Chapter 482 - I Never Cause Troubles

In Zhong Yue’s secret realms, there was a land of a few dozen miles that was paved with godly soil. The godly rays were hovering above the soil, making it look like a fairyland. There were a total of 32 divine herbs planted here, and some of the naughty ones pulled themselves out and ran all over the place.

In Swords Gate, there wasn’t even half a divine herb while there were 32 in Zhong Yue’s secret realms!

Tian Yanzhong was completely stunned; he only knew that Zhong Yue had stolen a divine herb from the Gui Shen Celestial Race. He also heard Zhong Yue speaking disdainfully on how ordinary that divine herb was but he never would’ve thought that Zhong Yue had so many divine herbs in his possession!

“Junior martial brother, was there like a divine herb store in Kun Lun and that you robbed?” Tian Yanzhong mumbled.

Other than the divine herbs, there were also a total of 14 weapons in Zhong Yue’s other Yuan Shen secret realm. Six of them were shrouded with a dark miasma while the other eight shone with bright rays and exuded a warm sensation!

There were 14 divine weapons!

“Oh my heavens…”, Jun Sixie mumbled, “What exactly did you done in Kun Lun?”

Zhong Yue smiled, “Other than the Gui Shen Celestial Race’s divine herb, I got the other divine herbs myself. However, there are many divine herbs here that have their own consciousness, some are even as strong as the Heavenly Dharma Qi Practitioners, it’ll be a problem if they run.”

“The Swords Gate has become the wealthiest place in the Ancestral Star, and all of this happened in just the blink of an eye…”

Jun Sixie couldn’t even keep her usual composure as she still couldn’t believe what she was seeing.

In just the blink of an eye, had she become the richest headmaster of Swords Gate?

A few moments later, Jun Sixie calmed herself down and said, “It’s not a problem, we can send them into the Swords Gate secret realm, they won’t be able to escape from there. But…”

She frowned and mumbled, “There are so many divine herbs here, if the world knows about, Swords Gate will…”

Swords Gate was still weak now. Although they were now on the rise, they were still vulnerable as of now. They didn’t have many experts, and if the other races were to know about Swords Gate newfound wealth, they would all swarm toward Swords Gate!

By then, there would be no question as to whether Swords Gate would be torn to the ground!

Even the gods that went into the hermit lifestyles would come out and head to Swords Gate personally!

Zhong Yue mulled it over and said, “The only thing we can do now is to select the talented disciples from time to time and reward them with the divine herbs. This can stop the news from spreading too quickly.”

“Seems like that’s all we can do.” Jun Sixie nodded and said, “Without a god on our side, Swords Gate will never be safe, the risk of total destruction will always hang over our heads. Junior martial brother, although Swords Gate has many treasures, without a god, then we…”

Tian Yanzhong immediately whispered, “Junior Martial Brother Zhong, the extreme states, the extreme states!”

“What extreme states?” Jun Sixie asked.

Zhong Yue then told them about the state of extremities he learned in Kun Lun. He cast out his Nine Revolving Inner Core and surged his Yuan Shen while also opening the Six Paths Wheel. He said, “When one cultivates the state of extremities, they gain the potential to transcend into the deityhood. Our Swords Gate’s cultivation techniques are lacking of the Inner Core, Heavenly Dharma, True Spirit and Imminent Deity level’s state of extremities.”

Jun Sixie ran the thought through in her mind, and she nodded, “I felt it too, the hidden potential in the various levels. Now that you mention it, I finally understand what I’m lacking. But it’s impossible for me to turn back and cultivate the Awakening level’s two states of extremity anymore. But I still can make it for the Inner Core and Heavenly Dharma levels.”

Tian Yanzhong sighed and said, “I also didn’t cultivate my Yuan Shen through the 200-feet limit in the Atman Body level, I wonder if I can still do it now.”

