You know, the world is a weird place. One moment you get a massive increase in your income, and you are just about to have a party with your buddy, and the next moment, a massive truck appears out of nowhere and kills you.

What makes matters worse, I don't know where I am. I should be dead, but I'm in the middle of a room? What is happening?!

The room looks like a fancy drinking bar I once visited in the past with my friend but even more fancy. I can see a massive number of drinks in front of me. Some of them I know of, but most of them are brands I did not know.

My eyes land on the call bell sitting on the counter and press it.

After waiting for a few minutes, a creature walked out of the back room. The reason why we call it a creature is because it did not have any shame. It was a being of smoke that had the shape of a human.

The creature is wearing bartender clothes, complete with a tie.

"That is rude, you know? Calling me a creature. Call me Talos, that is the name that your tongue can comprehend."

"My name is Richard but you can call me Rick."

"Then Rick, what kind of drink do you want?"

I look at the collection of drinks behind him and say,

"Give me some Old Fashioned."

"Out of all my collection you choose Old Fashioned?"

"Your collection is too much and you did not have a menu I could choose. So I decided to drink something simple and easy to make but also delicious."

"Fair enough."

I saw him take a bourbon I did not know of and start to work. When he places the drink on the counter, I take it and take a sip.

"Hmmm! This is good. What kind of alcohol do you use?"

"Alcohol that did not appear in your world sadly. You need to go to the other earth to enjoy it."

"Other earth?"

"Yup."

"There is really another version of earth out there? Like multiverse theory?"

"Yup."

"I see."

I take another sip of my drink and say.

"So, what do you want? I know that I'm dead, I can feel my body lying there unmoving. There must be a reason why you take me here."

"Oh ho? You are rather calm about this situation."

"What kind of product do you sell?"

"I see. Will I meet another agent? Another company's agent."

"No. Each planet only needs one agent and because this planet is owned by me, other companions will not send their agent to that planet. However, sometimes other Gods decide to send other people to our planet. We call this an Isekai case and you will be needed to kill them or capture them."

"I see."

"Anyway, this will be your CYOA. Take as much time as you need and then give them to me when you are finished."

I read the paper and frown a little.

I nod my head and start to read all of the options I have.

I push the paper to Talos and say,

"I'm done."

"Yet. When I reach that minimum point, I can go to the other world."

"True. Anyway…"

Talos took out a stamp from a black hole next to him and stamped my paper before burning them. After burning the paper, Talos looks at me and says,

"Welcome to the Viras Bar and please enjoy your stay. I'm looking forward to your performance."

My entire vision is engulfed in white light when he snaps his finger. The next thing I know, I appear in the middle of a park.
