Chapter 7: Chapter 6

(Day 22)

It was raining outside, so we decided to relax and work in the cave. Clonk and clink sound reverberated as I repeatedly stuck an obsidian ore. I was making throwing daggers. In Mesoamerican cultures, such as the Mayans and the Aztecs, they sometimes performed human sacrifices using obsidian blades. They are pretty sharp.

But I can't make blades with them. Obsidian, while incredibly sharp, is also very brittle and wouldn't withstand the process needed to shape the obsidian into a sword blade of usable length and durability. 

I test 'em on some snakes I caught the day before. It does concern me that I have taken a liking to venomous serpents. 

Partly because of the noise I was making, a female goblin wearing a Tarzan outfit with shorts walked up to me. 

She is Gobu-Elder, or Elde for short. 

How in the ever-loving fuck is a green fair-skinned woman with ashen-blue hair that covers her left eye... a granny?! She has bright amber eyes and is described to be very young.

I stopped workin' to hear what the big-breasted short stack had to say. Elde has lived a long life of 50 years... Well, that's a long time for a dragon goblin. Nevertheless, she had very extensive knowledge, and I was willing to hear her little stories. 

She told me many things about this world, such as [Levels] and [Rank up]; how come those things are so up in the stat screen? See also told me about the other goblins that left the cave on a campaign or something like that. 

Unlike other goblin species, dragon goblins would travel to tribes such as humans, saurians, or any race willing to return to the cave to give birth to the next generation, usually through the promise of gold or beat 'em in a fight and the prize was birthing babies. 

At least we are not rapists goblins. 

Anyway, she told me info 'bout the rank-up system. 

Monsters and demi-humans hit 100 and evolve into more robust species. For dragons goblins evolve into dragon hobgoblins, then into dragon-ogres before branching depending on individual power. 

Like Togo, for example, if he keeps going on that try-hard energy and never stops working out, he will most likely evolve into Draco cornu daemonium; it's Latin for a dragon-horned demon. They value strength above all else and punch down mountains with just their fists and clubs. 

Ogres who like to use heavyweight weapons like greatswords, axes, and battle pillars become Draco Minotaurs. Those who eat poisons and rotten flesh and body fluids become komodo drakes. 

They are species of ogres that are very dangerous and always hunted down. 

There are many more, some going into the monster route, some that go into the animal-looking path, and last, the human-looking route.

So I thanked the GLIF and went back to work.

So I keep making daggers of different sizes and sharpening the edges the best I can when I hear a female voice talking to me.

"No way..." a wild-looking female goblin with spikey hair stood directly in front of me. "You're eating phantom cobras and leopard taipans?!" She placed her tail on mine, a way of communicating with your tail by asking for help. "Are you really that strong?"

"Straight up." I looked out the corner of my eye to see Lei glaring at the female goblin's tail while my wife had this weird look on her face. What is she planning?

"What have you been eatin' shawty?" I asked her. Outside of Rin and my new friends-- more like her friends than mine, and I'm pretty sure Lei wants to fuck Rin--I haven't really given a shit about the others. 

"Bugs and tree sap, the animals are too fast for me," she explained. "Most of us can't catch them".

"Are you fuckin' with me?" I said harshly. The goblin explained how most get killed by a rabbit with a fucking horn. 

"Not kidding, so please teach me how to hunt" She bowed so far that her forehead rested against my chest. "Gobu-Gazei is so strong, brave and smart, the best out of all goblins. It's cool".

"Cool, huh? " I asked. Well, we got another smart one. 

"Mmhmm, so cool, no one here as cool. " She praised.

"What do you think of my wife?" I wondered. 

The wild female goblin bowed toward the smelling Rin "The strongest female here, foreign, but I am willing to try to become someone like her. " 

Oh, oh, fuck no. I don't need two Rins.

I thought in panic as I felt another tail on top of mine as Rin walked into my line of sight. "Well, the rain stopped. It's time to hunt, my love". She snapped her head towards the female goblin. "You can come, but you will follow Gazei's order to the letter." The female goblin nodded quickly. "Name?"

