The Sky Sword Sect is a Rank-6 Sect with over ten thousand Disciples located in the Pure Sky Continent in the Southern Domain, a well-known backwater area by Cultivators with the lowest Qi out of the four Domains of the Pure Sky Continent.

Most Cultivators won't come here to Cultivate, much less start up a Sect, however, many people don't have a choice.

Different from the surrounding Sects in the Southern Domain, the Sky Sword Sect's Ancestor, the First Sect Master had a reason to build his Sect here.

It is said during the War Of God's Era, one of the Sword God's swords was buried here. it can grant people Sword Insight and Comprehension.

Even a Farmer can become a legendary Swordsman! This is the slogan the Sky Sword Sect uses and sometimes times it turned out to be true.

The current Sect Master - Li Cheng, was originally a farmer who just wanted to provide for his family. On one of his Hunting Trips, he was almost killed, but the Tenth Sect Master - Lin Bai, who was a known wandering Sect Master saved him and took him in as his personal Disciple.

Twenty years later, Li Cheng went from a farmer to a famous Swordsman. It said he had no talent in Swordsmanship originally, but due to staying in the Sect and studying the Sect's Sword Techniques for ten years, he became a Master Swordsman.

Because of this tale, many people joined the Sky Sword Sect, with the vast majority being commoners, who wanted to be the next Li Cheng.

However, out of One thousand people, maybe only a couple might have the same opportunity as Li Cheng. Sometimes, not even that.

The Sky Sword Sect only has Three Elders and one Grand Elder. It's not like other Sects with tens of Elders and Grand Elders. It is a week in the eyes of many.

This is the main reason Han Yi's Father picked this Sect.

" You new here kid?" Stopping Han Yi, a tall and buff Gate Guard asked him, his eyes firm and cold.

" Yep." Han Yi nodded, his face and eyes indifferent.

" Please be careful okay, kid? I don't feel like cleaning up another corpse today." The Gate Guard said with a sigh at the end.

Han Yi nodded, his face and eyes carrying the same indifference," I don't feel like dying today. You have my word."

The Gate Guard chuckled," That's good. Have a good day then kid."

Han Yi smiled a bit," You too Sir."

Immediately as Han Yi past the Gate, many eyes looked at him like a hawk. Most of the shop owners have hopeful expressions.

The Demonic Beast Trading business is a hard one. Especially with the weaker Beasts who don't have a lot of fighting skills.

Han Yi stopped in his tracks hearing the System.

As the name suggests, Beast Scanner allows Han Yi to scan Beasts and see their history, bloodlines, skills and Evolution Paths. There's nothing this Scanner can't see.

' Beast Scanner.' Activating the skill, a green unseen glow appeared in Han Yi's eyes.

Stepping towards a stall, housing Demonic Birds. Soon he spotted Sparrow-lookalike and a screen was pulled up.

A soft smile broke out on Han Yi's face, as he brushed the Bird's fur.

" How much?" Han Yi glanced at the old man behind the stall.

The Elderly man put up one finger.

" One Spirit Stone?"

The Elderly man nodded and went back to watching the Birds with a gentle smile.

Han Yi hummed upon hearing this. It seems Demonic Beasts are kind of expensive when you barely have any Spirit Stones. Just for this Bird alone, a few households will have to put their money together.

Thinking here, he sighed and looked around the slightly dark Demonic Beast District.

' Mm? A Fox?' Han Yi stopped and looked at a small orange baby Fox hissing at the Old Lady trying to feed it.

He could already imagine the Fox's soft fur and its sleeping face.

" Your drooling."

Coughing, Han Yi thanked the Elderly man and walked over.

" Ah! Come on Little One! You have to eat!"

Han Yi stopped in his tracks hearing the Old Lady's witch-like voice.

However...

' For The Fox!'

With firm eyes, Han Yi stepped in the shop.

" Excuse me?" Making himself known, he wore a pleasant smile.

In the heartbeat of time, both human and Fox stared at Han Yi.

" Yes child?" The Old Lady smiled kindly at Han Yi and spoke in the most Grandmotherly voice he ever heard.

Gulping down some dry saliva, Han Yi pointed at the curious-looking Fox.

" How much?"

Again, both humans and Fox stared. They stared hard at Han Yi like he was some exotic animal.

Some sweat dripped down Han Yi's head, as he was being stared at.

" You... You want to buy Little One?" The Old Lady ultimately said in a disbelief tone.

Han Yi sighed in relief, thanking the Heavens he was not being stared at anymore and nodded.

" Yes."

Even the Fox looked to be in disbelief, with wide eyes.

" Are you sure? This Orange-Tail Demonic Fox has something wrong with her physique and personality."

" Could you clarify?"

The Old Lady nodded and put the black pill she was trying to feed the Fox.

" Little One physique is one Grade lower than her race and she hates medicine or the food I try to feed her."

Han Yi glanced at the pill and blanked out. Even he won't eat that thing! So of course the Fox won't too!

Even if that was the last thing to eat In the whole world, he won't eat that! There's nothing wrong with the Fox's personality! There is only something wrong with hers!

Who tries to feed something that?! What did the Fox do to you?! Kill your family?! Took your lover?! It has to be something!

Han Yi shot the Fox a soft look and smiled, causing her eyes to light up.

" Furthermore, she hasn't awakened her tail, which is the source of Orange-Tail Demonic Fox's power. So I-"

" I want her." Han Yi cut her off.

The Old Lady sighed and nodded," Okay, you stubborn child. Because of its defects, I will only charge you Seven Spirit Stones. Usually, it's Fifteen."

Taking out seven Spirit Stones under the shocked gaze of the Fox, Han Yi handed them over.

" Pleasure doing business with you, child. Please come again!" The Old Lady unlocked the cage the Fox was in and handed it to him. Her face all smiles.

' It's just like I imagined!' Han Yi particularly jumped for joy and raced out of the Demonic Beast District.

" Eh? What happened to him?" One of the  Gate Guards shot a confused look at the running Han Yi.

" *Sigh* Well, that's one less person we take care of." The Gate Guard who warned Han Yi looked and struggled.

" What could have scared him?" The younger man was curious.

" Most likely the Snake Pit." The much-experienced one said, his eyes holding a bit of fear. Even Cultivators would have a hard time down there. No matter him a Grade-3 Warrior!

" Snake Pit!?" The Younger Gate Guard shivered and took a few steps away from the Demonic Beast District. Snakes are his biggest fear! He doesn't want to be anyone's lunch!

" You better not be like that next year." Chen Wei the older Gate Guard shot his Junior a glare.

" Next year? What's coming next year?" Chu Ting had a bewildered look.

Next year? What's coming next year?

" You don't know?"

Chu Ting shook his head. He really doesn't know!

" Frozen Phoenix Palace." Chen Wei spoke there words that will make all men's heart burn with energy and face turn red.

Like most men, Chu Ting's heartbeat became faster and his face turned flushed bright red.

" Ar-Are you for r-real?!" Chu Ting shook the mix taller and buffer man with a hopeful look.

" If you don't stop shaking me, you aren't invited."

Instantly, Chu Ting became the best soldier there is. The perfect example of one, face hard and body sword-like.

" Don't worry Boss! No Demonic Beast will past me! Not ever!"

Chen Wei sighed and pointed at the Demonic Firey Chicken going through the 'perfect soldier's' legs.

" One just went past you."

Chu Ting ran after the Demonic Firey Chicken and flushed red, this time in embarrassment.

" Don't worry! I GOT IT!"

Chen Wei sighed again.
