"I still can't believe they kicked Max out," Axel sighed thinking about it.
"Well, isn't it good? He has got benefits on his ends too. If we can secure victory on both sides then it's win-win for us," Lear said with a smile.
"He should have left for Trinity already, right?" Mark asked and Axel nodded.
It was the time when Max had boarded the Express car and was still on the first day of his journey.
"So, what are we going to do today?" Mark suddenly asked.
"The discussion for the Alliance had failed yesterday due disagreements between Academies, I hope it would succeed today," Lisa said with sigh.
"Well, it would surely succeed today," Lear smiled looking Axel and he smiled in understanding as well.
Mark couldn't help but feel a chill looking at the two with those evil grin on their faces.
"Let's divide into two. One goes out to hunt and gather as many points as we could and another one will go to attend the meeting initiated by Trinity," Axel suddenly said as he looked at Lear for confirmation and he gave a nod.
"But are you sure those guys from Trinity can be trusted? They didn't even send their celestial out to fight when the Orca initiated their plans," Mark said with a frown.
"Its not like we are afraid of them. If they really want to mess around with us, they could just give it a try," Lear calmly replied.
He wasn't afraid of Trinity, no right now he really didn't need to be much afraid of anyone. After the fight last time all the top guys were beaten to a bloody mess and were injured beyond the scope. They probably couldn't even fight at half their strength so Lear really didn't needed to be much afraid of them.
Well, there was a problem though. Wilson on their side was in a bad shape as well, but with the last group's arrival, August had filled in the spot of their powerhouse. Most people probably weren't even aware of his strength.
Later, Lear, Axel and August headed out together while the others formed another group to move in to collect some points.
…
Last night, a person with the emblem of Trinity had managed to find them and passed on the message regarding the meeting and later that night, a signal flare was fired informing them about the point of meeting.
As Lear, Axel and August arrived at the place, they found student's from the other Academies as well. Every Academy except for Orca had send someone from their ranks. It seemed everyone had enough of the commanding beast's chase and couldn't take anymore of its rage.
At this moment, Trinity's leader, Melan Roxley appeared in front of the people to greet the crowd.
"Thank you for coming here," He said looking at all the people who had gathered before continuing, "I am sure everyone here is as much as trouble as my Academy by the rampage of the Commanding beast. I have gathered everyone here today to plan on how to deal with it."
Well, everyone already knew about it. But they were here to know what he had planned.
"Enough with the bullsh*t. Just speak what you have in your mind, I don't have any time for your dramas."
Peopled looked at the guy who dared to speak rudely like that to one of the Celestials and it turned out be another of the same breed, it was the Celestial from the Tempest House and the leader of the West Gale Academy, Bayu Tempest.
Melan's face twitched looking at the unruly guy, but he still smiled and went on, "Isn't it simple, we just need to draw it to an encirclement and besiege it from all sides. If you think that being smart in front of that thing can really help you out, you are in for wrong…"
"And here I was thinking that you had something interesting to say. What a disappointment!" Another voice rang out from the crowd and it turned that Faryl Zen the one in lead of Zealand Academy had come as well.
"If you think yourself to be smart then I am afraid you are not Melan," Arthur, Lear's bother was also present here.
"What do you mean, Barnes?" Melan looked at Arthur with an ugly face.
"Do you think people are fool? You just want to get in a head on fight now that you had lost a lot of members of your Academy due to the encounter with Commanding beast yesterday. It had definitely affected you and now if the rest of the Academies continued to hunt even while playing the game of hide and seek with the commanding Beast, I am sure they will eventually surpass Trinity within the remaining time. Isn't that the reason why you want everyone to form a suicide squad with you in order to prevent your rankings from falling any further below?" Arthur asked with a smile and realization stuck a few.
"Don't spew out nonsense, Barnes! If you dare to tarnish my and Trinity's repuation then don't blame me for taking action."
Mana began to buzz around Melan and he was ready to clash any moment. After all, Arthur had literally slapped on his face by exposing his schemes.
Axel looked at the guy before whispering to Lear, "As expected of your brother he is smart."
"If he isn't even that smart, do you think he would be able to be to inherit the Family as the Lord?" Lear shook his head, it was obvious for Arthur to at least realize this much.
"But he is too kind.." Axel shook his head.
A few people like Axel and Arthur had understood Melan's intentions but most of them kept quiet about it as they were more than happy if the morons just knocked themselves out but Arthur wasn't like that and spoke out saving the group of morons.
Faryl and Bayu shook their heads and turned around to leave with their companions as they knew they would be wasting there time here.
"Well, isn't it a bit too early of you guys to leave when I have just arrived," A laugh sounded and the next moment, Mr. Cool appeared in between the crowd with a flashy entrance.
"Is there still anything left to discuss?" Faryl asked looking at him.
"Well, if he doesn't have a plan then that doesn't mean that no one does," Mr. Cool smiled before scanning everyone around and his eyes briefly stopped on Lear who nodded to him, "I am sure that there should be some smart people here unlike this idiot.."
"Aijin!!" Melan glared at him in anger but he didn't make a move as the sentiment of the people seemed to be against him and it definitely wasn't the right time to make a move.
The people who were about to leave suddenly stopped waiting to see if anyone was going to come up or not.
It was then that Lear stepped out from the crowd attracting everyone's gaze.
Melan's gaze turned nasty when he saw Lear. The incident of him smashing the glass of juice on his head was still very fresh in his mind.
Lear calmly walked up to huge piece of concrete among the debris and with a flick of his palm grabbed it and tossed it into the air like a ball, send it flying up above. It was very easy for him to do so as the concrete still had metal rods inside it but people didn't seem to be aware of it and were shocked taking it as pure demonstration of strength.
The next instant, Lear stepped on the air and shot towards the thing with his two blades drawn out.
People didn't understand his actions but could hear the sounds of his blade streaking through the air and clashing with the huge concrete cutting it down.
"Boom!"
When the concrete fell to the ground again, it had turned into a flat stone with markings on it which seemed to have mapped some areas along with signs and structures symbols.
Lear calmly landed beside the concrete and his blade ran across its surface once again with a clang as spark flew out and a circle was carved out on a certain place which had a marking of rock like figure with eyes and nose like that similar to humans.
Mr. Cool couldn't help but be impressed with Lear's flashiness. Even he couldn't show as much as he did in a single moment.
Lear's skills were really pleasing to eyes, he was surely going to become famous after the competitions ended.
"This is the path to our victory, the Golem.." Lear said with a smile while pointing at the marking as his blade pointed at it.
