Chapter 3: Chapter 3 – Not heading east

I can't go east, not now. Even if it is the safe idea, I don't have anything I can use to protect myself. Looking around I didn't found anything useful as a weapon on this floor, though there was this shoulder bag, taking it I headed for the stairs, pausing at the entrance I looked at the writing beside it, 4th floor - Medical. "How did I miss this the first time?" I asked myself, not minding it as it was not important at the moment, I read the rest of it.
