Chapter 4: Chapter 3: A mischievous situation

Ignoring the casual attitudes of Viola and Shena, Serafall goes on to say.

"First, we will like to know more about what happened back there. You seem to hold more information than we do so I hope you can share your insight into the matter. Second, we would like to know about your affiliation, if any, and whether or not we can proceed on friendlier terms. Third, can you explain your intent? Since it's very worrisome for us with an individual of your caliber running around."

Befitting her job as the Satan that's in charge of Foreign Affairs, Serafall is able to maintain a strict business facade regardless of her prior easy-going behaviors. Opting for an honest and direct approach instead of beating around the bush. Serafall has scored herself a brownie point from Viola and Shena since both dislikes needless pleasantries.

With a small patient smile adorning her lips, Viola tosses over a blue crystal to Sera.

"That is an information crystal, I assume that you both know how to operate one?" Seeing both Serafall and Yasaka nod, Viola then says. "Then the information pertaining to your first question can be found inside. A piece of advice though, it's best if both of your factions cooperate and act out on that intel swiftly after you get out of the bar. We don't want the trail to run cold now, do we?"

Pocketing the crystal, Serafall and Yasaka nod at each other, silently communicating that the matter may not be over just yet. Viola continues.

"For your second question, well, I don't have any affiliation. Rather, you can say that I am the Handler for Shena and a few others, giving out missions and the like for them to fulfill in exchange for rewards. Missions that may or may not include the elimination of entities like the former Youkai, or bug, that I dealt with earlier. This bar serves as the hub to coordinate such missions. As for the third question, well, it may take a while to answer this so make yourself comfortable."

Seeing that they are still seriously listening, Viola shrugs while Shena lets out a snicker.

"My intent is... Nothing for now."

"...Ha?" Serafall and Yasaka deadpanned.

Chuckling at their reaction Viola explains.

"No, seriously, I have no intent whatsoever right now." Stopping for a bit with a finger on her chin, Viola adds. "Ok, maybe I still need to compensate you for your losses and may or may not help you further. It depends on my mood though."

Clapping her hands together, Viola goes on to say. "Regardless, my job is halfway done by dealing with the bug and restoring the lives lost by its hands. As I said, the missions we deal with include the elimination of bugs like that. The whole Omniverse runs on a system and since nothing is perfect, there are bugs here and there that appeared. That's where we come in to eliminate and make sure that a mass genocide won't happen because of the stupidity of a few. If losses are to occur, we see to it that the affected party is properly compensated and if they provided help in stopping the menace, they too shall be rewarded. Which is why we're now here and no, the drinks are on the house and the rewards will be handed out by me."

Though the explanation brings up more questions than answers for Serafall and Yasaka, they are fine with it, for now. Still, Yasaka has to ask this.

"How come I never notice this bar before? It's literally in the heart of Kyoto."

Smirking, Viola and Shena answer at the same time. "Trade secret!"

This leaves the mature lady to massage her forehead while Serafall breaks her serious attitude and giggles, saying. "Oh, I sure will unravel all of your secrets later!"

"You're welcomed to try." Viola smirked. "Anyway, back to rewarding you two. Serafall, I will explain yours first."

Pointing at the Piano Woman, Viola says. "I've enchanted the drink, it will truly unlock your hidden potential. This will make you a true Leviathan, not just a name inheritor, so expect a massive increase in pretty much everything. You will be able to rival even your strongest Super Devil that is Sirzhechs Lucifer, becoming an existence that is on par if not stronger than the Abrahamic God of Heaven. The latter is only possible if you train more though."

The explanation came out like a sucker punch for Serafall as the Satan Leviathan is left with her mouth hanging like a gaping fish. Yasaka is much the same as they both know just how absurd were the words that Viola said. Yet, on deeper introspection, Serafall notices that her very being is changing, subtly but noticeable when she directs her focus internally. Yasaka, having listened to Viola's explanation, is also doing the same and is shocked to see herself also changing, in a good way of course.

"Yasaka, the sake is also enchanted. This fully unlocked the potential of your kitsune traits and being partly divine in nature, you will be able to wield as much power as the new Serafall here, given enough time. For now, you will come to see that your fox fire and spells are much more powerful. Both of you should take some time off to get used to your newfound strength."

Ok, this is officially too much to take in for both Serafall and Yasaka. They both can be seen holding their heads as Shena just laugh at their misery. Viola patiently waits for them to stabilize their mentality and change. She fully knows that she is intruding on their lives by changing their existents but given the fact that they've come in contact with her in an unfortunate circumstance, they will soon be embroiled in much more complicated stuff. So, making them stronger will only help them in the long run.

After five minutes, it's not Serafall that speaks up first, but Yasaka while the former is downing her Piano Woman. Though poor Serafall spits out her drink when Yasaka goes on to ask.

"While I do admit I am grateful for what you did, Serafall is probably much the same, can I change my reward to something else? For example, can you give me a child?"

"Pffft!" Serafall unceremoniously spat out her drink, the content was evaporated with a twitch of Viola's hand but that's not the point here.

