Chapter 32: [Character Profiles]

[This is still a work in progress — turns out, I forgot some characters or their appearance, so it's a lot of back and forth reading. I'm including some extra details, if you choose to read through it. I'm uploading it because the main character descriptions are mostly done for you to have a quick review.

I’ll inform you when it’s completely done and link the chapter again.

If you don't want to read through, don't lol. It's just a reminder if anything, so it's not absolutely necessary unless you're forgetting some characters.

Character Descriptions:

Soren Rosenbaum (MC): A reincarnated human who previously lived during an apocalypse as a Japanese man called Ren Suzuki. Currently living as the scum fifth prince, one who always was up to no good. Relatively indifferent, though a quiet listener and strangely obedient and polite at times.

His current appearance is loose, snow-white hair that is long enough to be tied back into a ponytail. He has icy blue eyes, and a lazy yet fierce look, with slightly raised corners. Dressed in whatever is around or given to him, typically an elegant but simple look while he plays the role of a prince, but now in a white blouse, pants and a dark robe while he runs away.

Relatively muscular after his intense training session, but not as built as he was in his past life due to the original's lazy life of debauchary. 

Raphael Han (ML): The main character of the novel Soren previously read, a tragic transmigrator who has lived a hundred lives in different worlds. However, every world he enters eventually collapses, no matter how he tries to stop it. Thus, the hero gained an extreme paranoia and grew a little more indifferent to life.

Despite this, he often seems playful and relaxed, not picking fights when unnecessary for the most part. He's good at judging other's expressions and predicting certain outcomes. 

As described in chapter one, his appearance is: "The man's figure was illuminated by the blinding light behind, cleverly outlining his already defined features. His posture was lazy, night black hair swaying with the blowing wind, wisps covering his sculptured face.

His eyes were deep and dangerous, carved in a deadly slant that was both cold and unforgiving. If anything, the careless curve of his lips only added to the murderous intent, looking as if it weren't two humans in front of him, but ants. His many scars were a dramatic portrayal of all the battles lost and won."

He dresses in all black, but also enjoys casual fashion that's both easy-going, yet fashionable. 

Damien Black: Soren's temporary butler, and also the deadly leader of the intelligence group, the Fox Tribe. Currently has returned to the Fox Tribe after exploring the continent, and remains as their sole leader. His main hobby is observing people, to the point he excels at understanding people on a deeper level. Also enjoys traveling and learning a great deal.

A teenager at the age of sixteen, carrying an aura that is anything but childish. He has a youthful face with feline emerald eyes. Also described in chapter one as: "A charming face greeted him, with the type of appearance that would have a horde of girls screaming. Deep, fathomless emerald eyes and loose black strands of hair framing the defined face. Two spots at the corner of his feline eyes seemed vivid but also blended in with his beauty.

The youth's face was almost deathly pale, though that added to his mysterious, unearthly aura, while his lips were a deep red, formed in a permanent frown."

Deimos Rosenbaum: Soren's second eldest brother, and the one that seems to show the most affection to him for unknown reasons. Also a powerful magician who went traveling for a long time, remaining a mystery in the novel.

Described with light golden hair that is a little long, often tied in an elegant ponytail, draping over his shoulder. He has gentle mint-coloured eyes that makes people want to bare their soul, or melt in its mysterious kindness.

Vincent Rosenbaum: Soren's eldest stone-faced brother who puts responsibility over anything else. However, he did share a friendship with Raphael in the original novel, having a sort of partnership. It's hinted that they currently have a similar relationship as they did in the past, although their first meeting is unknown. 

I'm pretty sure I never described his face other than he's pretty handsome (cough), so, um. Well. TBD... we will get back to this.

Erlen Rosenbaum: The third eldest prince who harbors a strong dislike for Soren. His feelings are honest and expressive, while he despises those who look down on commoners and use their status to their own benefit, as the original had done.

He has golden hair, like Deimos, only, it's a deeper shade of golden, more vivid and less pale. His eyes are also sharp and glaring, making him seem like he is in a permanent bad mood, which he seems to be so far. A brat, really. His eyes the colour of vivid fire, like blazing flames that never die out.

Atlas Rosenbaum: TBD

Lydia <Jones>: Goes by the name of Lydia Jones, but is actually revealed to only be the 'Lydia' part of the identity. A strange woman who supplies Soren with candy and other random things, possessing the most stock of various items and an excellent tongue for flattery.

May possibly know magic, as shown in chapter 5 where Soren is left in a daze after staring at her, later revealed by Damien to have been some sort of charm magic.

She's a middle-aged woman, with neatly cropped chestnut hair at her shoulders, and inviting brown eyes. Typically wears red lipstick, and has a clean, welcoming appearance that leaves people comfortable upon looking at her, even if she is not the most gorgeous in the world.

Celine Isda: The crazy Death Saint who actively pursues battles and can be controlled by none. She purely enjoys the thrill of fighting strong opponents, and desires it more than anything. Also seems to have a previous relationship with Vendra, the Selkie Princess.

Her eyes are a wild, pale amber that are more narrow and slender, while her hair is rugged and messy, cut in uneven jumbles of deep pink. She's quite muscular since she fights as much as she does, and has a fighting look in her expression at all times.

Brioc Laurier: One of Raphael's other companions in the original novel, a crazy magician who sought out blood. He is also a runaway prince of the Haze Kingdom, long declared missing after his sudden disappearance. After facing many ordeals when leaving, his personality grew more and more warped. Thought from the very beginning, he was a bloodthirsty fighter.

He's a person with a very youthful appearance, making him seem a lot younger than he really is. His eyes are a simmering violet that carry traces of unrestrained madness, as his hair is straight and brown, hanging at a normal height.

Vendra Selis: The Selkie Princess whose tribe is said to know the mysteries to any question, even the most magical sort. She gives off a gentle air, yet is determined to save the world after learning of its destruction. However, she knows of things that are directly related to Soren, told to her by the mysterious Jones.

She has long curly hair that’s a pale blue, her eyes reflected the sea in its drawing, large gaze. She has blue scales running up the side of her face, decorating her eye and a pale complexion that makes her appearance serene.

Characters that are so minor, I might forget their existence. Nevertheless, they do exist and may reappear, possible even as a more important player, but not without a reminder to everyone—

Tonio: Appearance unknown and unnecessary, he is the bastard person who originally kidnapped the children. In the original novel, he was the only known culprit of the kidnapping incident. He took control of the Fox tribe, declaring himself the new leader in Damien’s absence, and using that power to smuggle children out of the area.
