"Don't worry; I am 100% confident that I will succeed." She said as she sat in the training room. Hearing her words filled with confidence, I took a sigh and stopped nagging her.

She did not immediately start her breakthrough; she dipped her hands in her dem bag and took two things. One is small is a pink candle, and the other is a steel plate in which dense runes are carved.

She lit up the pink candle, and it started to release the calming jasmine scent and activated the formation, which began to spread the runes until it covered the meter radius surrounding her.

That silver plate is a formation plate on which a runic formation is carved. It is a ready-made formation that could be used anytime. These formation plates are insanely expensive.

The one Isabell is using is at least Grade 4; the formation carved in the formation plate is likely 'Stealth Formation,' which is used in hiding one from the soul sense as I could visibly see her but could not sense her.

It is a bit like my soul artifact, but unlike the soul Artifacts, most formation plates are expendable, they become useless after a couple of uses. The one Isabell is using seemed to already at last as its runes barely shone.

I was just looking at the formation plate when I saw a faint sanguine mist rising from the Isabelle body. She had already started the breakthrough; I was not able to sense it because of the formation.

Seeing it might take half an hour or more, I took a seat in the corner and observed the changes happening to Isabell though my eyes since my soul sense would not work due to the formation.

Though I might be able to sense what is going on around her if I tried with the aid of my bracelet, I did not. Me trying would not only expend the life of the formation plate quickly, but it will also intrusion to her privacy.

The Sanguine Mist above her started to get thicker and thicker as the energies around started to merge with mist that is coming out of her. This continued for half an hour till the language mist had completely enveloped her so thickly that I could not see her silhouette within.

This continued for a few minutes before the change in the Sanguine mist started to happen again. It has begun to less as it kept sucked inwardly; it is no doubt that it is Isabell who is sucking back the mist.

The mist kept getting sucked till I could see the Silhouette of her, a few more minutes passed, and the mist completely disappeared, and I again saw Isabell who had changed from Isabell forty-five minutes ago.

Her skin became vibrant but also pale, there shine in her skin, which made her look slightly younger and more beautiful. She looked delicious sitting there with her eyes closed that I just wanted to take a bite out of her, and I would have done that if she was not amidst her breakthrough.

I was just looking at her when her eyes fluttered open with her lip curled around for a happy smile.

"Congratulations on becoming Count." I said I walked toward her, "Thank You." She said when she suddenly appeared beside me and kissed me. This is a happy kiss; it was neither slow nor fast, perfect for this occupation of her leveling up.

"How are you feeling?" I asked after we broke the kiss, "Good, very good. My whole body is brimming with energy that wants to burst apart." she replied with a smile.

"I had been holding back on my breakthrough for years so that I could make a perfect base. Many times, I had regretted my choice, but now I saw the brimming energy that is coursing through my body, I feel all wait is worth it," she added.

She had waited for years, very few people would wait this long for the breakthrough.

Those who waited had an eye for the future, as with a perfect base, they could not retain their Elite power after the breakthrough, but they also made bast for reaching the Duke Level, which most dream of reaching.

"When you saw Shiela last time, was she still a Viscount?" Isabell asked suddenly, "She was still a viscount." I replied. "Well, means I am the first one to break through to the Count Level," she said with a laugh.

Sheila and Isabell had been childhood friends, and they compete in many things when we are talking. Sheila told me that she is planning on making a breakthrough as soon as she finds the right time.

While Isabell was smiling in victory, I felt little guilt in my heart; I did not tell Isabell that I had not met Sheila before she left for her mission. She might have made a breakthrough before she left for the mission.

I hope she did; the missions are very dangerous these days, the more powerful she is, the better chances of surviving the mission would be.

"I should go now, I've already wasted enough of your precious training time," Isabell said before she killed me for last time in the hall. "You are coming for dinner, right?" I asked when she was about to leave.

"Yes, I would never miss any opportunity to spend time with you for anything." She said and opened the door and left before I could say anything,

A smile on my face remained for a few seconds after she left. She is not the only one who likes me spending time with me; I would also like to spend time with her; if not for the two life-threatening attacks that might happen in a few days, I would have asked her to stay and would have spent the whole day in her company.

But unfortunately, it can't happen, at least for now. Now, I should just train hard as I can and complete my training targets, so I could increase my surviving chances in battles that are to happen.
