Seeing Ah Yin so invested out of a sudden, Bibi Dong finally blushed sincerely. There were still a few things that managed to throw her off. However, it was clear that although Ah Yin did not mind Bibi Dong's intimacy with Ja Sun, she certainly did mind her own intimate actions being exposed to others.
"Why don't you leave? I have to negotiate a few things," Ah Yin stated coolly. Once again, the law of dominance appeared. Ordinarily, Ah Yin would have felt embarrassed even saying these words but seeing Bibi Dong already take the role of a shy 'rookie', Ah Yin felt greatly confident.
'To think... I acted this weakly, tsk tsk,' the blue-haired tree shook her head internally.
"What?"
Bibi Dong couldn't help but frown, a little irritated by the barely exposed scorn.
"You guys have to decide quickly. We have to leave for the ceremony, too, after all."
Ja Sun was wholly immersed. He had no intentions of breaking things off. Instead, laced with curiosity, Ja Sun waited for things to explode between Ah Yin and Bibi Dong.
'Who knew... Teach killing me was the best day of my previous life. If he had a few more relatives, I would have volunteered to kill them so he could take even an act of greater revenge and gain strength,' Ja Sun thought internally. After all, his teacher in the previous life barely had any scruples. Strangely, Ja Sun himself represented Teach's last limits that he ended up crossing finally.
Ah Yin didn't want to simply leave and Bibi Dong wanted to leave only after Ah Yin left. The set of blue and pink pupils stared at each other rather fiercely as Ja Sun only bubbled with joy. However, a lapse of judgment made him snicker out loud while fantasizing about various things to attract the combined anger of the two women as they snorted simultaneously.
Ah Yin's lips moved but no voice came out, evidently communicating with Bibi Dong and the other woman nodded her head.
"Give me that dress and I'll forget that you laughed at me." Bibi Dong's tone left no room for negotiation.
"And give me the necklace. We will be even then," Ah Yin stared at the youth.
"How about..." Ja Sun mused with a somber expression, "No."
He would only get extorted if he wished for it himself. Matching Ja Sun's equally unwavering gaze, Bibi Dong couldn't help but bite her bottom lip.
"Then... just add interest on the payments you want... I will pay them off at once some other time..." Her voice was almost similar to a soft buzz but Ah Yin could only sigh seeing this. It was clear that Bibi Dong needed Hu Lana's mentorship to prevent being taken advantage of.
Ja Sun's grin grew wider and he nodded.
---
The entire arena buzzed with a different kind of excitement. Over the month, everyone had gone through many changes be it the physical appearance or their temperaments.
Rank 25 Tang Yuehua no longer gave off a feeble yet graceful disposition. She is steadily growing and she revealed her allegiances to the Spirit Hall by wearing its color: silver and gold. Her skirt reached her knees and she wore long golden-lined boots. Although the weakest of the team, with constant sparring sessions against her teammates, she could hold her own against other Spirit Grandmasters.
Rank 50 Oscar still felt a little impatient to gain his fifth spirit ring. His silver hair had grown out a bit and he let them be. Just by indirectly facing the tremendous opponents, Oscar had grown mature and the slightest bit of complacency he had about his talent in regards to spirit energy potential was curbed. His opponents wouldn't care about his circumstances but only his results and he was certainly lacking in them.
Rank 56 Hu Lana still outshone her other female teammates. She attracted gazes from all around and specifically wore a long but slightly loose dress that made her look attractive yet humble at the same time. She had pretty much ridden the coattails of the team but her presence by itself would have been disastrous to the opponents.
Rank 58 Xiao Jun also wore her dark locks longer. The hint of ever-present mischievousness in her eyes had only grown stronger. Just that she simply never got a chance to fully spread the dogged chaos that brimmed inside her. She walked next to Oscar, their arms locked. Her dark dress was in stark contrast with Oscar's light-colored clothing and hair.
Rank 60 Liu Erlong had taken the temporary position of the team's tomboy. Her raven hair barely grew and covered her head but Liu Erlong had gotten used to it. She fashioned a strangely armored crimson dress with a red leather breast-piece over her robes. Her eyes lit up as she walked alongside Yuehua and with a polite smile, Yuehua continued to chat with Erlong.
