"So, the Mental Realm intervened." Rhachis Ancestor Strongest nodded, gazing at Jitu Bone, "did you find out anything else?"
"While I probed the spirit of the aura personification, I couldn't find anything concrete other than the fact that the Mental Realm is searching for something." Jitu Bone replied, "Also, I could feel that these aura personifications are a means for it to further the Aura Path's development and also accelerate the Mind Path."
Psychic Ancestor Marble stared at Jitu Bone for a good couple of seconds, blinking once before stating, "I'll reduce your punishments. Head towards Wild Zone 9 and kill five thousand of each of the three Swarm species. For the Shifters in the Bone Family with the Tier 3 Skill of Healing Salve, they are to consume all those fifteen thousand Swarm monsters and produce Healing Salve out of them. The Ground Controllers are to compress it to the limit. The remainder of your punishment will be dealt later."
"Get going, now." He spoke, waving his hand as everyone from the Bone Family vanished, including those at Tier 2 and 3, those unrelated to this miss, including those just living in their homes. Every single one was transported to the walls.
As for those involved in research, they were notified first and were given a grace period of one hour.
From those at Tier 1 to Havita Bone, every single member of the Bone Family found themselves on the walls. There was confusion at the start before Havita Bone sighed in worry, beginning to inform everyone of their mission.
She then frowned, looking around, failing to see Jyorta and Heima absent.
"Why…am I here?" Heima was confused, bowing immediately once she gazed at the figure of Rhachis Ancestor Strongest and Psychic Ancestor Marble.
"There's something the two of you must become aware of." Psychic Ancestor Marble said, sighing as he gazed at the sky for a moment, "Jyovic Bone went rogue."
"Grandpa did?" Heima raised her eyebrow, not exactly surprised at the fact.
"Well, he didn't just go rouge." Psychic Ancestor Marble spoke, saying, "He had become a Child of Frenzy before doing so. Now, there is one more problem with this fact."
He said in all seriousness, "He knows the truth about the both of you. And, he's a special Transformer, the only one that had managed to kill an Ancestor as a Tier 5 being. So, it's a guarantee that Parasite would have already discovered him by now, if not captured him already."
"So, our identities have been compromised." Jyorta grit his teeth for a moment before sighing, "Well, it was bound to happen."
"That is true," Rhachis Ancestor Strongest nodded, "But, from now on, you'll have to be extra careful during missions since you might be targeted."
"So, I'll still have to perform missions." Jyorta smiled, understanding the implications. It was basically Marble City's motto: Earn your keep.
As long as he contributed to the City, he would be rewarded and protected accordingly.
Moreover, unlike others, he was a Psychic Parasite. So, even if he was killed while in the Wilds, one of his Subsouls could become the main soul, as long as he made prior preparations already.
After his thoughts settled down, Jyorta asked, "So, you're asking me to create a backup?"
"Yes," Psychic Ancestor Marble nodded, "Basically, create a subsoul in every city. we have no idea what the future has in store, so making preparations beforehand is a must."
"Though, as to who you'll select, the choice is yours. No matter who they are, you can ask for them." Rhachis Ancestor Strongest smiled, "Given that you can make them into your subsouls in the first place."
"Though, I'll have to ask that person for their permission first," Jyorta said, surprised when he didn't even feel as much remorse as he had expected for taking such an action.
'It seems I must create a false persona for compassion and humanity next. That way, no matter what kind of monster I become, I'll still be a human.' He sighed in worry.
"Do you already have someone in mind?" Psychic Ancestor Marble was surprised.
"Yes," Nodding in response, Jyorta spoke, "Her name is Wenina Marble. When I had been in a coma, I had turned the soul of her Wisdom Parasite into my subsoul."
"Wenina Marble…" Psychic Ancestor Marble thought for a moment before frowning, "She doesn't even have a semblance of talent though. Well, the choice is still yours."
"Thank you, Ancestor." Jyorta nodded, bowing in response. When he lifted his head, he noticed that he was on the wall, alongside Heima.
"Did the Ancestors say something to you?" Havita Bone's figure flashed, appearing before him as she asked in a hurry.
"Yes," Jyorta nodded, "But, I am unable to tell it to others though."
"Fine," She sighed, pointing at two Armadillos, "It seems only those two among your control are still alive. Though, I'm not expecting much from the younger generation. Let those at Tier 3 and above take care of this."
Saying her piece, Havita Bone condensed a pair of wings on her back and took off into the air, flying three kilometres away from the city walls as everywhere she flew past, the Swarm monsters dropped to the ground.
They were still alive but were unable to move. The bones in their joints had become attached to one another, turning into a whole. Due to that, they were unable to move anymore, dropping to the ground like statues.
She then landed on a Frog as her feet expanded like roots into its body, rapidly causing its body to thin as she raised her hand, creating a column of bone that reached a height of twenty metres that she plunged into the ground.
In a similar fashion, she landed on the immobile monsters one after another, erecting such pillars of bone every fifty metres apart, finally commanding after erecting hundred of such pillars, "It's done. The Bone Family…"
"Take Action!"
The moment she uttered, everyone from the Bone Family grinned and jumped off from the walls.
"Well, it has been a while since I last fought." Heima said, stretching her body as she muttered, "My Sync Rate is still pitiful. I need to reach the peak of Tier 3 within two years."
Her body was then wrapped by a layer of black before her figure vanished, appearing atop a bone pillar.
