Chapter 9: Chapter 6: Da~te, Da~te, time for a Da~te! (The Vampire and Yami’s Date Part 1)

Ohiyo~, Everyone, it's everybody's favorite cuddly crybaby vampire Princess Lily! Now that Lucy and I finished our cuddle time to calm each other down. It is time for my da~te with Yami! So let's start where Yami comes to pick me up.

"Good evening, Lily. Did you have fun on your date with Lucy? Wait, why does it look like you've been crying? Are you okay"? (Yami)

"Hey, Yami. Yes, I'm fine; Lucy and I just took a trip down memory lane that brought happy tears; I swear I'm fine, Yami. I had fun, but let's not talk about that now. It's time for our date with just you and me. Let's have fun". (Lily)

"Very well, if you say so, Lily, I know just the place for you to get into a happier and festive spirit. Did you happen to bring your swimsuit with you like we planned"? (Yami)

"Oh..shoot, I forgot; I'm sorry, Yami". (Lily)

"It’s okay; we can get you one before we head there.” (Yami)

This is my chance to tease Yami; since I always get teased by everyone, I can’t let go of this chance…

“Wi…will you pick it out for me? I want you to pick what you want to see me in”. (Lily)

I messed up due to being shy, and now I am turning as red as a ruby, and now I am the ruby princess. It looks like it worked because I can see Yami beet red and fidgeting like me.

“Su…sure…well then, let's go. Are you still able to walk, Lily? I know your body has gotten stronger since what happened with Mana, but I know your body is still quite frail until you finish the proper training at school”. (Yami)

“Mao…I’m okay, Yami. Just…can I link arms and hold hands with you while we walk”? (Lily)

“Hihihi, You are too pure and cute; of course, we can link arms and hold hands. I know I can be overprotective. It’s just because I care for you that much, Lily. Now let’s start our date”! (Yami)

Yami states as such while linking her arm with mine and interlocking our fingers while we hold hands. We are now heading to the clothing merchant’s store in the shopping district to pick out a swimsuit for me.

“Here, Lily, please try this swimsuit on.” (Yami)

“Ummah…it is quite cute”. (Lily)

I am currently trying on the swimsuit Yami picked out for me; it is a cute 1 piece jet-black swimsuit with skirt-like frills on the bottom; the color of the swimsuit contrasts nicely with my long silvery white hair. Aaah, I just had an idea…

“Kyaaa…You look so adorable, Lily! I know when I saw this swimsuit it would look perfect on you”. (Yami)

“Kehehe…thank you, Yami. You certainly have good taste in clothing. I just had an idea; I would like to pick out and buy you a swimsuit as well”. (Lily)

“We…well…”. (Yami)

“Is it no good”? (Lily)

I ask Yami while giving my best puppy dog eyes.

Yami asks me after letting me pick her swimsuit. But I wonder why none of my wives will let me buy anything for them during our dates like this. I would like to spoil them too. Oh well, I’ll find a way soon. Oh, I better reply back to her.

“Yes, I would like to pick out the same swimsuit you picked for me but in silvery white. I think you would look great on yourself in contrast with your jet-black hair”. (Lily)

“Very well, I don’t like bright colors. But I will try it on for you, and it might be pretty neat for us to match”. (Yami)

 After Yami says such, she puts on the swimsuit I picked for her, and when she comes out of the dressing room to show me….

“Wh…what do you think, Lily”? (Yami)

“…..”. (Lily)

“What’s wrong? Does it not suit me”? (Yami)

It’s not that the swimsuit didn’t suit her; she looked so beautiful with contrasting colors, and her cute shy expression when she asked what I thought that I was utterly speechless.

“No, Yami, don’t worry, I’m sorry. You looked so beautiful that I was left completely speechless”. (Lily)

“Oooh… the…thank you, Lily, that means a lot coming from you”. (Yami)

This is bad; she looks so cute when she is shy; I can’t hold myself back; I know we are in a store, and it is impolite, but I don’t care.

“Kyaaaa…Li…mmh…Lily?”. (Yami)

“Mmmh…I’m sorry, Yami, you just look so cute that I couldn’t hold myself back”. (Lily)

I state this after separating my lips from Yami’s and releasing our hug.

“Eheheh… Lily said I was cute…it…it’s fine, you just caught by surprise. Now that we got our swimsuits, let’s go swim”. (Yami)

“Okeess, by the way, Yami, where are you going to swim”? (Lily)

“Ohh, I forgot to tell you, we are going to the place where we first met as children, which was also the place where we became wives, and our fates became intertwined with one another’s forever, 2 and half years ago,”. (Yami)
