I just received an unexpected letter.

"Come to Radford University if you want to become a billionaire," it says.

I had numerous thoughts about who this strange individual who had sent me this was.

I couldn't find the answer after much contemplation.

When I asked my father and showed him the mail, he answered, "Someone must be kidding. Ignore it son."

As you can expect, my father is conflicted.

But I had a gut sense that this email was significant to me, like a natural instinct informing me that it was speaking the truth.

I even looked up the name of the institution on the internet, and it turned out to be a private university that selects outstanding students from all around the world.

Their major specialty was teaching students how to operate successful businesses. If you graduate from there, a team of professionals will be sent to your company to get it up and running.

They will also invest in your company while expecting nothing in return.

It was definitely suspicious.

Then I saw a list of Radford Richmond University graduate students.

[Ray Binger] —CEO of Startech Limited. $110 million in net worth

[Amanda Rose]-Nicon Fashion Wear Co-Founder.

90 million in net worth

[Neyzal Qureshi]—Ceo of Tison Veichle company. 100 million dollars in net worth

I was in a trance when I saw the grads' names.

"They are my freaking idols," I say.

When I was in high school, I used to collect business magazines. It was then that I first noticed them.

I then learnt about their struggles and compassion for their profession.

Since then, I've always looked up to them.

It's unfathomable that I'll be invited to such a high-profile and secretive university.

I was astonished and excited, and I couldn't stop thinking about what I had done. That someone from Radford Richmond University wanted me to study there...

I began to ponder once again.

However, I couldn't find the answer...

A week has passed.

On one specific night, I was eating dinner with my parents and sister. At that moment, I decided to say what was on my head.

I said, "Dad mom, I have something to say."

"Go ahead, son, say whatever you want."

Mom nodded as Dad stated.

after noticing that I had their attention. I started talking

I told them I wanted to go to Radford Richmond University to see whether the letter they sent about accepting me was true or not.

"If you believe that's correct, you're free to do so, son," they said.

It was a huge relief to have their consent.

I return to my room after finishing supper and saying my goodbyes to my family.

I immediately opened my laptop and looked for flight tickets to Hilstone, the capital.

I've reserved seats for tomorrow night.

"Finished"

I stared out my window and wondered, "If this letter is true, would my future be bright?"

Can I bring a smile to my parents' faces?

Can I look after my younger sister so that she does not suffer the same fate as my elder sister?

No, I will not allow that to happen. I will do everything in my power to ensure that my younger sister Aisha is able to study and achieve her goals...

My fantasy Perhaps it seems like something out of a movie, but that's exactly what I'm looking for.

To have a prosperous life in which I don't have to worry about anything.

Is it wrong to desire too much?

I honestly don't know.

The only thing I know is that I'm going to make it happen no matter what.

I had no friends since I was a child.

Why?

because I'm afraid they'll detest me if they find out I'm poor.

I know it's not proper to think that way, but that's me, and no matter how hard I try, I can't alter my opinion.

As a result, I separated myself.

To distract myself from other things, I immerse myself in studies.

----------

insecurities Never leave. It lingers...

It was the day of the college entrance ceremony.

That day, all parents were requested to be present.

So I informed my parents, and they agreed to come.

My mother, like many others, did not have the luxury of purchasing an expensive dress. Therefore, she had to make do with inexpensive clothes; occasionally I catch her looking at other women's outfits.

I just see her, and feel helpless.

People have several desires. The question is how many people can fill them.

My mother and father attended my college entry ceremony. I can see their nervousness radiating from their faces.

I understand why they were depressed.

I made my way to my parents, who were sitting in the final row of the hall.

So I informed my parents as I approached them, in hushed tones.

"You don't have to be so scared, Mom and Dad; no one will look down on me because of you.

I'm not ashamed to call you my parents, so please relax.

We'll go home after the speech. "

They appeared revived once I finished speaking.

I swore to myself that day that one day would come. I'm going to make my parents proud.

---------

(Morning, current day.)

"I'm leaving, Mom and Dad."

I was standing at the front entrance of my house, where my parents were waving me goodbye.

My father said as he hugged me: "Son, when you get to the capital, please call us and take care of yourself."

Aiden, Honey, don't neglect your health. Okay, on your meal, call me when you arrive. " Mum stated, while sobbing,

I don't typically go far by myself, so I understand their concern about their son being alone in the city.

I held her and comforted her, saying, "Don't cry Mom, I'll be OK, and I'll surely call when I get there."

When she stopped sobbing, I let her go from my arms.

"Where is Aisha's mother?"

My younger sister's name is Aisha. She is fifteen years old. Her appearance is comparable to that of my elder sister Nora's.

She is a junior high student at a nearby school.

"She was upset that you were leaving, so she locked herself in her room." Mom replied.

"Don't worry too much about it; I'm sure she'll phone you once you get there," my dad said, seeing my concern.

"Then farewell, y-"

"BROTHER!!"

While I was speaking, I was interrupted by a scream. When I glanced in the direction of the scream, I noticed a 5'1" girl standing there with wet eyes.

It was my younger sister, Aisha.

Then she went up to me, hugged me, and murmured quietly, "You dumb, why are you leaving without saying goodbye to me?"

I spoke to her while she was in my arms, softly caressing her hair, saying, "I thought you were asleep, so I didn't want to wake you up." I was going to phone you when I arrived in the capital, sorry. "

"You and your excuses, I forgive you," replied Alisha.

I left for the airport after receiving everyone's blessings.
