“You are talking about Long Rainbow?” The great sorcerer was fuming mad. “It is the symbol of the Su Family’s next successor, not the personal weapon of anyone.”
“When did it become the Su Family’s?” Yu Shijin was still holding his lit cigarette. He stared at the great sorcerer with blood-tinged eyes.
The great sorcerer didn’t expect Yu Shijin to be so agitated.
He tried to explain. “Mr. Yu, you must have been deceived by her. The sword is the legacy of the Su Family and has been passed down by their ancestors.”
“Passed down by their ancestors?” Yu Shijin chuckled.
He didn’t say another word.
The great sorcerer relaxed, thinking that Yu Shijin must have accepted his explanation.
At this moment, one of the great sorcerer’s followers hastily added. “Oh yes, Mr. Yu, the Long Rainbow, has already acknowledged its new master. It is the Su Family’s legacy weapon, and it can’t be wrong…”
He narrated the origins of Long Rainbow and explained the signs which indicate how the weapon would recognize its owner.
Yu Shijin smirked as he tossed the cigarette onto the floor and crushed it with his feet.
He grabbed the collar of that follower. “And how do you know that is the Su Family’s legacy weapon?”
He lowered his eyes, which were filled with a cold malevolence.
An intense air of malice shrouded his entire person.
It was terrifying.
The follower was shivering so badly that he was unable to speak.
“Mr. Yu, please keep calm.” The great sorcerer subconsciously took a step back.
He never expected to see such a fearsome side to Yu Shijin.
“Keep calm?” Yu Shijin exhaled slowly. He flung the follower to the ground before turning toward the great sorcerer. “Do you know where the Long Rainbow came from?”
The great sorcerer gave an instinctive shudder at Yu Shijin’s words.
His face slowly turned pale.
Yu Shijin straightened his clothes and gazed at the great sorcerer. He said softly, “I gave it to her.”
Yu Shijin’s final sentence was harsh and frigid to the extreme.
The great sorcerer was thunderstruck. He stared at Yu Shijin in disbelief.
“You… you… this…”
Didn’t the Su Family say it was a treasure passed down by their ancestors?
“Have that bunch of people return Long Rainbow to me immediately.” Yu Shijin turned magnanimously, but his expression was devoid of any warmth. “It won’t be good if I have to personally seek them out for it.”
He left in a gust of cold air.
Tao Zhuo, who had been standing some distance away, hurried in at this moment.
She stared stonily at the great sorcerer. “The things that Boss Yu said, what is going on?”
“There is so much trickery and scheming going around. Even with Su S gone, the Yu Family has proven to be even more overbearing.” The great sorcerer sighed. “Go and speak with the Su Family. Have them return the Long Rainbow.”
Change was in the air for the International Association.
But Tao Zhuo remained standing where she was. She lifted her chin and asked, “Master, what is the real name of our captain?”
“You have to ask the members of the mercenary regiment about that.” The great sorcerer kept silent for a moment. “In the entire International Association, those who know her real name can be counted by one hand. I am not one of them.”
Yu Shijin sat in the Yu Family car with his lamp.
With all that coming and going, the sky was nearly light.
Ning Baokun sat unhappily in the living room of the Yu Family residence.
When she finally saw Yu Shijin strolling in late, she jumped up with an annoyed frown. “Why have you returned so late? Didn’t you already arrive at dawn this morning?!”

Yu Shijin had been raised by his grandfather. He had no feelings at all for this mother of his.
And of course, Yu Shijin was only valuable to Ning Baokun as he was of use to her.
He flung his jacket aside and replied coldly. “I had something on.”
Ning Baokun didn’t know that Yu Shijin was already touted as one of the “Double Kings” in the International Association. She continued to think of him as that outcast Yu Family son who had been left in Country Hua.
“How dare you lock up Ms Dugu? Do you know what you are doing?”
Her nagging was just too irksome. Yu Shijin paused in his steps.
It was an opportune time that the Head of the Yu Family personally arrived.
Ning Baokun was shocked at seeing the Yu Family Head. “Si… Sir?”
The Yu Family Head frowned.
He then noticed Yu Shijin standing there, cold and aloof.
He bowed slightly in a very respectful manner. “Master Yu, our patriarch invites you to go meet with him.”
Yu Shijin needed to see the patriarch about something anyway, so he picked up his jacket again.
The moment he stepped out the door, he inclined his head toward the Yu Family Head. He said coldly, “Arrange a new accommodation for me.”
“Alright, I will make the arrangements immediately.” The Yu Family Head nodded. “In addition, the Head of the Dugu Family wishes to meet you.”
“There’s no need to meet him.” Yu Shijin stated simply. “Have him take back those two Dugu Family people. I don’t wish to see them again.”
After some time, Yu Shijin finally met with the patriarch of the Yu Family, Yu Hongchang.
Even by International Association’s standards, Yu Hongchang’s lodgings were considered too upmarket.
Holding his lamp, Yu Shijin strolled around the room in a leisurely manner.
He found a good spot and placed his lamp there.
After adjusting its position, he silently observed that lamp for a long while.
Finally, he walked over to Yu Hongchang and bowed slightly. He said in a low voice, “Grandpa, I am back.”
“It’s good that you are back.” Yu Hongchang invited him to sit down and took out a chessboard. “I thought you already decided never to return.”
“I did wish to never come back.” Yu Shijin picked a chess piece and placed it on the board.
His lowered eyes were infinitely black.
Their game of chess ended with Yu Hongchang in total defeat.
Yu Shijin put down his chess pieces and glanced mildly at Yu Hongchang. “I’m going to accept my legacy tomorrow. If there is anything sent over from Unknown Island, just pass the item over to my subordinates.”
“Tomorrow? Why the rush?” Yu Hongchang was shocked.
Yu Shijin frowned slightly. “The earlier I accept my legacy, the earlier I can leave.”

While Yu Shijin was in the International Association accepting his legacy, Su Huiqing was in Green City wrapping things up.
By the time Bai Yi found her, she was holding Anxien in a kneeling position before Angie’s grave.
“I know Angie helped to take your place in the laboratory tests. Don’t be afraid, I won’t kill you. But you have to repay whatever you owed Angie.” Su Huiqing flung her before Angie’s grave. “Su Chu, send her to the Area One laboratory.”
Su Chu immediately dragged her off.
Bai Yi had on his usual garb.
White shirt, black pants, baseball cap. He was nonchalantly gazing at Su Huiqing from under lowered eyelids.
“A multi-billion dollar military firearms transaction was disrupted at the International Association yesterday.” Bai Yi lifted his golden eyes slightly.
Su Huiqing arranged the flowers on the grave.
She then stood up and smirked at him innocently. “I believe that the International Association will be much safer if you stop coming over to Green City. Otherwise, I have no idea when a similar incident will happen again. What do you think?”