A thought suddenly flashed across Jun Sixie’s mind ,and she smiled, “I will gather the disciples now. Junior Martial Brother Zhong, you will teach us all how to do it, and we will listen to your class! If there are any Qi Practitioners that have cultivated the extreme states, they can be given higher priority, and we can nurture them! Oh yes, call Fang Jiange as well, and also Elder Shui! I want everyone possible to be in Swords Gate. Half a month later, Junior Martial Brother Zhong will be conducting the class!”

Zhong Yue then handed over the divine weapons and divine herbs to Jun Sixie. He then went back and prepared the materials for the class half a month later.

Seven days after, Zhong Yue finished systematically sorting out the cultivation levels and states of extremity. But for the True Spirit extreme state, Zhong Yue didn’t know much as even Chi Xue, who told him all of this, didn’t know much about it either.

Soon, Qiu Jin’er broke through to the Heavenly Dharma level. The two of them then communicated and Qiu Jin’er asked of the events that happened in Returning Ruins after she went into the closed-door training.

Although Zhong Yue was careful to omit the part with Chi Xue, Qiu Jin’er still sensed something odd.

Qiu Jin’er has also cultivated the states of extremity as well, except for the Awakening level which couldn’t be recultivated.

She was the Wood Infante Spirit Body, her Yuan Shen come with her ever since she was born and surely, her Yuan Shen was able to breakthrough the 200-feet limit. However, the Nine Revolving Inner Core was something not known to the Ancestral Star, thus, she couldn’t have cultivated it.

The innate spirit bodies are really strong. Their spirits are innate, and their Yuan Shen are sure to break through the limit. Probably even the state of extremity in the Heavenly Dharma level is simply achievable by them as well, Zhong Yue sighed, he lamented the fact that he wasn’t blessed with this sort of gift.

It was already hard for him to keep pace with the innate spirit bodies!

Another a week or so flashed past, and most of the Swords Gate disciples had returned in Swords Gate Mountain. Zhong Yue then conducted the class right after. He told his experience about the states of extremity. Showing them with taking the skills, totem patterns and every other ways and passed down all of his knowledge.

Zhong Yue also carved the Southern Heaven Gate he saw in the Returning Ruin, and infused it into the new【Swords Gate Visualization Art】to teach to the disciples.

The whole of Swords Gate trembled in shock. While seizing the chance that most of the disciples were here, Jun Sixie, Fang Jiange, Qiu Jin’er, Zuo Xiangsheng, Tian Yanzhong and the others have all spoken to the crowd of their experiences and knowledge.

Ever since that day, the Swords Gate disciples immersed themselves in cultivation while the higher-ups of Swords Gate also went into their respective closed door trainings to trying to cultivate the Nine Revolving Inner Core. Jun Sixie passed the responsibilities onto Zhong Yue and Shui Zian’s hands, giving them the order to keep Swords Gate safe and operational.

“Junior Martial Brother, during our time in the closed door training, you need to take good care of Swords Gate’s safety. Never ever stir on any troubles!” Jun Sixie passed the Great Boundless Divine Sword and the headmaster’s seal to Zhong Yue, “I know you liked to be adventurous and can’t stay in a place for too long. But this is not the time to do so, we are all in the closed door training and Swords Gate is in your hands now. Do anything wrong and you might be the cause of Swords Gate’s demise!”

Shui Zian, who was on the side, was smiling, “Headmaster, don’t worry. I’ll be here watching over him.”

Jun Sixie nodded, “With Elder Shui on the side, I’m more relaxed. Elder Shui, you must look closely at him, he mustn’t stir any troubles!”

The eruption of the four Devil Soul Forbidden Lands had thrown the many races into disarray. They had been suppressing the devil souls and recovering from the damages. But little did they know that Swords Gate was going through a complete revolution!

Even if they knew about it, they didn’t have the enough strength to stop it as well. By the time they could finally stop the humans, the stronger Swords Gate elders would be be waiting for them.

“Elder Shui, how much time do you have left?”, Zhong Yue asked.

The two of them were discussing the state of extremity in the Imminent Deity level, they researched about it but had only little progress.

Zhong Yue then asked Shui Zian, “How long can your mortal body and Yuan Shen live?”

