Chapter 182: God’s Right Arm

Translator: Atlas Studios  Editor: Atlas Studios

Power: 3,200 (Fire: 2,100, Ice: 610, Wood: 575)

Speed: 230

Mind: 510

Constitution: 513 (Golden Body: 89, Fire: 210, Ice: 42, Wood: 46)

Ever since he had absorbed the two essence flames, Luo Yunyang had noticed massive improvements in both his Constitution and Power. His Speed and Mind had improved a tad slower.

An ordinary martial grandmaster’s Mind Attribute would basically range between 500 and 1,000 points. If he had focused solely on his mind power, Luo Yunyang would still have been ordinary. However, the attribute regulator had made things much more straightforward.

As a result, Luo Yunyang’s Mind Attribute had experienced a huge change in a short time.

Power: 2,200 (Fire: 2,100, Ice: 0, Wood: 0)

Speed: 230

Mind: 1,510

Constitution: 513 (Golden Body: 89, Fire: 210, Ice: 42, Wood: 46)

Although this meant that he hadn’t reached the limits of any single attribute, it allowed him to maintain his Mind and Fire Attribute simultaneously. In a sense, these adjustments allowed Luo Yunyang’s combat strength and defensive ability to reach their peak.

The 36 Buddha Disks revolved up in the sky. After a flurry of flashes, the formless Mind Bind was shredded in under a second.

Jack Wang and the others, who had been flying over, hadn’t even come into contact with Luo Yunyang, when they were stopped by the light net formed by the Buddha Disks.

After a light metallic sound, a martial grandmaster who was brandishing a weapon in his hand felt his skull get split open by a lightning-like Buddha Disk.

Yet another one of the 10 martial grandmasters had died.

Jack Wang’s eyes were red. This was a joint attack that should have been successful, yet they were somehow continuously put on the back foot. The light net formed by the Buddha Disks was like a shredding machine that sliced anything that came close to Luo Yunyang. This passive situation made him feel frustrated.

Multiple cracks had already started to appear on Jack’s dual chain hammers.

Master Scheler had a thoughtful expression on his face as he watched each of his comrades evade the net as if their lives depended on it. He clutched his black bone scepter tightly.

These circumstances were not what he had anticipated. Three of the 10 martial grandmasters were already dead and even his own mind power didn’t have much of an effect on Luo Yunyang.

“Attack!” Master Scheler yelled after muttering a few words to himself. His bone scepter pointed to the area where Luo Yunyang and the others were standing. Suddenly, the entire Long Snake Ridge began to quake.

As soon as these tremors started, Jack Wang and the other six martial grandmasters practically soared up into the air simultaneously. However, they didn’t retreat. Instead, they continued to strike fervently at Luo Yunyang, who was surrounded by them.

As the earth started to shake, the crimson hammer head in Jack Wang’s hand came smashing down. Countless fragments, each one containing immense power, flew towards Luo Yunyang.

All the fragments had been grinded into sharp little blades coated with Jack Wang’s source power and formed a shower of flames that rained down on Luo Yunyang.

Luo Yunyang floated gently in mid-air. He knew what Jack Wang and the others wanted to do. As the fiery rain descended, his Speed suddenly increased.

In an instant, he had appeared behind a martial grandmaster. This particular grandmaster was very alert, so he tried to fly off as soon as he sensed that something was amiss.

However, Luo Yunyang’s fists were already waiting for him.

A fist containing the power of three types of flames pummeled the martial grandmaster in the back. Although the martial grandmaster had a strong body, he immediately disintegrated.

His death sent shivers down the spines of the men surrounding Luo Yunyang. If they hadn’t been in the process of using their own planned techniques, perhaps they might have already turned around and fled.

However, when that martial grandmaster died, a huge, long tail suddenly emerged from the ground and aimed at Luo Yunyang, flogging wildly in his direction.

The tail was so quick that some people weren’t even able to react.

The woman hidden in the distance felt her mouth go dry as she saw that huge tail, which looked like a big pillar in the sky.

She clenched her fists tightly, afraid to make even the slightest of sounds.

This was a huge, powerful beast. It was also a dire beast that had the power to move the earth and had obviously been hiding under the Long Snake Ridge all along.

A gloss sparkled on its long tail, so despite the fact that it was dark, its huge tail looked particularly resplendent.

Luo Yunyang sneered as he watched the tail arc towards him. Just as it was about to smash into him, he suddenly moved.

However, instead of moving his body, he only moved his arm. As he waved it, a huge Raging-Spirit Flame Lion at least three stories tall suddenly appeared before him.

The lion opened its mouth and bit the long tail, which was full of scales.

The huge tail bent and crashed against the ground heavily. In an instant, a small hillside on the Long Snake Ridge had been shattered into fragments.

A mournful, howling sound was heard as the dire beast, which had been waving its tail, finally burrowed out. The beast looked like a huge pangolin. Its body was even bigger than the Raging-Spirit Flame Lion’s.

As its tail was caught in the jaws of the lion, the huge pangolin moved its front limbs frantically, causing the earth to shudder ferociously.

This dire beast was a combat beast controlled by Master Scheler, so it was especially adept at hiding underground and attacking. Although Jack Wang and the others had prepared a number of strategies, the most powerful one was this burrowing beast.

Unfortunately, the dire beast did not get a chance to show its might before it was detected by Luo Yunyang, who immediately ordered the Raging-Spirit Flame Lion to get ready to attack.

The battle between the two giant dire beasts made the sky and earth on the Long Snake Ridge shake. Jack Wang and the others had extremely dark expressions on their faces.

Although they weren’t ordinary people, the current circumstances made them realize that, if this battle went on, the outcome wouldn’t be what they were hoping for.

Even if they decided to retreat now though, who knew if that demonic fellow would agree? That sickening fellow was infuriating!

As everyone felt apprehensive, they watched Master Scheler’s face turn pale while he snorted. “You’ve surprised me, Luo Yunyang. I never expected that so many people would actually be unable to kill you. However, you must still die today!”

Master Scheler suddenly waved the bone scepter in his hands and sent it flying in the air.

The scepter had at first looked like a withered tree. However, as Master Scheler controlled it, it suddenly appeared to sparkle.

Master Scheler seemed to age rapidly, as if his features became older with every second that passed.

When the bone scepter became truly resplendent, a green glow appeared around it. This glow, which looked substantial, slowly started to form a palm with five fingers.

“Go to hell, Luo Yunyang!” Although Master Scheler was teetering on the verge of collapsing, his words were still filled with emotion. “This is God’s Arm. Today, I will recreate the might of God’s Right Arm!”
