251.1 – Angry Li Wanting

Xue Qilin thought that there is a thief at first, but then felt that it is impossible.

There are not many thieves who can sneak into the Merak Temple to steal apart from a few elusive individuals. And even if they have the ability, they may not have the courage. After all, the Merak Temple is full of experts.

But what really dispelled her suspicion was the fact she detected Li Wanting’s breath. In other words, this is Li Wanting’s doing.

Not knowing whether she should be amused or vexed, Xue Qilin went to the door of the ill-treated side room, intending to go in and take a look. She is a little worried that Li Wanting might have encountered a mishap.

When the door opened, a burst of dust assaulted her face, prompting Xue Qilin to violently cough.

“Cough… cough, cough! Little Ting, what are you — cough cough… doing?!”

So much dust! How long has it been since it was cleaned! Standing in front of the door, Xue Qilin waved her hands in front of her in an attempt to prevent the dust from invading her nose.

“Young Ancestor? You can come — cough, cough!”

Li Wanting’s voice came from inside the room. But before she finished speaking, she was interrupted by a series of coughs.

Xue Qilin held her breath and looked over in response.

Her vision is filled with dust. However, since she is a Heaven Realm practitioner, her eyesight is much better than that of ordinary people. She soon saw a vague figure in the room.

That should be Li Wanting.

“I…”

Xue Qilin just opened her mouth and wanted to shout in response. But then, dust poured into her throat like water, making her cough again.

“Ah, it’s so annoying!”

The dust raged in her nose. Unable to stand it, Xue Qilin stamped her foot and shouted, “Wind!” At the same time, she put the index and middle fingers of her right hand together to form a finger sword and violently slashed from left to right, leaving a trajectory in midair that emits green light.

Then, the wind answered her call.

A gust of wind rolled out from the rift-like trajectory and instantly dispelled all the dust in the room. When everything calmed down, the lass’s vision was finally clear again.

“Let’s see if you dare act up again!”

Xue Qilin childishly scolded the already dispelled dust and stepped into the room. She walked to the location where she detected Li Wanting’s breath.

After bypassing a cabinet full of strange components, she was stupefied.

“Little Ting, what… are are you doing?”

Xue Qilin spoke in a dull voice.

In her line of sight, Li Wanting is stuck in some wooden chest — strictly speaking, her behind is trapped in the chest. She looks like she was sitting on the chest, but then the chest suddenly broke and her buttocks fell in and got stuck.

As she supported herself with both hands on the chest as not sink deeper, Li Wanting shook her legs as if to break away from it. There are a few gear-like things on her head.

Pfff–!

This scene is so comical that Xue Qilin can’t help laughing.

“Ha-ha-ha-ha!” She rocked back and forth from laughter, and even teared up, “You’re killing me! What, what are you doing, Little Ting?!”

“Please stop laughing and come help me, will you?”

Li Wanting’s regular face tinged with sharpness turned red from shame, which subtly stands out while contrasted against her wheat-colored skin. Her hot-iron-like, blazing-red ponytail sways slightly along with her movements like the tail of a red horse in a bad mood.

“Okay, okay, I’ll help you!” Xue Qilin held back her laughter. But when she spoke till here, she turned around and burst out laughing again, “Let me finish laughing first! Ha-ha-ha –!”

Li Wanting bit her lower lip in shame. But she didn’t try to look away, and instead glared at Xue Qilin.

Xue Qilin ignored Li Wanting and just approached her while laughing. When she reached the wooden chest, she laughed even more — she slapped the chest and laughed uproariously.

“No, you’re really killing me!”

How did she get stuck in the wooden chest? Even if she’s stuck, but Little Ting is an Earth Realm practitioner! Why can’t she come out?! Could the chest be a black hole? Xue Qilin mused as she laughed.

“If you laugh any more, I will get angry!”

Li Wanting showed a displeased expression.

When she heard her threat, Xue Qilin remembered the disassembled mechanism sword behind her, and her face suddenly stiffened. Xue Qilin quickly restrained her laughter, and then put a fist in front of her mouth and coughed twice.

“As a teacher, I wanted to remind you of the feeling of shame that comes with the ridicule of others, so that you pay more attention to your actions next time.”

“Young Ancestor, you are not my teacher…” Li Wanting unleashed a sigh of resignation, “Help me up! I can’t get out myself!”

She was about to help Li Wanting, when Xue Qilin suddenly thought of something. She turned her eyes in thought and put forward a condition with a conniving smile, “Wait a minute! I can help you! But, you’ll do me a favor later! And don’t be angry!”

“What’s is it?”

Li Wanting stopped struggling and looked at Xue Qilin in astonishment.

“Er…” Xue Qilin uttered ambiguously, “In, in short, don’t be angry!”

Li Wanting silently looked Xue Qilin up and down, and then asked hesitantly, “You wouldn’t have angered Qi’er and thus come to me to take refuge?”

“That’s not it!”

You’re probably the one who will be angry — Xue Qilin secretly supplemented in her heart.

“Fine. If Qi’er is really angry, I’ll say a few words to help you!”

After a period of silence, Li Wanting finally retracted her gaze and spoke in an “I really don’t know what to do with you guys” tone.

“Wait a minute, do you think I made Little Seven angry?”

“Isn’t that a common occurrence?”

Li Wanting’s words seem to be filled with a helpless “I’m already used to it” tone.

“Alright, now help me up.”

Although she is a little dissatisfied. But, she still asked for help. Consequently, Xue Qilin didn’t argue anymore and just snorted a little unhappily.

After that, Xue Qilin took off the bundle behind her and put it next to the wooden chest. She hopped up to the chest, squatted down, placed her hands underneath Li wanting’s armpits, and tried to lift her up. She thought that it would be an easy job, but Li Wanting didn’t budge.

“Eh?”

Xue Qilin blinked, and then used more strength.

With a “pop”, Li Wanting was finally freed from the chest. However, due to Xue Qilin’s excessive use of force, the two lost balance at the same time.

They released short cries of surprise, and then fell to the floor one after another.

Xue Qilin’s butt just made contact with the floor, when she saw Li Wanting, who has a panicked expression on her face, falling towards her. She immediately extended her hands in order to support the other party. But in a moment of panic, she realized that her hands are likely to touch the other party’s chest, and she subconsciously withdrew her hands.

“Oh!”

Li Wanting’s ample breasts heavily pressed against Xue Qilin’s face, and the bodies of the two mushed together.

Be that as it may, Xue Qilin doesn’t have the time to enjoy the other party throw herself at her — her head lodged between Li Wanting’s breasts and she is about to suffocate.
