The book was found in an old bookstore in a faraway countryside. Her procurer had been shopping for books for his Eldest Miss for many years, and understood her tastes very well. Upon seeing this shabby, dusty biography in the corner of a shelf, written by an author he had never heard of and who he suspected had probably self-published, somehow the procurer felt like Eldest Miss would like to read this book. So he bought it.
When the book came into Han Yanyan's hands, she sighed. She had finally found it.
That book seemed to be very old, and probably the only copy of it's kind. Of course, it really was the only copy. When she had built this world, a thought had quietly flashed through Han Yanyan's mind. She had quietly hidden it in the ocean of information, not daring to mass-produce it, merely allowing it to wander in some corner of this world.
The cover was worn and stained, but the title could still clearly be seen - The Autobiography of Leo.
The architect built the world, and the system filled in the details; all of which were true.
With a single thought like a flash of lightning, she had created a biography of Leo's life in this world. The AI was so capable that it must have plenty of information about him. In The Autobiography of Leo, all his real information was put down on paper.
"Hello, Leo." Han Yanyan caressed the cover of the book, gently opening it. "Now, let's get to know one another... oh, you're not ugly?"
In Han Yanyan's imagination, such perverted scum must surely have the head of a buck and the eyes of a rat1; the usual face of a villian. But when she opened the book to find a portrait photo, it turned out to be a rather decent-looking man2; only his eyes made one feel uncomfortable.
The first sentence was: Leo Parker, a genius, a great pioneer of technology.
Han Yanyan: "..."
When she leafed through, the first 20 pages were all dripping with exaggerated flattery.
Han Yanyan: "..."
Well, she could already imagine that damn pervert fiddling alone with all sorts of strange instruments all day everyday, and rambling at the AI all the time since he had no friends, and blathering on and on and on... And how all these ramblings had been collected up by the AI as information and synthesized into this Autobiography of Leo.
It was an an autobiography full of bragging and boasting, frustration at unrecognized talent, and a violent hatred of the rich.
Leo Parker had been born in a poor star system. He had gotten out of there by virtue of his naturally high IQ and good grades and admitted to an excellent university. That university was, well, rather similar to the "Dongchen Academy" of this world. Most of the students were from the upper class, while a few civilian children had been admitted on scholarships thanks to their excellent grades.
If Leo had studied hard and graduated, he might have been able to change his social class and had bright prospects. The problem was, the fellow's hatred of the rich mentality3 was too serious. Although his IQ was high, his EQ wasn't high enough to match it.

This was clear to see from the vicious curses aimed at his fellow college students that popped up from time to time in the autobiography.
It was likely that his fellow classmates saw it too. So it came as no surprise that Leo had no friends and was quite isolated.
In his autobiography, he described himself to the AI as "a lone wolf striding through this world", "a proud soul the uncouth world can't understand", and "every time I bathe in starlight, I know that it should be I who rules the sea of stars".
Han Yanyan: "..."
Rubbing her forehead, Han Yanyan continued reading patiently, not skipping a single boastful, incompetent complaint for fear of missing any useful information.
Leo's turning point in life had come while he was in university. Before that, he had just been a poor student with a negative vibe. Although he had unsurprisingly been excluded upon his arrival at university, the teenagers there had mostly grown up since middle school, and rarely outright bullied him. Everyone merely went about their own business, ignoring him.
Later, Leo began to explore and indulge in illegal technologies, unexpectedly attracting a few people to befriend him.
The word "forbidden" was always unspeakably tempting to youth.
Among the few "friends" drawn to him out of curiosity was a beautiful girl. Leo had after all been a young man with normal hormones and impulses, and he had fallen head over heels in love with this girl. Unfortunately, she was in love with his roommate.
That roommate was also one of his few "friends". Both he and the girl came from good families that could be called wealthy. It was they who had sponsored Leo generously.
When it came to technology, Leo truly was a genius. He successfully copied the banned "simulated world" technology, although of course at the time he had been limited by financial and technical constraints and could only simulate a limited range of scenes, far from the word "world".
But it was enough to captivate his few curious friends.
Unfortunately, when a technology is banned by order of the government there must surely be a reason for the ban. One of their youthful group's bold and careless attempts finally went wrong.
Under Leo's watch, his pair of friends died in the simulated world. Panic-stricken, young Leo packed up his bags and begun his career as a fugitive.
From then on, life went downhill.
