"What, nothing at all?" Brett gawked.
"Nothing. It's like my entire sensory skill cuts off as soon as I direct it towards that doorway."
"Well, I'm in." Rachelle licked her lips. "Who knows what goodies are in there?"
"Yes, and who knows what damned monsters lay there?" Lisa said. "If we can't detect anything, it means nothing good. I don't like it, Daniel."
"I know what you mean. But have you forgotten why we became wayfarers in the first place?" Daniel said, his hand firmly grasped around his curved blade.
The others grimly nodded.
"I need to enter my System before we enter, just in case something nasty jumps out at us." Brett said.
"I'm the same." Losef added.
"Alright, you guys go first," Daniel said, "we'll enter it after you."