Next to Hu Lana, the despised by all, walked the cool and collected Rank 62 Xie Xan. His skills were still a bit of mystery to his opponents since aside from his martial soul, the various members felt that Xie Xan employed another technique. Only Tang Hao was aware of the fact that Xie Xan was another possessor of the Deathgod Domain. Hu Lana entirely leaned on Xie Xan, not afraid of flaunting her relationship and Xie Xan, too, kept on a slightly smug smile. Since he had already attracted quite a bit of attention, he might as well make the most of it and burn others in envy.
In the center of the team stood Ja Sun. Although Bibi Dong was still their leader and more often than not, even Ja Sun followed her arrangements, there was a tacit understanding between the teammates to push the major focus on Ja Sun since he was with the greatest burst of strength in their group and was sometimes calm enough to make the best of situation. 'Sometimes' being the operational word. He wore a full-sleeved shirt with the sleeves properly rolled up. His forearms and hands were covered by Vajra Gauntlets and over this crimson shirt, he black vest, and trousers. His cultivation of rank 65 was known to all.
To his left stood Rank 67 Ah Yin in a beautiful blue dress that was somewhat formfitting from the top. Her neck was adorned with a small sapphire necklace, the brilliance of which could only be matched with her watery blue eyes.
And to his right, naturally, wearing a rather regal dress inlaid with violet gems was the Rank 70 Bibi Dong. She looked calm and collected yet she couldn't feel the same from the inside after promising Ja Sun to repay with a rather 'hefty' sum. But then again, nobody could make Bibi Dong do something that she doesn't want to and Ja Sun had grown a bit sensitive to not expose such actions. After all, speaking these kinds of things out loud would definitely postpone certain acts that he would rather perform early on.
Right now, on the stage stood a total of five teams.
The Spirit Academy.
The Clear Sky Sect.
The Star Luo Imperial Academy.
The Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect.
And the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy.

Originally, the last position would have gone to Ning Fengzhi's team and the Heaven Dou Imperial Academy wouldn't even have a spot while the Blue Lightning Tyran Dragon Clan would have won the fourth position. However, Erlong had left them with disastrous injuries knowingly just to make them fall.
Right now, Ja Sun felt countless gazes converge on him. Plenty of them was malicious. Ja Sun could only chuckle wryly. Should he even reveal a hint of maliciousness that now had a physical form thanks to his acquired domain then the entire arena would have some form of attack. Be it a heart or a panic one.
The other four teams had one Spirit Douluo Elder with them. Ning Fengzhi looked even more luxurious as Chen Xin stood in front of him. At the moment, Chen Xin seemed to be looking for something or someone discreetly but failing to find his target, the Sword Douluo could only sigh softly.
On the main stage floating in the middle of the arena, Qian Xunji finally raised his voice as the clamor around him began to calm down.
"The leaders of the continent greatly appreciate all the talent revealed during this competition. As long as talents like these exist, the future of the continent will remain secured," Qian Xunji had a calming presence but it was not even close to Qian Daoliu's presence. If Ja Sun had to notice the difference then it would be the fact that Qian Daoliu didn't try to be calming. It was simply around him, the presence.
"And as talents and competition thrive, as the continent develops in a secured manner, I place my hopes in these young ones to someday, fully remove evil from the face of this earth."
As Qian Xunji continued, the expressions of other leaders stiffened somewhat. This was similar to a propaganda speech that would only serve to reduce the negative impact of Ja Sun's actions. But others couldn't do much. Right now, every higher-up in the realm of Titled Douluo felt a very specific undulation from Qian Xunji perceivable only by them.
Rank 96!
Qian Xunji, the Supreme Pontiff, who struggled at the realm of rank 95, broke through to a whole new realm. It is a known fact that after rank 96, each breakthrough is worth the entirety of past cultivation. And this meant that the rise in strength after each breakthrough is equally terrifying. Qian Xunji's current political and martial might threaten to crumble the delicate peace and balance that he had worked so hard to create and how could he not know that?
He didn't reveal his true strength to stroke his ego but to silently prepare while rousing the continent watching through the numerous image and video recording devices that shared information at the cost of a large number of resources.