The female goblin looked between us, "Gobu-Lan". Lan jumped and hugged us together. "Thank you, big sis Rin". Rin raised her head high in pride and hugged me also...

I have a feeling this is going to be annoying.

The next day, it was hunting time for the three of us, me, Rin and Lan.

Togo was on a date or hunting trip with his boyfriend of the day. The dude somehow manages to charm seven dudes...

I didn't even know how and frankly, I didn't want to learn. But, unfortunately, Lei is trippin' and refused to come. 

 Now all three of us were more trained and prepared, enduring our time in the wild over the few days I had begun crafting a weapon for her. I made a spikey bat using a thick piece of wood and attaching horns from horned rabbits, which were given to Lan. 

Rin, per usual, made an outfit for the wild goblin girl.

Getting Lan up to speed with Togo and Lei, I made Lan hunt big game. Currently, Rin and Lan took a great deal of effort into carving apart a large group of venomous phantom cobras. Lan was at midrange right behind us, using her spiky club to stab and bash at their heads; Rin was smashing each of their heads without effort. 

Who knew that Rin would come to love hand-to-hand combat?

While I sliced off their heads quickly with my obsidian daggers.

"RAHH!" Lan crushed the last snake under her club. "So much fun!" she crouched down to begin her feast.

'Well, someone is hungry.' I crouched down and ate as Rin followed quickly after. I sighed as both of them coiled their tails around mine while smiling at each other as both of their tails touched each other. 'I can think of that after since they always do that; what I am curious about is my level is where in the 20 range... I can feel it." 

I was nudged out of my thoughts as I felt the two next to me leaning against me to spite the other from what I saw. 'Great, Rin and another girl are fighitn' over me again... Wow, I am a dumbass!

[Posion Breath] ability has advanced into [Malicious Poison Breath] ability

'Looks like I ate a lot of snake heads' I smiled at the progress. "Are you two full up?"

"Well, food-wise, yes, we are", Rin whispered huskily. 

"Me too..." Lan grabbed my thigh.

Well, this is awkward since I can't impregnate them. I have no natural urge as they do. It turns out male goblins have low libido, and I'm not sure if I am yet used to being a goblin. Technically I could smash; I've seen females rape men who ran away from their advances. Can I escape them if I run? I shrugged.

"We can't… not here, too dangerous," I said, hoping the two females see the logic in this. "You both can't share, so it's impossible. Also, I'm married the last time I checked." I stood up, walking in the general direction of the cave. 'I'm not safe anymore' A icy cold shiver ran down my back at the thought. Rin and Lan stared at each other as they stood simultaneously and followed me.

(At midnight)

Upon starting, Rin and Land both roared. During the fight, both were fighting inside the cave, punching and clawing each other. Out of all the female goblins, those two were the strongest. This was because they were the only ones capable of hunting dangerous animals, and the same could be said of me as a male. Lei fell behind Lan because of the wild goblins' natural skills.

Since Rin had studied martial arts when on Earth, she ended the fight with a spin attack with her tail. This made the dragon goblin female bend down in pain before receiving a kick to the face.

"Who is the top bitch?!" Rin wailed, pounding her fist against her chest with her right hand. Then, she roared, primarily to females, "Who wants to fight me?" In response to her roar, all the other females, except Lan, who was recovering and the cave and Lei stepped back, shaking their heads.

"Lei, grab her. She needs to learn her place..."

So that happened.

(Day 27)

God, I miss tv and beer so much right now. You can only do so much hunting before you want to kill yourself. This time I was eating the small prey I managed to catch: red bats, green mouses, and pit vipers.

You learned the ability [Sense Presence]

[Echolocation] ability has unlocked [Screech]

Well, I am delighted with the results of this day's hunt. I should take Rin here for a date...

Or maybe I will take Togo instead. Less chance of me gettin' molested that way.
