Inside the chamber

I still haven’t tried practicing techniques in here, the original owner was in the beginner stage of the sword’s domain technique. It was a low grade sword technique.

The mastery of techniques is divided into five realms based on the original owner’s knowledge. They are beginner, intermediate, proficient, master and grandmaster.

The techniques are also divided into three grades, they are low, mid and high grade. If you practice a low grade technique it can only accompany you up to the peak of Qi condensation realm, mid-grade technique can accompany you up to the peak of foundation realm and high grade technique can accompany you up to the peak of core formation realm.

Rumor has it that if you practice any techniques up to the grandmaster stage, then you are pretty much invincible in the same realm and can even fight opponents above your realm. Meaning if someone has practiced one technique up to grandmaster realm while being in the peak of Qi condensation realm then he can cross a realm and fight foundation realm cultivator.

Though it’s just a rumor as not many have the talent, time and energy to practice the technique to the grandmaster realm. If there might be someone then it has to be those old guys who don’t have any hope of advancing any further or someone who has immense talent.

In the outside world Zhang Yu and Yang Long saw Hong Li breakthrough So, they didn’t disturb him. As Hong Li was already in the peak of the third realm they thought it was pretty natural to break through.

As Hong Li exited the chamber. Both of his friends congratulated him for the breakthrough.

“Looks like all three of us brothers have broken through. So, why not give ourselves some treats today.” Zhang Yu said with a smile on his face.

“Fine by me.”

“ I am also fine with it”

“So where should we go?” Hong Li said

“Let's go to the jade pavilion. I haven’t eaten their food in a long time, just thinking about their roasted duck and fine alcohol makes me drool”

“What a long time brother Zhang, it hasn’t even been a week or two since we had gone there.”

Hong Li said with a sneer in his face.

“Sigh, brother Hong you won’t understand a foodie's heart, for us not even going for 2 days is a long time” Zhang Yu said in a sad manner.

“Okay okay let's go, otherwise it might be late to get a seat.” Yang Long said it as he wasn’t able to digest Zhang Yu’s drama.

Jade pavilion was one of the most popular places to eat food in the city. It was not everyday you get to eat there as it was pretty expensive.

When they got there, they saw a long line of people and immediately the three of them exited the pavilion.

“Why is there a long line of people in there, can’t they eat somewhere else? Do they think their cultivation would increase after eating there?” Zhang Yu said while complaining.

“Sigh, we should have already expected this. If we don’t book a table in advance we won’t even have any chance to smell the food in there” Yang Long said while being a little regretful. As Yang Long also likes their food.

“Let’s go to another restaurant,” said Hong Li.

After eating food in another restaurant they headed back into their dormitory. As Hong Li entered the chamber he started to cultivate for 6 hours straight and after that he practiced his sword techniques for five hours.

As he practiced like this for 1 week straight his cultivation increased from fourth to fifth stage and his mastery over sword’s domain increased from beginner to intermediate.

You have to know that the comprehension boost is incredible as he was able to increase his mastery of the technique from beginner to intermediate in just 1 week according to the outside world time. Even geniuses would take at least 2 months to reach the intermediate realm but he was able to do it in just 2 weeks according to the chamber’s time. He knew the comprehension of techniques here was boosted but not exactly up to how much.

With this, why would I be afraid of mastering any techniques in the future. Hong Li was pretty excited right now as he was thinking about mastering this technique up to the grandmaster realm. Right now he had caught up to Zhang Yu and Yang Long in terms of mastery of techniques while even in cultivation he was just below them.

But with this my honeymoon period is over as all my resources are already finished. But at least I now have the strength to protect myself. So I should now take some missions to earn contribution points from the sect.

Hong Li reported to the sect about his breakthrough to fifth stage, the excuse he gave was that he got a mid grade spiritual fruit in the forest while doing some mission last week.

They didn’t ask more than that as the result was already in front of them. A ‘C’ grade talent advancing through a stage in a week was already enough proof to them. Though they were pretty jealous.

Like that he smoothly got the fifth stage batch from the sect.

In the mission hall Hong Li was selecting which mission to take but there wasn’t a mission that suited him or the contribution points weren't enough for the amount of effort it would take. So he came back.

In the dormitory Hong Li was thinking about how to make use of the spacetime chamber to earn a lot of resources. at this moment he got an idea and tried to do some experiments, he picked up a handful of rice and tried to control the time flow and Qi of the room in the rice and surprisingly the time of the entire room became normal like outside world but the handful of rice started to age rapidly and in the blink of an eye the rice changed color and grew fungus.

Seeing this Hong Li got excited and exclaimed, “Hahaha, now I won’t have to worry about not having enough resources.”

He already had a plan in mind, he would grow spirit herbs and sell it.
