Chapter 152: Changing Paths

After two hours of training, I sat on the Bed again, utterly exhausted. Usage of Mystic is really exhausting, and I trained with it till I could not use an ounce of Mystic Power.

Though the training was exhausting, it was quite filling as well. The battle with half-blood had given me many ideas and inspiration, which had helped me immensely when I was training.

If I had to face half Blood now, It would not be a problem for me to kill it in a minute for me. When I fought against it, I had just comprehended the Mystic, but now I have got a very tiny amount of Grasp over it.

Though it is nothing impressive, it is enough to handle the opponent like Half-Blood Vampire.

I laid on the Bed for the twenty minutes before, I got up and chewed on some monster meat. As the meat entered my stomach, I felt the heat, and that heat transferred to every part of my body.

After I finished with the first piece, I chewed on a few more before I started to fill full. The Mystic did not use either Physical Energy or Soul Energy, but it makes one feel tired in both for some reason, and I had felt that the strength of Body and Soul played a vital role in the usage of Mystic.

Another half an hour passed, and I finally started to feel good, seeing that I got from the Bed and walked toward the open space present in the middle of the cave. Standing there, I took a couple of deep breaths before I took out my Saber.

It is the same Saber that my father had given me, I've used it very few times, but now that I am Baron, I could perfectly use this Peak Grade 2 Weapon.

I am planning to use Mystic with my Saber. I don't think that Mystic is only be used through the Knives. Mystic could be used on anything or any being; as long I can utilize it well, the Mystic could be used on anything.

So, without waiting, I circularly moved the Saber while adding Mystic on my Saber, and to surprise, it worked like a charm. I was able to move full circle with my Saber; through it worked, many problems could be seen.

To swing the Saber circularly, I had to move with the Saber, and when I moved, my speed was very slow, it was barely tenth of knives. I could not move circles with Saber; it will easily give a chance to my enemy to kill me.

To use the Saber with Mystic, I had to change the path of the Saber as using only a circular path would not work and I think doing it with Saber would be far easier compared to the knives as Saber is my hands which I had been practicing for more than a decade.

My mastery over Telekinesis could not be compared with my mastery over the Saber. So, I am quite hopeful that I will be able to change the paths of my Saber instantly from one path to another.

So, I tried it, I started with the circular path, and when the Saber moved half a meter, I tried to change its path to that of the Oval, but just as I did that, the Mystic on the Saber broke apart.

"I did not expect to succeed in the first try," I muttered to myself and continued to try, each try failed, but I continued as I had a hope that I would succeed, so I continued to try as success will come as long as I kept trying.

I continued training till now, I had tried hundreds of times, but each try turned into a failure, but despite constant failures I continued, not minding the exhaustion that is building inside me with each try.

Finally, what feels like days of trying, I was finally able to succeed. I was able to change the path of my Saber from Circular to Oval. It is an amazing feeling, one moment, my Saber is moving in a circular arc, and then the next moment, it started to follow the Oval path, and I did that without breaking a Mystic.

Seeing my Saber moving in the Oval ark, I tried to change it to an Elliptical one, but just as I did that, the Mystic broke. Seeing that, I couldn't help but smile before starting again.

I started again, this time, also I failed, but the failure of four times and failure of hundreds of times is different. After four failures, I succeeded in changing the path of my Saber while maintaining Mystic, but when I tried the third path, I failed again.

I continue trying. First I had to face the failure a few time before I succeed changing the path, but as the time passed, I started getting more and more proficient that now, I did not get fail when I changed the trajectory of my Saber for the first time, it was the second time I am failing, but I have a feeling that I will succeed soon.

I was right, I soon succeeded in changing the path of my Saber second time, and after that, I continue trying till I am utterly exhausted. This time, I did not walk toward the Bed but the stream.

I took off the white dress I am wearing before I entered the stream. It was a good thing I did wear a bra; otherwise, it would have been a plain hassle to remove and woke it again.

I soaked myself in the stream and felt its refreshing coldness spreading through my body, rejuvenating my exhausted body and mind. If I was able to get out, I am going to Miss this stream very much.

I would have taken a few vats of these stream water with me, but this water loses its effectiveness in a few hours, so taking this water is useless.

I soaked in the stream water for half an hour before I walked out unwillingly and started practice again. I practiced till the late night, and by the time I was able to change the path of my Saber two times without any failures.

This is a huge thing; now I have the confidence to fight against the Half-Blood Orc, I am going to fight with it using my Saber and keep my Telekinesis as the Trump Card.

After I make all the preparations, I sleep. I could have continued training and would have improved little, but I opted to sleep. I want to have a good night's sleep before I fight against the Orc Blood in the morning.
