Chapter 5: Dates, Diets, and Forbidden Fruits

(Disclaimer : I don't own the concept of the Matana Fruits or Emotion Kingdom, these are from the Korean cartoon called Catch Teenieping. And also the girl who became a beast is not my OC, but also a character derived from the RP that me and my online friend had. And also sorry for the long hiatus, it was because of the finals. But now that it's over and it's my first day of vacation, I can finally write in peace. BTW, visiting Mt. Emza is in next chapter!) 

Soon, love was blossoming at Akademi High. There were many hookups including the rivals/suitors couples, and they were all happy with each other's love. Not even a wild yandere could put them apart, since the girls started to gain their powers one after another.

"So, I heard that you were gonna go to Mt. Emza, the place filled with yokais and rascals. Did you pick the date course for us?"

Dafuni asked.
"Uhh, yeah. It's a giant seal-riding course that takes place in Snowdown Village. You and I will have lots of fun there!" Fureddo answered.
"I love seals! I hope they don't turn wild when we get in contact with them."
"It's alright, I heard that they are well trained."
"Let's go to my house after school and discuss the travel plans!"

The two people were happy and excited to make travel plans for a whole new world, despite it being the hometown of dangerous yokai who wanted human souls for their queen. Maybe Fureddo could go there disguised as a yokai, but the smell of humans and yokais are too different. Maybe he could try on some permanent yokai-smelling perfume, but how will he be recognized as a human after that.......? There were many questions left unanswered and many mysteries left unsolved about Mt. Emza, but the two travelers could always keep their identities a secret and provide the yokais a peaceful solution to live happily ever after on the surface without hunting for human souls. Perhaps finding a cure-like substance or item could work?

Meanwhile, the cooking club girls (Saki, Amai, and Ajia) were gathered around eating snacks like always, but a tiny problem had occured. "Saki, don't you think you've been gaining some weight lately? You might want to lay off the snacks a little bit...." said Amai, who had recently watched her friend gain weight from her own snacks. "Yeah, even I think that was too much. You seriously need to get help from the sports club members." Ajia also seemed to agree. "You......... really think I gained weight? OH NO OH NO OH NO OH NO" Saki was in denial, but she soon went outside and started to do an exercise nobody had ever done before. She attached huge boulders and trees and barrels and tires to her body by using unbreakable ropes, and started running with them. If Pucca saw this, she might think that she had made a new friend as strong as her. "Wow, I didn't know Saki was as strong as a dinosaur. If she keeps up with that, she might even be able to throw an elephant." Amai exclaimed while trying to hold her giggles. "Yeah, sure she is, but we don't want her turning into an internet meme, so don't tell this to anyone on the internet!" Ajia hissed.

Meanwhile at the Kingdom of Emotion, a girl was wandering and looking for the forbidden Matana fruits.

"Just three bites.... and the world will be transformed... it's a wonderful idea, don't you think too, Taimee?" she said.
"I don't know about that. I'm the strong one, but I don't want to transform the world..." the small kwami beside her did not seem to agree, but her owner took her by the hand and dragged her into the greenhouse where the yellow, peach-shaped fruits were.
"Finally.... now we can change how everything once was! No more cruddy treatment to women... no more weakness... no more pain to the YanSim rivals! I'll make sure the boys feel what they feel!"
The girl ate 3 of the small fruits and also gave one to Taimee. Suddenly, it felt like the world was revolving at a very fast rate and then there was a huge explosion, and everything went dark before her eyes.
And after that.... there was nothing human-like left of the girl, only a gross monster that looked like a kittydog with vines instead of legs. The monster, thinking that the world was transformed, crawled out of the place immediately. The broken miraculous had absorbed into her body and fused with her soul to become this beast.
