Volume 4, Afterword Thank you for picking up the book “The Otherworldly Tales of Mythological, Legendary Hero vol 4”! For those of you who are still reading from the previous volume, it’s been three months. For those of you who have been reading since volume 4… is there any? As expected, none, right? So, if there are any of you out there who read it, it’s an honor to meet you. Now, from the reader’s perspective, three months can seem like a very long time, but when I’m writing like this, three months seems like a very short time. In other words, it’s been less than a year from the release of the first volume to the fourth volume. It’s been a dramatic year ― and it’s gone by really fast. If I wanted to talk about it, I could probably write a whole book about it. If I were to talk about my memories of last year, I would say that the most memorable moment was when I saw my book in the bookstore. After that, the rest of the year was a blur of busyness, and the new year came quickly. This year, I received a fan letter early in the new year, which made me feel very happy. I also participated in a party. Although I wondered if I should participate in it, I am glad that I did because it gave me many valuable experiences. I have nothing to say if I can continue to spend my time happily in the future, but many things happen in life, so I would like to live my life without being careless.
Now, let me give my gratitude. Miyuki Ruria-sama, thank you so much for drawing the characters, including the new ones, so attractively in this volume. I always wait with excitement for the rough sketches to come.
To the editors in charge, S-sama and D-sama, I apologize for the inconvenience caused by the previous volume and this one as well. I’m sure I’ll be bothering you again in the future, but please accept my best regards. Thank you very much to the editorial staff, proofreaders, designers, and everyone else involved in this work. I look forward to working with you again in the future. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to all my colleagues for causing tremendous inconvenience again. And to the readers who have been reading this story since the last volume, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for making it this far. I will continue to send out more of my never-ending chuunibyou in the future, so please give me your support. I look forward to the day when we can meet again.
