In a dim lit, about eight meter i diameter, dome shaped room seemingly carved from stone and dirt, three of what looked to be humans were fighting against a humanoid mountain of cancerous flesh. This was a terrifying sight for all hailing from Earth, but a normal occurrence in the world of Enos.

*Bamm*

"Guaaa.....

"Shit, this thing is very strong and not slow at all for it's size. We have to be careful!" said one of the three people who was at the front facing against the almost two meter tall mountain of flesh holding a thick iron hammer. The monster looked like numerous tumors had grown on the decaying corpse of a obese man , disgusting and awful smelling, but none of that crossed their minds as the fought for their lives.

*Bamm.....Boommm*

Two more times the abomination hit the man's  large tower shield, but besides denting it a little it didn't do anything else. This of course enraged it as it it opened it's arms to grab the shield from it's pesky opponent, but he forgot that they were others near him. With some rapid sounds of metal against metal being heard, the second member of the party of three sprung into action as he headed for the monster rear and quickly swung the short glaive he had at the monstrosity's neck.

The sound of the glaive cutting into flesh was heard and a smile bloomed into the attackers face, but soon faded as he saw that it's opponent wasn't dead. He tried to retrieve his weapon, but found that it was stuck on the next of hit opponent.

"Shit...."he retreated with a quick step as the abomination took hold of his weapon. This forced the man to click his tongue on anger and draw his backup weapon, an arming sword. He then started circling , looking for a good opportunity to strike.

"Hey, you finished casting your spell yet, or are you taking a shit there!? My shield reinforcement can't hold much longer!" yelled the man with the tower shield, and not a second later, the third and last one of the group answer.

"Done!" was the only thing heard , and the one holding the tower shield smiled and rushed the abomination. Seeing this move the abomination wanted to grab hold of the shield once again in but the man was faster on activating his shield spell just as he reached his desired position.

"Mountain!" said the man in an unknown an bizarre language that seemed to hold power, and power was definitely shown. The tower shield on the man's hand became more than 20 times heavier, and all that weight fell of the abominations left foot pinning it to the ground.

"Guaaaaaaaaaaa.....

The abomination was clearly enraged by this as it wanted to crush the man, but with a harrumph from the man on the back, green vines two fingers thick wrapped around it's arms stoping it from doing anything.

It wasn't know when but two of what looked on first glance as dwarf trees no more than a meter in height with a crown not made of leaves, but two of the vines that bound the abomination. The three of them smiled as this was their go to plan for dealing with these situations, and as most of the time it worked. With on of it's legs and two of it's arm's unmovable, the abomination was a sitting duck , and the one with the sword immediately acted. He thrust where the spine should have been, but maybe of a miscalculation, or maybe because of the dim light of the place, his sword hit it's skull, penetrating it, but not doing any real damage.

"Gaaaoooo....

The monster seemed enraged as it immediately burst forth with immense power, liberating his hand enough to swing the short glaive he had stolen, and struck the man holding the shield on his helmet.

*Clang*

The edge of the weapon was deflected to the side by the shape of the helmet, but the power was enough to scramble the man's brains and render his technique useless. With his newfound liberty he took two steps forward uprooting the two trees, and charged at the man who was now complete unarmed having lost both his sword and his glaive.

...........

Not one minute later the unarmed man also was beaten to  a bloody death with the abominations hammer and the only one who remained was the tall and scrawny summoner who was terrified. He was but a summoner, a backup, a useless man in a frontal fight, but that was what was happening right now. Without anyone to protect him, he had to face the abomination himself, but only a look made him give up.

'Its impossible...I can't summon any more as my energy is depleted....but at least I won't die alone. May this be somewhat an atonement for my sins! ' though the summoner as the metal hammer was above his head , and activated his ring. Immediately two, parallel intricate magic circles with a diameter of 1.5 m appeared, one above and one below.

This was a standard summoning technique used by all summoners, a mixture of soul magic intertwined with spacetime magic, and therein lied the danger. Usually summoners used this spell in a blank space that was devoid of life or anything else in order to not disturb the summoning process and also not cause any damage, but this was what the summoner was looking for.

*Ziiiipppziiiippp*

An unknown forcefield crackling with lightning manifested itself from the edges of the two parallel magic circles, joining them together and finally forming a cylinder.

"Guoaaaaaaa...." yelled the monstrosity in pain as the spell activated while he was within it's 1.5 range. Cancerous flesh and black blood splattered all over the place as almost half of it's body was severed from the forcefield, and it's other half fell to the ground as the spell finished.
