I swept my gaze around the grassland. All the people gathered here were wearing clothes meant for huntsman. Such as chest armor, helmets and iron plates.

No! But there is Pancakes eating berserker here? My gaze landed briefly to the short orange haired girl. Girl who was currently vividly describing how snatching a bullhead was an valid test for huntress in training.

"Your objective is to clear three tests and reach the finish line as fast as possible. Fighting other test takers is forbidden, unless it's asked directly by one of the professors. I will now give all of you map to locate the first test site." The male speaking was not someone I know. Maybe I was really mistaken? But...

"Let's go Prim! We must aim for the first place!" Weiss suddenly took my wrist and pulled strongly.

Once again my eyes dropped to my scroll. Reading once again the message in it.

'Sender: Primrose ♡

You all right?

I'm going to make weapon today, so...

It was just an simple message. It was not me to ignore a friend of mine, maybe even more than friend?

"Leader, still looking at your scroll?" 

"Oh..." I silently put the scroll away. "Seen any recruits yet yatsu?" I should focus on the mission on hand for now.

"Not yet."  The tall man went silent after speaking.

Team coffee had helped professors before too for extra credit, because everything credit builds up. This time we only need to secretly look after the test takers and help if someone is about to get into trouble... They will fail of course if we have to help, but it's better than kicking the bucket, right?

"Did professor Goodwitch mention what kind of task they are going to do?" To be honest... I probably missed half of what she had told.

Yatsuhashi gave me a brief look before sighing.

"You seem really out of it today leader. Miss Goodwitch didn't say, but it should be various kinds right? Since they choose this place... search and destroy?" Yatsu sounded hesitant.

"They don't look like people that should be here." 

The silent man nodded at my words. "Should we contact professor?"

"Yes." I took my scroll, hesitating for a second seeing the messages icon... dam it.

Weiss had pulled me to the very front of all the people. Some had already left and soon we were given a map too.

It seems it was fine that we were working together? Miss Bodyguard had to stay though. Something Winter is going to be happy about I bet.

"Weiss can I see it too." At my words Weiss handed the piece of paper to me too.

"You can look at it while we go. This way." Weiss grabbed my wrist once more and started pulling me towards the forest.

The piece of paper was crude, seemingly hand drawn with pencil. It was from too small area for me to be sure of where we were exactly on Vale. There was an X labeled 'Start' and another X labeled 'Task'... seems easy.

Is this the beginning of Don't starve with Weiss? At least I have gacha and inventory this time...

"You sure about the way Weiss?" I asked the the girl hurriedly pulling me towards unknown.

Just before Weiss was about to speak however.

"Hey! You two! Wait Up!" a voice of a man.

Both me an Weiss stopped to see the one calling.

"Haha, hey how about I tag along with you guys?" The man who had run up to us seemed to be an brawler? With green chest plate and grey iron knuckles. They seemed bulky enough so maybe they used dust.

"No, we would prefer going with just the two of us." The blue eyed girl didn't look happy as she turned the rather tall man down.

"Sorry." I added with a smile trying to walk away with Weiss.

"Hey, wait up." The man walked ahead of Weiss with both of his hands wide open. "You see, actually I already have it all figured out. My pops is a member of the council you see, so how about it. If you come with me your guys are sure to be accepted with me." The green short haired man smiled. It was flirty smile... disgusting.

Weiss crossed her hands. "First of all. We are not 'you guys'. Second of all, we are not interested, good bye." Yet again Weiss pulled me away from the green hairdo.

"Tch... what ever." The boy made an angry face as he walked away... "bitch..." 

I gave a deep look at the man walking away, memorizing him.

"How unpleasant." I remarked.

"Exactly, who does he think he is. Anyway let's ignore him. We have an mission to complete." Weiss didn't seem to mind the little episode. Probably already used to such things.

The other test takers had vanished to different directions so the maps were probably different for each of us?

"It shouldn't be too far away, just two miles away. Also you didn't bring your weapon even though I told you." Weiss gripped my wrist little tighter for a moment.

"Oh yeah, look." I opened my Inventory and took the nameless weapon out.

"Oh?"

With a burst of pink aura, white lance taller than myself materialized. Around the lance a pink strips were tied, they gave slight pink glow. A good use for an sock... hu hu hu.

Weiss blinked her eyes. "You... learned a new trick?"

"Cool right? I can't store everything thought." Only gacha items.

"...You are really unscientific... you know that Prim?" A tired sound.

"And proud of it!" I grinned as an reply getting another helpless look as an reward.

"It's a secret between us okay, friend." I winked at the blue eyes girl whose cheeks turned slightly warmer colored.

The white haired girl gently tapped my shoulder without speaking, only looking away.
