Chapter 1: “Gege, I’ve come to bring you lunch.”

"Yi Nianzu! Your package has arrived...why did you have it sent to the company and not your house... Anyone could've looked through it."

 Said a man holding a clipboard and wearing professional attire for work. Some men came in hauling a large box big as the doorway. They left the box in the middle of the room next to a red sofa and walked out. 

The man who appears to be a friend walked over to Yi Nianzu who sits at the desk leisurely reading a document. "Protecting my privacy," Yi Nianzu said just as a woman came into the office wearing a green short skin-tight off-shoulder dress while holding a bento box with both hands, She spoke with a sweet voice.

 "GegeGege / Ge - Affectionate term for ‘elder brother’, I've come to bring you lunch." Yi Nianzu ignored her, but she wasn't bothered by it at all, "Gege, mom said that you should eat healthily, So I brought you some egg drop soup with some rice...." She said blushing. 

I hope we'd get married one day... We are meant for each other.

"Get out Lai Qingge, He's busy, please come back later... it's nowhere near lunchtime." Said the guy standing near the desk with hidden disgust on his face. "Wen Xiaosheng you don't have the right to tell me what to do, You're just a lowly assistant." 

Lai Qingge said angrily as she swung her arm back to hit him with the bento. Wen Xiaosheng covered his face and braced himself for the blow, but after a while, he didn't see the bento come flying toward him like usual.

 Lai Qingge noticed a box beside the sofa and walked towards it with interest, "Gege, Did you buy me a present?" 

She asked, looking at the box with a desire to rampage through the box. "Step away from the box, you mad woman!" Wen Xiaosheng said running over, but it was too late the box was ripped open and Lai Qingge is digging through the box as if she was looking for gold. 

Her face darkened once she pulled out a leg that looks like it belongs to a woman. "Gege, do you need help assembling your mannequin?" Wen Xiaosheng grabbed the leg away from her and placed it back in the box.

 "He ordered a robot from my brother's company to help me, and we were just going to assemble it...till you came in." He said, looking at the woman coldly.

Lai Qingge smiled and offered to help, but she was kicked out by security Wen Xiaosheng soon left after helping his boss assemble the robot which took 2 hours the manual was a bit confusing.

Inside a two-story house, Yi Nianzu examined a woman who stands in front of him in underwear. But she stood there unmoving and not breathing with lifeless black eyes, although she stood straight on both feet.

 "Power on." Yi Nianzu said as he looked at the manual in his hands. 

This robot looks like a piece of junk I should reassemble it later.

The woman's eyes lit up, her chest started to move as if she was breathing, and looked around the room with her eyes before her eyes landed on Yi Nianzu and smiled in delight. 

[Hello Master, please name me. ] 

"Your name is Tan Chuntao, your name means spring peach." Yi Nianzu said, wondering if he can change the pitch of her voice as he looked through the manual.

 [I love my new name! Thank you for naming me such a lovely name.] 

Tan Chuntao said with a smile, but not so much of a smile as her eyes roamed around the room again. She never thought she'd become a robot why not be a dinosaur, a bird, a turtle, a jug of milk, a puddle, or a spoon? Out of all things, why a robot? 

System 88 said she'll have a second chance at life, but not as a human after she completed all 100 of her missions. She isn't in a position to complain about it.

 A blue window screen floated in front of her, giving her a tutorial on what to do. She watched this guy leave the living room and head upstairs, leaving her all alone. 

But he did give her a list of things to do such as mopping the floor, doing the dishes, vacuuming the carpet &/sofa, cleaning the windows, taking out the trash, cleaning the bathroom, preparing dinner, dressing the laundry, feeding plants & dog, She wondered if she is a robotic maid, but her system says she's a robotic lover.

 [That slag man didn't get me anything to wear.] Tan Chuntao said aloud to herself as she moved out of the position she was standing in and walked out of the living room into the basement.

A basket of dirty clothes sat next to the washing machine, which is underneath the staircase. Not too far away sat some cleaning supplies. But they are covered in dust and grim.

She wondered if there is a utility room somewhere around here but there were so many doors downstairs and she is too lazy to go through them all. 

How do I wash clothing? Do I put the white clothes in the washing machine with the others?
