Chapter 2: Dungeon Break

Sasuke watched hundreds of hunters from the top of the building; he could see the hunters who looked tense, doubting their abilities, worried, or excited—all the emotions that humans usually display, he could see them all.

'It gives me memories of the past.'

'I will judge the potential dangers of this world through this fight.'

"This is it," Sasuke thought as he looked at the giant gate.

One day has passed, and today is expected to be a dungeon break.

Seeing the herd of dungeon bosses running towards the hunter troop, many of them put on faces of despair.

"The fight hasn't started yet! COWARDS, DON'T GIVE UP!

A blonde giant wearing a Hawaiian shirt suddenly shouted as he stepped towards the swarm of monsters, his eyes flashing yellowish light as his immense magical power gushed out and his body gave off a pattern like veins.

Thomas channeled his mana into his legs.

Cracks on the road surface were heard, and cobweb-like cracks formed due to Thomas' jump. Like a truck going out of control, he sped toward the swarms of monsters and smashed into everything in his path.

"That looks like fun." Liu Zhigang started to make an expression like a fighting maniac.

He swung his two swords to form an x pattern; his attack shot toward the flock of ogres and made their bodies separate from each other because they were slashed.

"ALL ATTACK!" Chris shouted as his body let out sparks.

"WHOAAAA!" answered Chris, the other hunters also let out their war cries.

"Don't be careless, look for an opponent that is comparable to your strength." Shouts the strongest hunter from India Siddhart.

He let out his strength as he stretched out his hand forward, and the monsters crumbled like they were being suppressed by an invisible hand.

CRUSH! CRUSH!

"WHOAAAAAAAAAAA! Follow the S-ranks."

Seeing the S-rank hunters destroying the monsters, their spirits churned up.

But then.

[IT'S AMUSING TO THINK OF SEEING RULER'S VESSEL TOGETHER LIKE A COCKROACH, DON'T WORRY I WILL KILL YOU ALL QUICKLY!!]

Suddenly, a loud sound came from inside the gate, and a giant shadow slowly appeared.

His skin was thick and shiny, as if impenetrable.

His fangs were as sharp as finely polished, razor-sharp swords.

His eyes lit up in the darkness of the night with their intelligent gaze. and he had a strong desire to kill.

He opened his mouth, and the concentration of energy gathered in one spot.

He uses psychokinesis to pull his own body away from the dragon's claws.

The dragon opened his mouth again and spit fire at Thomas, who was still in the air.

The two different fire attacks collided with each other, and within moments Chris managed to hold back the burst, but it didn't last long.

The difference in scale is too great.

"AHHHH!" His body flew and hit the surrounding buildings.

[KUKUKUKU, POOR HUMAN] The dragon smirked at Chris.

But then he felt a magical power come from beneath him.

Thomas opened his palm and said, "CAPTURE."

A huge black hole began to form and sucked everything around, including the dragon that was flying above him.

[HOW DARE YOU!] The dragon felt its body being pulled by the black hole.

Thomas readied his attack, he jumped from his spot and hit with full force at the dragon that was falling towards him.

"HUHHHH!" Thomas let out his battle cry.

BANGGG!

A powerful crashing sound rang out and caused a powerful magical wave.

BOOM!

[ROARRR!] The dragon shouted in annoyance.

When California is going through a fierce battle, the whole world can watch what's happening live.

People can see that the city that was once victorious now only remains in ruins.

But look at the fight between Thomas André and Christopher Reed with the Red Dragon.

On another battlefield, Liu Zhigang, Siddharth Bachchan, and the other hunters started to get overwhelmed by the monsters that invaded them and were trying to get out of the city, and now they had a second wave with twice as many numbers as they had the first time.

"Healers have already lost their consciousness after treating so many hunters," Siddhart said in a resigned voice.

The roar of the feet of a herd of monsters was heard from a distance. Siddharth slammed his shield into the ground and made a magical shield.

"All tankers make shields!" Siddharth shouted, then the tanks immediately lined up horizontally and followed his movement.

"SHIELD DEPLOYED!" They said it at the same time.

Like that, a mana shield began to form to restrain the swarms of monsters.

But then they heard a sound like the chirping of many birds.

They could see flashes of light or lightning passing through them, and they saw the shadow of a person in front of them.
