Shane's enshroudment of a dense white hue slowly dispersed as the sensation of being teleported became lesser.

For a few seconds, the creator's voice resounded in his mind which caused him to enter a trance-like state before he regained his senses.

Closing his eyes for a few seconds, he took a glance into the soul world, whose appearance was still the same as before, only for the interior to have changed completely!

The stored energy had already reached a tenth of a percentage, which allowed him to realise just how vast the soul world's storage was.

This was definitely astonishing, and the only disadvantage he had to compensate for was the low amount of mana his soul world generated, other than which the entire awakening was perfect.

Shane could even sense that four bright colors glimmered within the soul world core, representing his tamed beasts' affinities.

If that was not already interesting enough, the four colors that were in fact affinity wisps connected to him!

Shane had already noticed lots of changes since he had felt the pain associated with awakening the bloodline of Susurro which thankfully was now a thing of the past.

As such, he knew that he had inherited the ability to use his tamed beast's affinities!

This was something he could have never expected, but it was nothing in comparison to the other things he had noticed.

His Innate Skill and soul world had changed tremendously, benefiting from the bloodline awakening that created several interlinks leading to a terrific change in Shane's body.

The moment he emerged on Igra, Shane opened his eyes, only to notice that a few Astral Artisans were walking past him, jumping back in shock as they noticed his appearance.

"Boss, you are back!!" One of them exclaimed, which caused him to smile dryly as he asked for the whereabouts of his family.

"They're in the main hall discussing everything with Talia. Since your disappearance for the past two weeks, everyone has been worried about you, but the 12 Uniters, Talia and Miriam never believed that you would just run away….I didn't think that either!!"

Shane smiled at the Artisan in front of him before he excused himself.

'I was away for two weeks?' He thought only to release a deep sigh.

Initially, he had hoped that it wouldn't take him so long to complete the soul world awakening, let alone the bloodline awakening, but it was a necessary deed that allowed him to attain a true perfect foundation.

Since he had undergone both processes, he felt much stronger than before, but at the same time, one particular notification was bothering him.

[Certain effects on items [Myar, Mask of the Cursed Susurro], and [Ancient ring of the Susurro] have been deleted due to external interferences of the Susurro bloodline the host has awakened!]

Shane had taken a look at both items and their respective status panel and noticed one particular thing.

Both accessories lost their abilities that were correlated to his Innate skill, which meant that it was impossible for Shane to use Cosmo's [Space Jump] ability with the help of the [Remote use] skill that had been deleted!

This caused Shane to frown a bit after he left the kind Artisans to quickly take a short glance at his own status to figure out the changes.

_______________

Despite the shock that should spread through Shane, he acted contrary to his own expectations.

"Does that mean my soul world and Innate Skill belong to the bloodline of the Susurro race? Just what is this race? Some sort of great tamers or what?"

His assumption was spot on, but he didn't know that this was the case.

He clearly felt the connection with all of his tamed beasts that were apparently called 'soulbonds' which he only figured out by clicking on the [Soulbonds] tag

_______________

Soulbonds

→Umbra |Horned Darkness snake(Darkness)|

→Cosmo |Lesser Starlet Fox(Spatial)|

→Name? |Lesser Forest Spirit(Wood/Nature)|

_______________

It was also only then that Shane realised that he had yet to give the Lesser forest spirit a name.

Despite this small faux pas, he knew that other things were more important.

His family, Talia, and Miriam were waiting for him to return, and he had yet to tell them what had happened.

However, even Shane himself was not sure of what happened either, so he could only slow down his steps as he summarized the information he had gathered until now.

'So, to put it simply, my soul bound world turned into a soul world, right?

By awakening the bloodline of the Susurro race that was sealed within me, I've undergone tremendous changes that revolved around my Innate Skill and the soul world.

Both seem to belong to the Susurro race and can probably be considered their inherited traits? They could also be considered as basic requirements to turn into a Susurro, because I had to meet several criteria, to be considered eligible to awaken the bloodline!

While my taming skill turned into my inherited trait, my tamed beasts have become my soulbonds, strengthening my connection with them.

At the same time, my soulbonds transferred their affinities to me, and I can probably use them with some practice!

However, that is not everything because I feel like everything about my taming ability has increased tremendously, including the [Unbreakable loyalty] sub-ability.

It is just different from before, and much stronger, while the loyalty restriction of this ability seems to have disappeared!

WAIT! Can I even use the quality upgrade function now that I'm unable to access my Innate Skill?!?'

As such, Shane couldn't help but worry as he thought about the upgrade function that was by far the strongest ability the Innate Taming skill had given him.

Not only did Umbra turn into a monster, but each of his soulbonds had become much stronger than they initially were!

Just as Shane was dragged out of his train of thoughts due to his worry, he sensed an onslaught of a barrage of emotions hit his mind.

These emotions came from Umbra, Cosmo, and the lesser forest spirit, all of whom rushed towards him.

He had never seen his forest spirit after it hatched which should have happened during the last two weeks in which he was not present.

As such, he couldn't help but look at his youngest soulbond in astonishment.

"What...kind of form is that?"

Shane was unsure how to describe the lesser forest spirit's appearance, but if he were forced to give a rough description it would be extremely difficult.

He would probably say that it looked like a transformer in a human-like form, only that the lesser forest spirit had a vibrant dark-green core in the center of its body, with vines and other plants shaping its appearance.

Just at that moment, the lesser forest spirit's form changed into that of a cheetah made out of vines and roots as its speed increased.

This astonished Shane but it was something extremely great that caused him to smile brightly as Cosmo appeared out of a Spatial portal the lesser starlet fox had manifested.

Jumping in Shane's arms, Umbra and the lesser forest spirit didn't hold back and crashed into Shane, who lost his balance and was pushed back a little.

However, instead of being flung away, he was only forced to retreat some steps and his eyes widened when he noticed that.

"Did my strength increase by so much??"
