Chapter 35: Choices

Before Leo laid three guns on the table.

One of the guns appeared to be a silenced revolver, another one appeared to be a normal handgun and finally, there was a gun that looked like an uzi.

Leo obviously did not know the names of these guns and asked Christopher for the details.

 

 

 

"Let's start with this revolver, this is a peters model 625 suppressed, it is capable of piercing most armor. It may be suppressed, but it kicks like a mule and still makes alot of noise, people within 50 meters can hear it for sure, however, if it is of any interest to you, this weapon is quite rare since usually revolvers are not suppressed."

Leo pretty much had already decided that he would not take this gun.

 

 

 

"Up next we have a classic, an internally suppressed Glock 19, it is very quiet and is chambered in 9MM ammo, you can barely hear it but it does not have a lot of penetration power, you will have to aim very well to incapacitate your enemy and then finish them off."

Leo was neutral on this pick, he would have the element of surprise so penetration power would not be the biggest issue, and if he got spotted he could simply take a gun off a corpse.

 

 

 

"And finally we have the infamous MAC-10, this weapon will be very hard to conceal due to it having a large suppressor fitted on it, the weapon is very quiet and is chambered in .45 ACP, ACP is slightly better than 9MM."

The MAC-10 and the Glock 19 would both be good options and both had their drawbacks, the MAC-10 was a high fire rate weapon and was hard to control, but it could absolutely shred enemies.

The Glock was easy to master but was not automatic, the fire rate was way lower than the MAC-10 but it was easier to conceal.

 

 

 

Christopher was quietly waiting for Leo to make his choice.

"Christopher, I have decided that I will be picking the MAC-10. Please prepare everything for me." Said Leo.

 

 

 

Christopher let out a chuckle.

"Ofcourse my good sir! I will have everything prepared within thirty minutes, please take a seat!" said Christopher.

Leo waited for a while before Christopher returned.

Christopher bowed to Leo before speaking.

"Your weapon has been prepared for you, it would be a pleasure to hear from you how it functions once you've tested it."

 

 

 

Christopher handed Leo a MAC-10 along with a rig that had 7 magazines in it.

Each magazine had about 30 bullets in them.

"Thank you for everything Christopher, I will talk to you again soon but I have to go for now, goodbye." said Leo.

Christopher brought Leo to the exit and he went on with his day.

Leo had gotten everything he wanted and decided to go back to the dormitory.

When he entered the dormitory he spotted Emilia and Alex.

Leo approached them and decided to sit next to Emilia.

 

 

 

Emilia and Alex were currently playing a card game, and it was easy to notice who was losing.

"God damn it Alex I know you are cheating!" yelled Emilia.

Alex just laughed upon hearing this.

"That's it I am done with this bullshit!" yelled Emilia before flipping the table over.

 

 

 

Emilia walked out of the dormitory angrily.

At this point Alex completely lost it, he was rolling on the floor crying from laughter.

After about five minutes, Alex finally calmed down.

 

 

 

"Is Emilia always like that?" asked Leo.

"Well, she is very competitive when it comes to games and she is also pretty crazy, that is why she is the main force of our group." said Alex

"Now that you mention it Alex, what are the positions of the people in this group?" questioned Leo.

 

 

 

"At the current moment, Kevin is our sharpshooter, if we are in a fight he picks off people outside of Emilia's range, Emilia leads the assault and I am the vanguard, I stay back and cover Kevins position to make sure no one is able to kill him.  Aren, or as you knew her Empress used to be part of the main assault with Emilia." Said Alex.

"I know that I am the assassin, but what will I have to exactly do?" asked Leo.

 

 

 

Alex thought for a while before responding.

"You are tasked with arguably the most difficult and dangerous task there is, taking out the leader of the enemy group. You will have a lot of solo operations and in squad missions, you are tasked with covering Emilia to ensure she does not get killed by someone flanking her." said Alex.

Leo simply smiled upon hearing this, but in reality, he was quite frightened.