“A hundred for the mortal body and another 2,600 years for the Yuan Shen.” Shui Zian was placid despite knowing that his end was near. In fact, he was happy to know that humanity was in the midst of a resurgence. “Though it's a pity I’m gonna die before you little ones.”

Zhong Yue then laughed, he said, “That’s hard to say. Elder Shui, do you still have the token I gave you?”

Shui Zian took out the token, and his heart turned vigilant as he said, “What do you want to do? This is my last token! All of the other tokens were used by you! All of them! The last time you attacked the Fiery Capital, I gave out a batch of the tokens, then the last time when Headmaster Jun takes the place, I gave out another batch again, and the last last time I brought you out from the West Barren, I gave out another batch again! Am I like a fortune giver or something like that?!”

Zhong Yue gave a dry laugh, he said, “If you return the token back to me, I can give you a big return on your investment.”

Shui Zian was even more vigilant as he said, “What return? If it’s ordinary, then you might as well forget. I’ll cash this in once you’ve ascended into deityhood.”

Zhong Yue then took out the Peaches of Immortality he got from the mother tree, he smiled and answered, “How about a thousand years of longevity? This is the Peach of Immortality from the mother tree planted by Reincarnation Saint Monarch himself. This thing can grant you a thousand more years and its seed can grow into a new Immortality Peach Tree. But as it's not the mother tree, the peaches it bears can only give 300 years of longevity.”

Shui Zian was completely stunned, he exclaimed in shock, “Is there really such a treasure?”

Zhong Yue quickly tucked the Peaches of Immortality into Shui Zian’s hands while he took back the token, he smiled and said, “Be prepared, you might be able to live eternally with the Peaches of Immortality. I think this token is best to be back with me.”

Shui Zian raised the Peaches of Immortality up and was still in disbelief. While Zhong Yue swiped his hand across the token and turned into dust. Zhong Yue said while smiling, “Elder Shui, don’t eat the seed please, we still need it to grow into a new Immortality Peach Tree.”

Shui Zian nodded happily, he said, “My teeth can’t possibly be strong enough to eat a divine fruit’s seed. I will go into seclusion now…”

Just as he was going to leave, he suddenly stopped. He turned his head around and said, “But Headmaster Jun has tasked me to look after you. She doesn’t want you to stir anymore troubles. If I go into the closed door training, then who will look after you?”

Zhong Yue laughed, he replied, “Grand Elder Shui! I’m not a troublemaker, I’m in Swords Gate, how do you think stir any troubles when I can’t even leave from the mountain?”

“True...”, Shui Zian nodded and left happily.

Zhong Yue shook his head and said, “Why does everybody think so poorly of me… Oh yes, why is the sword in Swords Gate still unmoving?”

Xin Huo suddenly leaped into his vision and said, “Of course it won’t! That sword has a master and without meeting its master yet, it won’t move a single inch at all.”

“Master of the sword?” Zhong Yue was startled and asked, “But who will be the sword’s master?”

Xin Huo pondered and said, “Must be someone with a great background.”

A thought flashed across Zhong Yue’s mind and he said smilingly, “I know! The sword master is already, here in Swords Gate!”

He turned incredibly energetic, rushing toward Shao Dia and Fu Bao’s palace. As soon as he entered the palace, he saw Fu Bao playing with the child. Xuan Yuan was now already one and half years old, he could walk steadily but still somehow preferred crawling the ground.

Zhong Yue walked toward them and he said with a smile, “Sister-in-law, please lend your son Xuan Yuan to me for awhile.”

Fu Bao was surprised, she asked curiously, “Junior Martial Brother Zhong, what do you want him for?”

“Don’t worry. It’s something good!”, Zhong Yue hugged the little child and brought him all the way to the golden summit. Xin Huo leaped out again and whispered to him, “Didn’t your Elder Shui asked you to not stir any troubles?”

“I’m just trying to test if we can take out the sword, how is this stirring trouble?”, Zhong Yue then answered with confidence.

Xin Huo then heard mumbled, “Why do I have a bad feeling about this…?”
