

Nevertheless, the moment Shane appeared in front of them, everyone sensed that he had become much stronger than was before.

The Starlight guild members were unsure whether this was caused by the confidence Shane released or something else, but it was noticeable that he was not worried about the Hellfire sabertooth tiger!

Killing it was a [Platinum] mission which meant that it should be difficult, but not impossible.

At the same time, the system had allowed others to help kill the Hellfire sabertooth tiger which meant that there must be something else that made everything more difficult.

It could have been the mission countdown that said one would have to kill the targeted beast in less than 3 weeks, but Shane didn't think that this was a huge problem.

They had a great scout at the [platinum] quality after all.

As such, they crafted a plan to find and kill the Hellfire sabertooth tiger before departing to Igra.

The radiant mountain ring dimension had become more dangerous than it had initially been and Shane was astonished to see this.

'Why does this feel similar to the Elus race's Starlight river dimension?' The eerie atmosphere and perilous sensation that overcame Shane was similar to that of the Starlight river, which was definitely not something good because the Starlight river was an extremely dangerous dimension!

If the radiant mountain ring dimension would become like the Starlight river dimension, even if it was only to a marginal degree, it would be devastating to the RadiantRing dimension.

Shane was sure that mankind would be unable to cope with the dangers of a dimension similar to that of the Starlight river dimension. In a worst-case scenario, it might as well be better to abandon the shelter and sever their Dimension Portals connection to the radiant mountain ring dimension.

The Elus race was able to face the dangers of a dimension filled with thousands of strong beasts nearby their shelter, but not mankind!

Nevertheless, Shane could only describe what he saw and perceived, and though abandoning a shelter made him feel uncomfortable, enhancing the shelter's defenses wouldn't be bad.

'Maybe it's something different! It would be weird for the strength of beasts within a dimension to suddenly change out of nowhere! There would have to be a different cause in order to do so!'

This thought did not necessarily make the situation better, but it was definitely reassuring that there had to be a different reason for everything that was occurring around the radiant mountain ring dimension!

Seven days had passed since Shane and the others had departed from the RadiantRing shelter.

Two days ago, they had reached the region the Hellfire Sabertooth tiger was supposed to inhabit and they had finally found their target.

However, what baffled everyone at the sight in front of them was the fact that there was a group of the Destar race that was fighting the Hellfire sabertooth tiger.

At least, that was how it looked in the beginning, yet, Shane couldn't help but feel that the ominous feeling weighing him down had just intensified to a whole new level.

'What the hell are they doing?' He asked himself as he told the others to remain where they were.

Only the archer who was supposed to finish his mission by killing the Hellfire sabertooth tiger followed Shane.

The closer he came to the Destar race group, the more intense the mana fluctuations he sensed became.

Their strength was much higher than the Hellfire saber tooth tiger's, but instead of killing it, as per Shane's perspective, it looked more like they were trying to subdue it!

It was only when black smoke had been released by the group of the Destar race that everything that had happened so far made sense to Shane and the Starlight guild.

"The Destar race is the cause of the demonization of all superior beasts in the surrounding world!"

As he mumbled this, the archer who had followed him could barely grasp what was going on as he whispered to Shane.

"Shouldn't we leave? I know that my mission is important, but I don't think we should fight against the Destar race like that? Who knows where their shelter is situated...it's unlikely, but it might only be a trip of a few days away from our current location."

However, Shane was not even listening as the bow of destruction, Alaran had already appeared in one of his hands with three arrows in his other hand.

"I know that your bow and arrows are strong enough to kill an unguarded Superior beast...I bought your equipment after all! I'll shoot first, and you should try to hit the same vital point my arrow will hit!"

The archer couldn't help but look at Shane with astonishment because they had always been taught to be careful about not offending the foreign races within the Primordial Dimensions.

Shane saw how hesitant the young man was as he tried to instill some confidence in the nervous archer,

"We're not attacking the Destar race that had already started to scout and attack our surrounding areas, but we want to take down the Hellfire sabertooth tiger! If they were to wage a war because of such a reason, they had planned to do so from the beginning!"

The archer just nodded his head as a bow and arrows appeared in his hands.

He seemed to accept Shane's logic, and instead of speaking too much unnecessarily, he nocked an arrow on the bowstring.

"I'm ready." He just said while looking at Shane with a glint of determination in his eyes.

'Is he becoming greedy to fulfill his system mission, or does he not want to disappoint me?' Shane asked himself, only to disregard the latter option.

'Why should someone bother whether I'm disappointed in them or not?'

However, unbeknownst to him, most members of the Astral Artisans and Starlight guild had grown to revere him. None of the members wanted to disappoint Shane, who had given them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

They'd been allowed to become something greater, something with more meaning than they could have ever dreamed of.

As such, Rado, the archer, felt like he had to become stronger and thank Shane for every single opportunity he gave everyone.