Shocked, stunned, flabbergasted, every of the same meaning. Serafall and Shena turn to look at Yasaka as if the woman just sprouted a second head while Viola opens one of her eyes to gaze at the fox lady inquisitively. As expected, Viola's mesmerizing eye causes the air to still as they are all entranced by its color. Shaking her head and closing her eye, Viola asks curiously.

"You can't refuse your gift, it just doesn't work like that. As for the request itself..." Viola pondered, conversing with Yahweh mentally. She sighs when Yahweh gives her the go-ahead. "I will indulge in it if you give a good reason why."

"Seriously?!" Serafall quipped back.

While Shena chuckles as she watches the proceeding with interest. "Oh my, this will be interesting."

Yasaka, though her previous words were bold, blushes as she explains meekly. "Well... I think... Sigh... I'm at this age but still acting like a little girl..."

Coughing into her hand lightly, Yasaka steels herself before saying. "Believe it or not, I fell in love with you after the bravery and actions you have shown. You may have no idea but I was preparing to meet my end before Serafall and you intervened. And I must admit, Serafall is no less attractive to me after what she had done but you, Viola, just have to take the cake. And in case you haven't noticed, yes, I swing that way."

"Huh..." Viola hummed before asking. "So you're saying that you love me at first sight because you feel indebted to me?"

"No, I am saying that I love you because I find you both attractive and heroic. My soul is at peace with the decision that you are my perfect other half. And by no means do I ask you to accept my love right away. I just want you to give me a chance, and if possible something else to focus on rather than just leading my people." Yasaka explained with a shake of her head accompanied by a flirting smile. Yet, Viola can glean that beneath the brave exterior she is sporting, Yasaka is a lonely and tired lady. Given enough time, she will soon find another partner to spend the rest of her life with, probably Serafall here but with Viola's intrusion, things changed for her.

Such a woman just wants some companionship to spend the day with and to be honest, Viola is weak against such types for she is much the same, tired and lonely after all that has happened. It's why Viola isn't shy to say this. "You don't have to say anymore, I know what you really feel, and to be completely honest, I can't respond to your feeling, not right away at least."

"I see... So-" Yasaka visibly deflated but Viola interrupts her by saying.

"And I'm not a nice girl, not even close. I hold secrets, my hands are stained with blood, I am interested in the same sex, I've slept with multiple people, and I sure as hell can make you pregnant should you wish for it but let me ask this. Are you really fine with choosing me over Serafall? Because from what I've seen, you basically proposed to both me and Serafall at the same time."

Perking up with her ears now twitching in excitement, knowing that there's still a chance for her, Yasaka replies cheeringly.

"Fine! I'm perfectly fine with that! Harem is a normal thing in the supernatural world, after all. And since that's the case, we can just grope Serafall in sooner or later. We can't exactly leave her alone now that she knows about this bar, am I correct?" Yasaka said that with a wonderful smirk directed at Serafall who is struggling to follow the conversation.

Viola and Shena laugh at the dead fish eyes Serafall is sporting as she looks at Yasaka. Viola shakes her head before offering. "Seeing that you're willingly jumping into this rabbit hole, we can end this discussion here. You're welcome to stay here for the night since leaving here means more immediate work you have to handle. And for the record, Shena here is one of my lovers."

"Sup!" Shena waved her hand.

Nodding at the pink-haired violinist, Yasaka answers. "I will take up on your offer. I'm actually giddy about tonight."

Chuckling, Shena says. "Well, you will be in for a pleasant surprise if you really wanted a child."

Yasaka is about to ask for more clarification on that when Serafall interjects after rebooting her brain.

"Wait, wait, wait! Too fast, what the Hell, lady!?"

Yasaka flourishes her golden hair before smirking at Serafall.

"The early bird gets the worm, Serafall. Though not the first, I will not miss out on the wonderful treat that is Viola here. You've seen her eye, didn't you?"

"That's not what I meant, damn it! And even if that's the case, I arrived to help you first so shouldn't you be proposing to me!?" Serafall protested cutely with her arms folded.

Yasaka quirks an eyebrow at her exclamation but continues teasing Serafall. "That I did, have I not? Viola even confirmed it." Patting her dainty hand on Serafall's shoulder, Yasaka comforts. "I will make sure to rope you into Viola's harem. You need not worry your cute head over it."

Licking her lips as she gazes at Serafall's melons, Yasaka continues. "You will be a fine addition to her collection."

Serafall deadpans at Yasaka's boldness. "What... The... Hell?"

Viola chimes in with a grin. "If it's any bit of comfort, I love everyone in the harem. Of course, loving equally is a lie for each person is unique."

"That... actually does comfort me." Serafall commented for if Viola said otherwise, it will severely lower her standing in Serafall's opinion.

"See? Viola has her heart in the right place." Yasaka praised. "So, may I interest you in my literal Lord and Savior, VIola the Bartender?"

Facepalming at the ever-growing smirk on Yasaka's face, Serafall eeks out. "End me, please."

If their laughter at the expense of Serafall is anything to go by, then tonight will be a fun and memorable one for the parties involved.

Thus ending the first reveal of the R.O.B to the selected few in the supernatural world. Only time will tell just how this will affect planet Earth supernatural and mundane alike.
