I did not have time to be happy about killing two Orcs as I saw very fearsome bullets coming at me. The bullet is very powerful, and I could feel the fatal threat from it.

A Vampire Killer!

The bullet is a vampire killer; only such a bullet could produce tingling sensation all over my body. If it had not been a Vampire killer, I would not have felt the tingles all over my body.

I have to defend against this bullet at ant condition and one it touched my body, any part of it, there would be a hell lot of pay.

It was a good thing I am ready; I am ready since the two Orcs attacked me, at that time I had not only took out the ten knives from both of the Artifacts but also three shields to defend against any sneak of Dwarf Half-blood.

In a second of firing, the bullet stuck by the shield, and I felt the heavy jolt in my soul; it was nothing serious but was very painful.

If I had been controlling the shields with my regular soul energy and not the soul strings, I would surely got injured.

Pew Pew Pew...

The dwarfed half-blood glared at me furiously as I successfully defended against its attack, and the next moment it took out another gun and started to fire at me from the two firearms in hands.

I saw tens of bullets coming at me; it was all solid bullets, I could see as the Dwarf was fighting, it was also reloading at the fast speed, I have never seen anyone firing and reloading guns at such rapid pace.

Bang Bang Bang...

The bullets started crashing across my shields one after another, and the pain I felt due to the clash had brought me tears in my eyes. The attack of bullets felt like a sledgehammer against my soul, and I am bearing an attack of tens of hammer strike against my every second.

The only thing that is making me feel good that these bullets are only able to give me pain but not hurt me; the Cosmic Tower is bearing it all.

Tens of bullets of crashing across the three shields, wanting to exploit any gaps in between, to reach me, but I did not let that happen. I placed the shields around me strategically that I could defend against any bullet that is coming from me.

A minute later it stopped, it had fired lots of bullets at me and I thought, It would stop and came at me for good old fashioned physical fighting but I saw wrong as he put away both of its guns as at the real fast speed and take out two different guns.

These guns looked different, they are bulky and have a dense array of the carved on them.\

Looking at the guns, I knew what type of guns are they, they are energy guns. monst of the guns that are used are the hybrid ones, they can fire physical shots as well as energy shots.

That is what when it had taken out the energy guns; I got little confused ans it could have able to fire the energy shots from its previous guns, but my confusion did not stop me from being alert. there must have been some reason for it use the purely energy guns, so I became extra cautious against these energy guns.

Pew Pew Pew Pew...

A sharp but faint sound of gunshots started to rang through the air as the bullets came piercingly toward me.

Just as the bullets fired, I saw them changing their trajectory, the trajectory of of the bullets have became little Zigzag, it had become very hard to calculate their route as they are moving all over.

'A Winding Path Array!' I shouted in my mind; this is a winding path array. This is a Grade 3 array which means it could only be used in Grade the Grade 3 guns.

But I am sure that Guns it is using are the Grade 2; otherwise, it would not have used the two guns together as Grade 3 guns used a shit load of mana and that only Viscounts could use them properly and another thing is that I do not feel the level of fatalness I will feel when a bullet from Grade 3 gun coming at me.

So, I am very sure that the Gun it using is Grade 2 Artifact, it's just that it had somehow inscribed the watered-down version of Winding Array on its Gun but that is least of my problem now.

The winding bullets are very had to deal with, as long as the firing the bullets is expert then the bullet could passed by even tight defense and hit the prey and this dwarf half-blood, looking a firearms expert very much.

Seeing they are winding bullets, I did not hold back anything, not only I had free up soul strings from the 10 knives, I also spread my soul energy three meters around me to create a domain like field.

Being telekinetic my senses are already very strong, but I still expended my soul power to be more sure, I would have liked to expand my soul power for more area but that would have expended more soul power than I could handle.

The bullets finally came crashed on my sheilds, most of them were stopped by me but some of them still slipped from the tight defense of my sheilds and entered inside.

Just as they did, I expended all the ten strings to catch them, but due to their elusive nature, I only caught the few with my strings, I am only able to catch them all when they entered the three-meter range of mine but that was just starting.

Due to the winding nature of the bullets, it is very hard to change their trajectory. They are like wild bulls that one have to use the total force to conquer them instead of just using the nudged.

After attaching the strings to the bullets, I started to use all my soul power to move them, so they could not touch me but that was just my wishful thinking.

Clang Clang Zip Zip Zip Puch...

"Ahhh..."

I let out the groan of pain as the several bullets grazed by me and two pierced my thighs. I tried my all to defend from them, even using my saber to ward off them but some of them still stuck me and it very painful.

if I did not have the thought body, I would not just have the holes in my body but the body mess of blood and flesh.

An Elite Baron is firing these bullets, they contain in immense might if they had stuck normal knight then his limbs wouldn't have merely a bullets holes.

That was starting as more time passed more and more bullets started tp strike me, in the just one minuit, I had five bullets holes in my body. Through these wounds, blood is continuously oozing out and blooding the rest of the body.

One is in the shoulder, one on the stomach and three in the legs, and they are giving me intense pain that wanting to make me unconcious.

I controlled my mind and started to think, this blindly defending will only take me to my death, I have to do something, either retreat or advance I have only two choices in front of me, but before I could make any of choice, I have to do something about these bloody wounds.
