It felt good to have the sunlight on the body again, though it is quite muted since it is late afternoon, it still felt good to have the sunlight on the body.

I stayed by the exit for a minute before I walked out of it, and right after that the door of the cave closed on its own silently. I looked at the closed door for a moment, thinking about the days I've spent inside before taking a sigh and looking forward.

The door of the cave is well hidden in the valley between the two small hills, even if the entrance of the cave opened, people would not have noticed it unless they were looking for it as it is hidden in deep bramble.

I extended my senses, which had now grown near twenty-five meters, and as I walked through the thick brambles. They did not affect me as I covered myself with my soul energy; these brambles were moved by my soul energy protection before they could even touch my skin.

Finally, after a few minutes I walked out of the Brambles and now could look around carefully.

‘Looks like I will have to climb the hill.’ I muttered inside my heart as I looked around but failed to make a connection with anything from my spot. Putting the map back into my storage, I started to climb up the small hill.

I am very careful; not only am I using my Soul energy for reconnaissance, but I am also using it mute the sound of my movements, and with the repeated practice, I have gotten quite better at it that I had barely made a sound when I walk.

Suddenly, I stopped and hit behind the tree immediately as ten meters away from me there was a team of Orcs coming in my direction.

Though they are just a team of bunch Barons which I could finish off any moment, I prefer not to as I am enemy territory, and killing here is not a good thing.

The team of Orcs got closer and closer to me till there was barely a distance of the two meters between us, but despite that, they did not notice me, they just continued talking about humans and Vampires they have fought.

I stayed on for a few minutes before I started to climb but cautiously before finally I reached the top of the hill and could see the vast forest up from here. I found a good position that lets me see everything and get discovered before I took the map and started to look around.

“Mallory Lake!” I muttered as I saw the shadow of the lake which is a little far away, I am very sure it is Mallory lake due to its distinct hexagonal shape, seeing the lake smile couldn't help but appear on my face.

Nimbus Valley from where I am abducted is not far from here. Normal Barons would not need more than three hours to get there, so it should not take me more than six hours to get there with a cautious pace.

I studied the map as I planned the route, and after planning, I sat down by the tree. The sun is still in the sky; I wanted to start my travel in the dark. Though in the night more of Orcs came back to their hideouts, even stronger ones make the appearance.

Not only will I have to hide myself from the scouts but I will also have to deal with the Orcs that came out in the night as compare to Orcs that came out during the day, the Orcs that came out during the night are eleven more dangerous as they are adept in fighting in the night. They also have the bloodlines that help them fight in the dark.

Half an hour had passed, and the sky turned grey, seeing that I got up from my spot and walked down from the hall. I have already decided on the route and would just have to consult the map and now and then before continue.

Soon the sky became dark, and it is completely dark as there is no noon in the sky, the three moons one which are always present in the sky have also disappeared. Such lightless nights are quite rare; they appear only a few times a year.

As the night fell, my vision got adjusted in it; to me, it is not a complete dark night but a rather clear twilight. Previously my night vision was not this good, but after my Bloodline Ability had advanced, it also gave a boost to my vision, so I did not have much problem seeing through the dark.

As I travel, I have come across tens of Orcs, not only Orcs, but I have also come across the scouts who are hiding very stealthily; that person, even one-meter distance from them, will not be able to discover them.

I was able to do that with my soul sense, the range of twenty-five meters is quite huge, it lets me discover before they discover me and gives me plenty of time to hide. It is solely due to it that I had remained totally undiscovered in the past three hours.

Suddenly I stopped and converged all my aura as I felt a very powerful aura scanning toward me, seeing that I had immediately activated the cloak function of my Grade 4 soul artifact.

When I first got it, I was barely able to use it, but now I could use some of its functions and one of which is cloaking. It cloaks one special energy that lets others know that I am dead, no movable object.

Unless they are truly focused on finding me and using their soul sense in the full capacity, they would not be able to spot me. Though to work cloak function, I have to stay immobile; if I move an even a bit, then others will know I am not a dead object that one is sensing.

The sense of that count passed over me, and like I had expected, it did not discover me before moving away. I stayed unmoved in my spot for ten whole minutes before I started to move again.

Two hours passed by and I had reached very near the nimbus hill when suddenly, I cursed loudly in my mind as I finally got discovered and I had been discovered the same way I had been abducted.

‘I really want to kill these sharp nose bastards!’ I cursed as I continued, though I knew it had discovered me, it did not know I had discovered it too, I will use that chance to finish off the bastard that is following me sneakily without making any noise.
