Chapter 1: (Crazy ass) Author’s Note

Hi! This is your crazy ass friendly author with anxiety, Okaysuredude!

I frankly thought about writing some kind of important thing here, but I don't know what exactly to write in this chapter at all. I feel kind idiot for that.

I mean, is this some kind of a open letter  for the people who will read the chapters of this work?

Well, whatever (the embarrassment and nervousness are consuming me, so I'll get to the main points at once!)

First, I'd like to make one thing clear: yes, this damn online book [Screw the Hero] is based on a bunch of popular novels that I enjoy and read to this day.

For example, you can take as one of the main parties used here the Helvetica's novel, [I Reincarnated as the Villainess's Brother and my family might...] and [Reincarnated as the villainess's brother] by rowboatontheopensky.

[NOTE: Go check their works if you hadn't! It's sooooooooo good!]

Of course, there are other major inspirations (which I'll cite throughout the story) --- such as two of my favorite comedies in the world: Saiki Kusuo no Psi Nan and one of my all-time favorite novels, Hunter's Academy Battle God.

Surely, you'll end up finding similarities here and there with chapters from these respective works (the order is kind of random, so even I can't premeditate which inspiration I'll use for each chapter).

I hope you understand this point.

Second, this book might fall under the ''Comedy'' category -- which is my main purpose in writing an Isekai-type book; I intend to joke about everything related to Isekai---, but there will be some chapters that are a bit philosophical that deal with serious matters.

I don't intend to extrapolate anything, my goal is to balance all the categories and tags I used in the work.

Lastly, I don't really know how to express myself amid the many words that flow through my mind, but I can certainly say that I hope you will support me on this journey.I don't care if I have one, two or many readers. 

As long as there is someone, I'll be happy to answer them and live up to their respective expectations.I hope you like this novel of mine (it's kind of a test before the April Contest of another certain platform starts).
