“Uncle Tang, you know what to do.” the Old Madam said to Uncle Tang with a smile on her face. Uncle Tang was startled when he heard the Old Madam’s words. Old Madam was not easy to please, yet a few words from Guan Tong had made the Old Madam so happy that she bloomed.

“Yes, Old Madam. Please don’t worry.” Uncle Tang reassured her.

The Old Madam nodded her head in relief when she heard this. This uncle Tang had been taking care of Lu Han since he was young. She had her complete trust in him. Although Guan Tong might have a few facial scars, she had an extremely great personality. She did not cry when she married a comatose man. On the contrary, she smiled, making people happy when they saw her. If Lu Han had woken up, Guan Tong definitely would’ve easily climbed up the social ladder. 

However, they did not know that Lu Han had already woken up. The Lu family was indebted to this girl, so they felt obligated to treat her better. Guan Tong finally finished dealing with the Old Madam, and just as she was about to go back. Then, she saw Liu Juan staring at her with an unfriendly sight. 

Guan Tong sighed in her heart. Liu Juan was looking at the wrong person to vent her anger on. Even if Lu Han did not marry her, he would be marrying someone else anyway. Liu Juan looked at Guan Tong’s pitying eyes and was confused. It was one thing for this girl to be ugly, but could she also not be that sharp?

“You’re back?” Guan Tong heard Lu Han’s magnetic voice as soon as she entered the room and closed the door. She thought that that question was complete nonsense. Didn’t he see that she was standing there already?

“Did Grandmother bombard you with questions?” Lu Han instantly began his probing.

“Yes, but I said that you couldn’t get the job done, so Grandmother didn’t make things difficult for me.” Guan Tong decided to tease the vicious man.

Lu Han smiled. He could sense that the girl was trying to set him up.

“Then what if there’s still no progress after a few months?” Guan Tong was a little doubtful.

Lu Han raised his eyebrows and replied with a smirk. “Then the responsibility will lie on you.”

“Why would you push the ball to me?” Guan Tong pointed at her nose. She did not realize that what she did was an adorable act to Lu Han’s eyes.

Lu Han was stunned when he saw Guan Tong’s action. It seemed almost as if Lu Han’s eyes turned cold. He had been spoiling this girl for the past few days.

“You’ll have to find a way. Anyway, you’re not her.” Lu Han’s expression turned cold as he walked towards the bathroom.

Guan Tong was a little confused when she saw Lu Han’s sudden change in his mannerism. Perhaps, it was because Lu Han had been living with a woman for the past few days that he had gone soft? It was simply baffling to Guan Tong. However, she had caught his message. He mentioned “her”. 

‘Could it be that he was already in a relationship with someone?’ Guan Tong was overjoyed. This was easy to handle. Even though she didn’t know where the mysterious woman was, if he couldn’t find her, Guan Tong could still help. If she succeeds, she might be able to leave this place, perhaps with a reward from Lu Han as well.

Uncle Tang looked at Guan Tong’s back and sighed. Guan Tong couldn’t help but praise the miracle of the creator once again when she arrived at the garden. Apart from the riches and glamorous estate of the Lu family, their garden was also a masterpiece. 

“What’s wrong with you? That girl, Lin Fei, is hideous, and Lu Han is sharing a bed with her!” Guan Tong hadn’t even reached the center of the garden when she heard a female voice coming from the other end of the bushes.. Guan Tong could tell that it was Liu Juan’s voice!