Done with his speech, Qian Xunji stepped on the space ahead of the platform. The sight of the Supreme Pontiff walking down the air as if a benevolent god descending already skyrocketed the reverence a great portion of the masses felt towards him due to his recent actions including replacing quite a bit of religion with his name.
Qian Xunji soon stood a few steps away from the contestants on the stage and smiled, "The leaders have shown me great respect but I hardly have the face to accept it. Through their own efforts, this team has shocked the continent time and again what it means to be free-spirited and refreshing with utmost talent!
As the Pope of the Spirit Hall, it is with great personal honor and pleasure that I announce the Spirit Academy as the winner of this session!"
Tang Min lowered his head and clenched his fist. Dai Taiyin revealed a bitter and exhausted expression but the air of ferocity around him had been reduced to a minimum. The many opponents on the stage all showed various reactions but they knew that the decision wasn't an unfair one.
Ja Sun and others silently gave a bow.
"Representative of the Spirit Academy, do step up and receive your rewards."
Qian Xunji flipped his hand and revealed two spirit bones floating in front of him.
One of them was a tiger-shaped skull bone with a deep indentation in the middle of the forehead and the other one was a black crystal ribcage consisting of 72 ribs. 36 on each side.
The Saint Hell Tiger's Skull Bone and the Nine-Headed Giant's Torso Bone!
The spectators sucked in a breath of cold air with greed flickering in their eyes. Even the Titled Douluos around were moved. Thinking of something, a few piercing glances landed on Ja Sun due to his rumored wealth yet these gazes were short-lived. By now, even if the greedy glances didn't know of Ja Sun's true martial strength, they knew well of his master and his solemn promise regarding any Titled Douluo threatening the lives of Ja Sun and Ah Yin.
Already chosen to represent the team to finally make the position of the member be known to the entire continent, Tanf Yuehua stepped out with a resolute expression.
Gazes of people; powerful people, trailed in her direction.
Stiffening only for a moment, Tang Yuehua walked up to Qian Xunji and gave a respectful bow. Her voice was clear and pleasing to all.
"This disciple is honored, your Highness," She stood straight and Qian Xunji passed the two spirit bones with a smile. Clearly different from other elders who abhorred the daughter of hammers and not intending to allow her to make a fool of herself by not being unable to support the spirit pressure of the two spirit bones, Qian Xunji's force continued to trail the spirit bones until Tang Yuehua returned and handed them to Bibi Dong before she stored it in her storage essence tool.
As Qian Xunji began speaking, asking the representative of the clear sky clan to step forward and receive the rewards of being the runner-up, the corner of many high-level masters twitched.
The water around the arena turned blood-red. A strange pressure spread out and covered every individual in the arena including Qian Daoliu seated in his residence as the giant, now crimson, waterfall was forcefully parted to reveal a lone figure.
Seeing him, those cold eyes that attracted the attention of even mere mortals from such a distance as if a bewitching force congealed within them, Ja Sun couldn't help but unconsciously smile. Bibi Dong was in a daze. But their reactions couldn't even be observed as the figure's image was sent throughout the continent.
The figure continued to descend without any wings. Before he even reached the protective dome of the arena, it cracked, and a small part silently broke off.
There was a reason for such silence. Even the boisterous Tang Peg was left breathless.
"9- 97!" Dai Laohu gritted his teeth. A rank 96 opponent could face five of rank 95. The distance between rank 97 was even more exaggerated.
"Future? Talents? These punks?" The figure clad in crimson close to the color of his hair and eyes inquired coldly. His unkind gaze swept past Ja Sun and that's all he needed to know that Redstar was still pissed about being duped for the 100000-year-old spirit bone.
Making Qian Xunji exasperated was that knowing that now he had the orders to 'go all out' for authenticity, Redstar had removed all pretenses as the man suddenly laughed as the entire dome seemed to shake with his chuckles.
"Xunji, oh, Xunji, I have waited for so long. I can't say the truth, but I will still tear that mask off of your face and let the world know the ugly face that represents your truth!"
Redstar's words dripped with venom as he snapped his fingers, "We don't need audiences any longer, right?"
Redstar's unscrupulous words instantly made everyone feel a little ominous.
