Being sent like a dying comet down to an alternative, much more dystopian Earth was a shock, as was waking up in the body of an advanced combat android- whose default disguise was a girl's. The rain came down in pouring torrents. They'd need to stay sharp and witty (just like always) to survive, and- hey, wait a minute. Was that a chatlog ping?

As the storm grows darker, our hero must brave the raging tides and find their true self before shadowy corporations and assassins pick him off; all while handling the ever-complicating social situations their old internet friends and new companions put him through. Maybe, once their fireworks begin to control the tempest pouring on the Earth, they could even change the dystopian world for the better.
