The Evil Eyes Diabolical Trickster class wasn’t just a straight upgrade on her Diabolical Trickster class, but it was close, giving an extra boost to her disguise and contract skills. Instead of further lowering the penalties for creating bonds and contracts with those under magical influence, however, the class specialized in only doing so for those under the influence of her evil eyes while also boosting the power of her Evil Eyes skill as well.

She’d scammed C rank universal credits out of the sadistic elf in the Trial Tower, so she quite easily met the only difficult requirement for the class, and the reward was having all her skills upgraded.

Most of her skills didn’t change much, just becoming enhanced versions of themselves. Trickster’s Guise gave her disguise abilities which were harder to see through. Phantasmic Doppelgängers had better range and the clones created had 66% of her effective Aura instead of 50%, still able to use all her skills. And Shadow Stride let her move faster than before and enter into a deeper level of stealth. Advanced Artifact Enhancement and Advanced Devil’s Contract, even with the changes in their names, were then even more boring, allowing her to enhance artifacts with more resources and allowing her to create stronger contracts respectively.

Her only skill with new abilities was Evil Eyes - Lust, Greed, Wrath. Just like with her previous version of the skill, if another living creature could see her still unnaturally pink eyes, she could induce them into a charmed state of lust, but now she had the option to induce them into a state of greed or wrath instead, and this would prove useful. The increase in power to the skill from her class also didn’t increase the power of the charm state, but increased the subtlety of its effect, making it more difficult for her opponents to notice she was affecting them, and that was awesome.

Also, as with before, due to her Third Eye Princess uniqueness, she could use a weaker version of the skill on anyone who looked anywhere covered by her aura, and the applications of that, especially when mixed with Phantasmic Doppelgängers and Trickster’s Guise, were almost endless.

Sadly, though, due to her spending most of her time after reaching E rank in the disguise of Sarra Lin’Talic, she hadn’t been able to raise the mastery of most of her skills anywhere near as much as if she’d been on Earth.

Requirements:

The Prime Servitor (Mythic) bloodline, the Exemplary Chamberlain (F-Heroic) skill, has the status of chamberlain to a master with an E rank Fabled grade class, has the same race as her master, has the same basic soulstructures as her master

The upgraded Fabled grade version of her Essence Chamberlain class was pretty much exactly the same as the Heroic grade version, except for one thing. It allowed her and Aalam to gain shadowed versions of one of each other’s racial abilities reduced by a grade. For her, the racial ability they chose was the extremely broken Nascent Energy Converter and, for Aalam, given he’d almost never be out of bond range of both Mila and Diana at the same time and so could always use them to translate, he hadn’t taken Omniglot Reader but instead the weakened version of Empress’s Aura, Queen’s Aura.

The Essence Chamberlain class’s true power, however, had almost nothing to do with its own effects, its true strengths her ability to copy half of the effects of Aalam’s classes, shadow his skills, and gain the same stat bonuses as him per level. And that last part especially was broken with their new shared sublime soul race.

Aalam had two classes he gained stats from every level and, with his Sublime Soul Incubus Emperor race, he gained the full stats from both classes as well as the stats from his Heroic grade race. Essence Chamberlain’s stat gain for Mila was then the full total of the stat gains from both of Aalam’s classes and, as she also had effectively the same race, her total stat gain per level was the exact same as Aalam’s ridiculously high amount plus the stats from her Evil Eyes Diabolical Trickster class.

The amount of stats she gained per level was likely way, way higher than all but maybe a handful of E ranks in the history of the universe.

Granted, given stats could be gained from treasures and, even with her ridiculous stat gain per level, it wouldn’t be nearly enough to max out her stats, it was still rather impressive, and also indicative of the type of brokenness Aalam was aiming for.

On top of still being able to shadow Aalam’s utterly broken Elevated Multi-Mind, Telekinesis, and Sensory Domain skills, she then also got half his class effects, and, given Aalam’s own classes were powerful, those were quite impressive as well.

The effectiveness of all her stats were increased by 12.5%, her Aura and Attunement stats were both increased by a further 100%, her affinity with all Laws was raised by 200%, and her speed of mastering her skills was increased by 200% as well. These effects, when combined, were definitely on the level of a Fabled grade class.

Her Exemplary Chamberlain and Breath of Life skills had also advanced, the former granting her much higher range for all aspects of her bond with Aalam, such as communication and sharing resources and souls, while the latter just allowed her to be better at healing.

When advancing the class, due to her having a free skill slot, she was also able to learn the Law Infusion skill. Aalam had deliberately not advanced the grade of his Sensory Domain and Triforce Construction skills so he could change the paths of the skills slightly and Law Infusion, which allowed a cultivator to infuse the power of his or her Laws into objects to create new effects, was one of the two Heroic grade skills he would be fusing with Triforce Construction.

Ideally, she would have wanted to help him train up one of the skills required to upgrade Sensory Domain instead, but, sadly, she wasn’t qualified to awaken any of those skills when advancing her class.

Then, when it came to cultivation, Mila, like Aalam, Diana, and Isaiah, had formed a flawless foundation, something only visible in the System a couple days after a cultivator achieved E rank.

Even when looking at a servant’s status, only E rank or higher masters could see their servants’ cultivation, and this seemed to imply a hidden rule in the System to make it more difficult for F ranks without strong backing to truly grow powerful, showing yet again how lucky they were to have Nana Xara..

To achieve such a level with Yin Yang Cosmology and her F rank race and classes had only required reaching level 6 in the technique, while she’d reached level 7 in its mixed version and level 8 in the even better Twelve Element Primal Code.

This had pretty much no noticeable effect at early E rank, but E rank was known as the Mortal Shedding stage, where the soul and body would merge. And the level of that merge, which would have a very noticeable effect, was strongly dependent on the level of a cultivator’s foundation.

Finally, Mila’s assets, even with the teleportation costs and the buying of teleportation permissions to Epecteos’s E rank world of Toril, had actually increased over the years due to gaining some E and F rank universal credits while undercover as Sarra Lin’Talic. The Violet Mountain Sect, as the owner of their C rank capital planet, had given her permission to teleport there for free, a permission her force then shared, which was good as she couldn’t have afforded it herself. But, sadly, due to Epecteos teleporting between Earth and Toril multiple times, costing 144 D rank universal credits each time, the total wealth of her force had actually gone down. It just wasn’t reflected in her own assets, but Epecteos’s.

Still, it was worth it, as, even though it wasn’t reflected on her status page, Mila’s control over her resources and her combat skills had gone way up due to his training.

“Sarra.” Corin Val, the stern and taciturn leader of the Violet Mountain Sect’s E rank core disciples, and the general of the Violet Mountain Sect’s army in the War of the Chosen, walked up to her as she helped out the crafters. “Seeing as you are the only utility cultivator among the commanders and already have a good relationship with the members of our army’s logistics staff, would you be willing to take all our crafters, farmers, and other utility cultivators under your command?”

In the later stages of the War of the Chosen, logistics cultivators other than array masters and healers might not have much ability to generate army points, but in the early stage they would generally generate far more than warriors, so it was coveted to have them under her command, and this was one of the benefits of Corin Val having already formed a rather massive crush on her a while ago, so she gladly accepted.

“Thank you, General Val. I won’t disappoint you.”
