Chapter 1: Prologue

Hello, it's me, markipl- ahem... Rey, sorry about that.

If you are right now wondering where am I right now you better not ask me. All I see here is darkness so I will call this space right now void.

Now I will tell you a bit about myself, I am rey... That's about it. I don't remember much about myself besides the fact that I love stories? Yeah, I believe so. (I also love memes)

The last memory I have is when I was going to leave my house, and... It just stops there.

So my conclusion to my current status is that I'm dead. Pretty obvious right? I don't have a body and I can't feel shit, I also lost my ability to tell time or some stuff like that, I'm a terrible narrator.

Another day has just started and would you look at that, something happened.

Some random light suddenly appeared beside me for no reason, at all.

Now you might be thinking 'Oh Rey, that's just some random light nothing gonna happen' or 'Oh, that's just a ROB or something' but the answer is...

It's the light at the end of the tunnel cliche!!

And I am here right now debating to whether touch this thing or not.

Nah, let's just touch it.

And then I moved my hand to touch the glowing light. Turns out, I don't have a hand. So I have to go there, but HOW?

Oh yeah, by the way, the distance between me and the orb is 2-3 meters.

I tried to swim to get to that thing, and it somehow worked.

And as I almost touch it, a blinding light suddenly erupted from it and it blinded me with it.

'Aaaaaaaahhshhhhhh!!!!! Wait, I don't feel pain, silly me.'

The light slowly diminishes as I slowly see colours. And when my eyesight is clear, I saw the night sky above.

'Wow'

I said internally as I started at the sky full of admiration. J tried to raise my hand but I failed. I also tried to look around and found out that I am right now in a basket, as a baby.

Welp, that's awkward. Please don't make me feed some of my new mother's breast milk or something.

We seems to be... Flying... Wait what the fuc-

Well, that was unexpected, to think I am right now flying with my mother (I think?) Carried me inside a basket with my twin sister beside me.

The shocking part was the sister by the way. (Totally trying to play it cool like nothing happened)

Oh yeah, where were we? Oh yeah, that's right, we're flying. 

It seems like my mother is trying to run away from something, how do I know that? Well, that's because she is clearly exhausted and she is still flying full steam ahead, she also constantly looking behind her as if she was afraid of something.

The flight went smoothly as we go straight in one direction.

Then, we entered a cloudy zone, I cannot see anything from this fluffy cloud.

Then, as the cloud settled, I was shocked by what I found. It was a big castle with some infrastructure right beside it. The reason why I was so shocked is because of the sheer size of the castle. Like, it's reaching the sky or something.

My mother then looked around the town from above as if finding something. And when she finally found it, she went straight to it and landed gracefully.

She took a look around and finally nodded to herself as if she was right about something.

I also took a peek from the basket and saw a big house with a sign that said 'I don't know how to read this shit'.

My mother then walked to the door and she placed my basket beside the door. (declaring ownership huh.) 

She then looked in at me and my sister right beside me who is still sleeping with a sorry gaze.

She looked very tired but she still give the two of us a motherly smile then said.

"I love you."

I honestly don't know the language she speaks but I understand her. She then gives me and my sister a kiss on the forehead then says...

"Goodbye"

She said that as if we are never going to meet again. Of course, that is a joke, right?

Before I knew it, tears are flowing in my eyes and I started crying. My sister heard this as she woke up from her slumber and also began crying.

'Seriously, babies cry fast, she isn't really gonna leave, right?' I said to myself trying to escape reality.

My mother looks at both of us one last time as she flew away faster than my eyes can see.

That day was the third worse day of my new life.
