Roar!
The bird-like creature let out a roar, unlike its bird self, using its wings to defend against the spindles and spikes hurled at its offspring. Two creatures had hatched from their eggs now, so, they became the primary target for the attacks.
While the Spindle Bees and Steel Porcupines engaged it with ranged attacks, three Lava Turtles arrived at the scene, blasting flaming columns at the creature. The Crust-Mantles attacked the eggs. Though, they didn't actually harm them, holding back completely.
They only acted like they were trying to destroy the eggs, mentally pressuring the creature.
In the meantime, the Floating Spiders swerved around it, constantly annoying it while continuing to weave silk around it. After a moment of thought, Jyorta decided to go all out. The Floating Spiders he was saving up for the tattoo world weren't that important anyway.
He could simply capture as many as he wanted later. And, most of them were just Tier 1 Floating Spiders. The creature had more value.
And, he wanted to capture it. Thinking as such, Jyorta brought in all the Floating Spiders that he had in his tattoo world, also ensuring he placed a hallucination on them first. So, once the aura personification brought it into the world, they voluntarily fell under his control like it was an integral part of their nature.
"Wait…" Jyorta thought, having observed the scene of the place as he grinned, "I can use this in the future. That'll increase the power of my Aura Induction further."
The creature continued to screech as the Floating Spiders continued to spin webs around it, beginning to stack up layers as its movements continued to slow down. It was facing difficulties in breaking the strings now that enough of them had coiled around it.
In the meantime, Jyorta had placed it under a hallucination. Though, it had yet to take effect, he was waiting for the creature to become exhausted. After all, from the start, he had left a batch of Floating Spiders to pester it.
So, it had been trying to kill them for a long time. As it had a huge body, moving consumed more energy than all the scuttling Floating Spiders combined.
After two hours, the creature had become a bit tired. But, it was no longer able to fight, having been wound up into a ball by the Floating Spider silk. As it lay on the ground, Jyorta focused on the two creatures that had hatched, using Aura Induction on them to take them into his Tattoo World.
Unlike the presences he stored that didn't have a mind of their own, the creatures in this aura personification possessed one.
For the presence of the Frenzy Beasts he had stored before, to make them form a mind, he would have to comprehend their memory fragments first and use them to form a mind in their presence. This was a process that would take a lot of time.
But instead, he could simply use the creatures before him. Though, there was a negative in this case.
In the case of the Frenzy Beasts, he already had their souls. So, even if their presence in the tattoo world was destroyed, he could simply revive them using the experiences in their memory fragments.
But for these creatures, that wasn't possible. If they died in his tattoo world, they couldn't be revived. Despite that, he wished to obtain them. They were a product of the Aura Path. And having them would serve to increase his understanding of the said path.
Besides, he could add any number of Frenzy Beasts in his tattoo world. There were plenty of them in the Wild. And, it wasn't as if the ones he had were any endangered species. So, Jyorta didn't value the Frenzy Beast presences much for the time being.
If he wasn't flexible, then he wouldn't be able to become strong. Thinking as such, he sent the two hatchling creatures into his tattoo world. As he had brought out a lot of the stored Frenzy Beasts, he had more than enough space in his tattoo world to hold the heavy presences of the two hatchling creatures, ones that he decided to call the Armed Beak.
He didn't give them a deeper thought, just rolling out with the name that appeared at the tip of his tongue.
With that said, he didn't stop, targeting the unhatched eggs next. He took them to his tattoo world, eggs included, as a whole.
The creature watched in aghast, letting out a mournful grunt, unable to even leak out a sound as it was completely bound.
Once all the eggs vanished, Jyorta appeared before it, slamming a tattoo into it, surprised when the tattoo hardly took effect. He then unleashed a second tattoo, linking up the two, frowning as he slammed in three more tattoos.
He caused each tattoo to unleash the desired hallucination. One was sight, one was sound, one was smell, one was touch, and the last affected its emotions.
By sharing the load, the tattoos were able to slowly affect it as Jyorta multitasked, switching between each of the five tattoos as he continued to alter them according to the creature's presence.
Upon still experiencing difficulty, he gritted his teeth, sending in the sixth tattoo that pushed it deeper into the hallucination, showing it the scene of the hill, one where all the eggs had hatched and the hatchlings were chirping in joy.
And, lying on the ground before them were all the Frenzy Beasts that had attacked them. Even though the hatchling creatures were injured, they had survived the battle. And now, as victors, they feasted upon their enemies.
As he couldn't create a good hallucination that manoeuvred from the creature's defeat, he went along this route. This caused it to become aware that the scene was a hallucination, but over time, thanks to the effect of nostalgia, it gradually fell into the hallucination.
Soon after, Jyorta sighed in relief, now calmly modifying the tattoos to ensure it would be fully under his control. Finally, he had succeeded, "Now, I have a powerful ally in this place.. It's time I begin to work towards clearing this aura personification."
