Dr. Erik then left the room, leaving only him and the other two guards alone. William was so nervous because he had known facing an organization that he always thought was cool, but now it was the opposite of what he would have thought to be knowing his situation.
"On your feet, D-1092." One of the guards called William, signaling him to get up.
William had no other choice but to comply, his hands were cuffed, and his legs were chained. He couldn't do much in his situation now. Doing any other thing or disobeying them would only make the situation even worse. He got up from his chair and walked his way through the door. He got out of the room and looked at his surrounding.
"So, this is the SCP Foundation, huh?"
He saw countless personnel walking down the hallway; some were in a hurry, and even there were people in white lab coats talking to their colleagues. There are many rooms, each with its own labels as to what room it would be. There were also guards who were patrolling the area to make sure nothing bad was going to happen.
Everything seemed high-tech, with countless of devices and technologies used there, such as those metal sliding doors with handprint recognition, vaults that are protected and could only be accessed with keycards, and many more. Of course, what they've done is to ensure to give the most security of them all, to not let what has been contained by them break out easily with different kinds of machinations.
"We don't have all day. Move your feet, D-1092."
The guard told him to follow his lead. As he walked through the hallway, he was being looked at by several people along the way. Most of them are the researchers and some agents that passed by him. He was looked at sinisterly mostly because he was allegedly a Chaos Insurgency member, a group that was despised by most of the Foundation's employees due to their unethical methods of using SCP objects as a weapon to achieve their goal.
Of course, William himself was not a fan of Chaos Insurgency, nor can he prove that he was not their grunts. He could only look down and didn't make any eye contact with them because he didn't give the best first impression to everyone here.
He saw a big container was being moved by many operators, and something was scraping inside the container. It didn't look very hostile, but it made a sound like there was a creature within that container. It didn't seem remotely close to a creature, and it was heavy like stone or rocks were moving inside it.
"What's that?" William pointed his fingers, asking one of the guards what was inside.
One of the guards looked at him and said, "Oh, that? A new friend. He'll be staying at this site for a while. You'll meet him someday if you're lucky." He said it with a joking tone to William.
He then arrived in some kind of hallway full of enclosed doors, with each having their numbers, and the gap between each door was very close. Without a doubt, this is the D-Class Personnel Dormitory Cell room where all other D-Class personnel were being put by the Foundation, waiting for their turn to be called for duty.
William saw a guard was waiting in front of one of the cell doors that was opened. It looks like that cell is the one where he will be put. The guards and William finally arrived in front of that door cell. The other guard signaled him to enter the cell and then closed the door.
"You'll be here from now on, D-1092. Foods will be given three times a day and no funny business until you get your call." Said one of the guards, he then left from William's vision from the small cell window, and he was left alone.

It wasn't the best, but It wasn't good either, there's only a small bed, a sink, a toilet, and a small desk. William had been used to this kind of lifestyle before when he was in college, so it wasn't much of a problem for him to live here now.
It wasn't his living condition right now that was worrying for him. It was the fact that he's now working in the SCP Foundation as a D-Class and that alone was already a bad thing. The Foundation has 5 Different Classifications for each personnel, varying from E to A-Class. E-Class is for those personnel who were already infected or exposed to an anomaly and needs to be quarantined as soon as possible. C-Class is people who were given permission to access some of the harmless SCPs, B-Class usually consists of Senior Researchers and Agents who were experienced enough to be allowed to access some of the SCPs in the database, and A-Class consists of the upper echelons of the Foundation, such as Site Directors and O5 Councils.
As for D-Class? They were nothing but lab rats, used by the Foundation's researcher not only for an experiment but to do their jobs that need to interact with harmful SCPs. Because why would they risk their own life if they could use D-Class to interact with them?
Usually, D-Class were taken from people who were given a death sentence for their crimes by the law. Of course, the Foundation gave them a second chance to live their life. But knowing what they will be doing and see here. It isn't any different than facing death itself.
Knowing this, he couldn't predict what could happen in his life next. Whether to be called to interact with a harmless SCP or feed something to a hostile SCP. But something for sure, you wouldn't want to be a D-Class in SCP Foundation.
His life is pretty much done. He can only pray for his safety that he'll be fine living in this current world. William just wanted to brush it off and went to sleep. He had many things happening lately. Somehow transferred to a world where SCP Foundation exist, got caught on by their agents, and now had to live his life as a D-Class. He wanted to take a rest, and with that, he went to sleep on his bed.
Ten hours later.
There was a knock. It was banging on William's cell door multiple times.
"Get up, D-1092." Said one of the guards, "It's your turn now. You have given a job for today's session."
William rubbed his eyes, still dazed from his sleep and haven't fully woken up yet. He had enough sleep for the day and not even a day in becoming a D-Class. He was already being called for duty.
"This early? What am I supposed to do later?"
William saw a slight grin from the guards through the window and said, "Of course, to meet our new friend that had been making a mess in his own room. SCP-173."
