Jiang Chen was sitting on the edge of the bed chilling after making out with Xiao Nuo. He was thinking about the life after his rebirth.
Was that a dream? Could there be a dream like that? Jiang Chen thought to himself.
Kneeling behind him, Xiao Nuo wrapped her arms around his neck, her supple bosom pressed against his back.
“A penny for your thoughts. Are you regretting anything?” Then, her big eyes, full of grievance, filled with tears.
Although he knew she was faking it, Jiang Chen still felt tempted.
Xiao Nuo was a disciple of the Four Sages. She was astoundingly beautiful. To many people, she was quite aloof. However, Jiang Chen knew this woman was quick-witted and had endless energies. They had gotten married last night. It was their first night together.
The Infinity Sai was not pierced through his chest. Instead, he had this queer idea to make the most beautiful woman of the Sacred Zone kneel down beside the bed so that he could spank her with the Sai.
“Are you really regretting?!”
Seeing him not answer, Xiao Nuo, who had been joking, suddenly turned fierce. She said, “If you dare regret anything, I’ll kill you first and then commit suicide!”
Jiang Chen did not know whether to laugh or cry. He said, “I had a bizarre and absurd dream. Everyone was super real in the dream. I almost thought it was reality.”
Xiao Nuo moved agilely after hearing this. Sitting on Jiang Chen’s legs, she showed him a mysterious smile. Jiang Chen had a hunch that something would happen. It was not a good sign when she smiled like this. As expected, Xiao Nuo suddenly pressed his head into her bosom. She burst out laughing seeing Jiang Chen struggle.
“I can’t…I can’t breathe,” Jiang Chen made an effort to say.
“Can you differentiate it from reality now?” Xiao Nuo said.
Not until she had gotten Jiang Chen’s answer did she let go of him.
Seeing Jiang Chen flushing red, she grinned to show her neat teeth. Pointing at the tip of his nose, she said, “Remember, my love for you will be always true.”
“Okay.” Nodding his head, Jiang Chen said unhappily, “Don’t do this again.” Due to his exhausted pulse, Jiang Chen could not resist Xiao Nuo at all. “Where did you go?” Jiang Chen asked out of curiosity.
“To salute your parents. The Jiangs are one of the biggest forces. As your wife, I certainly should follow the rules perfectly.”
“That’s true.” Nodding, Jiang Chen added, “Why didn’t you wake me up? I could have gone with you. Didn’t they ask about me?”
“Yeah, they asked. I said you were too tired to get up early.” Xiao Nuo showed a sophisticated smile which she would only show before him. It was a double-edged remark.
“Did you really tell them that?” Jiang Chen did not believe her immediately, not sure whether she had told the truth.
“Make a guess.” Xiao Nuo lay back on the bed and crept under the quilt. Judging from her movements, she had undressed herself completely. “I need to get some sleep. Last night was exhausting.” Then she looked at Jiang Chen with a fake grievance. Flinging her underwear out of the quilt, she said unhappily, “You don’t know how to treat me well at all.”
Jiang Chen did not know what to say. He suddenly noticed the bed sheet was gone, so he asked about it.
“You are so ignorant.” Xiao Nuo suddenly became shy, which was rare. She turned her back to him.
Jiang Chen was struck dumb, and then he tumbled to the reality. She had put the bed sheet aside as a souvenir of her first night with him. He recalled last night. Everything was so vivid.
The First Young Master of the Sacred Zone and the most beautiful woman of the Sacred Zone were quite clumsy in bed. It was very painful for Xiao Nuo. It took them a long time to finally do it.
“Get out of the room. Otherwise people will laugh at us that we can’t even get up on the first day of our marriage,” Xiao Nuo said.
“Does it matter? You’re my wife.”
“Drop dead.”
The two flirted a little bit. Then Jiang Chen changed his clothes and went out. Located in the best part of the Over Cloud Palace, his room had a great view. He could see a fine view of the spectacular landscape there. Looking up, he saw the clouds over the Over Cloud Palace were dyed purple. That was purple smoke, a symbol of force.
Jiang Chen walked along the corridor. Soon, he saw a pretty woman. “Apprentice Sister Yu Qing.” Jiang Chen’s eyes lit up. He felt a joy because of the reunion.
Gazing at a square far away, Apprentice Sister Yu Qing did not notice him. Jiang Chen smiled. He knew she must be secretly watching Apprentice Brother Bai Xuan practicing his sword moves.

He looked towards the square. As expected, Apprentice Brother Bai Xuan was giving classes to young disciples. His sword movement was quite ingenious. There was a rhythm among the swordsman, the sword, and the world.
“As one of the inheritors of the Four Sword Doctrines, Apprentice Brother Bai Xuan merits his name.”
Jiang Chen was impressed. Suddenly, he turned extremely pale, his shoulders trembling. “This isn’t a dream! This isn’t a dream!”
If it were a dream, it would have been impossible for him to see how excellent Bai Xuan’s sword momentum was, because that was something only swordsmen were able to appreciate. However, if this was not a dream, what was going on?
“Young lord? Are you all right?” A man and a woman hurried to run over to help Jiang Chen stand.
“Zuo Qing, You Xuan.” These two were his right-hand assistants, whom he trusted most. They were very loyal to him too.
“I’m fine.”
Jiang Chen was feeling very conflicted. It was hard to explain. He left in a hurry to see his parents.
“Junior apprentice brother?”
Apprentice Sister Yu Qing saw him and greeted him, but Jiang Chen did not answer, which confused her.
On his way, Jiang Chen saw Senior Apprentice Brother Ji Xin and Yi Xing. Immersing themselves in the world of go as always, they did not notice him at all.
Jiang Chen walked toward the Over Cloud Palace. As he approached, a woman walked out of there. Jiang Chen stopped. He called involuntarily, “Mother.”
The pretty woman looked over. She felt worried when she saw him heavily sweating. She said, “Jiang Chen, you have a special body. You should be moderate.”
Jiang Chen recalled what Xiao Nuo had said. It turned out to be true!
“I…I’m going to see father.”
Jiang Chen arrived at the entrance to the Over Cloud Palace. An idea flashed through his mind when he was about to go inside.
Is this…is this my afterlife? Is that why I returned to the Sacred Zone and everything is so peaceful? If that’s true, why are there flaws that are so easy to detect?!
If this was a false appearance, at least it should look more real!
“Son, what’s up?” His father’s powerful low voice came from the Over Cloud Palace. Jiang Chen looked up. Another idea occurred to him.
If this is the afterlife, will the same thing happen after I’m reborn in the Realm of Nine Heavens?
As soon as this idea occurred to him, Jiang Chen found the world before him changing greatly again. The palace was exploded into pieces, and its ruin started to turn to sand. It was the building first, and then the large figure in the palace followed.
“No!” Jiang Chen felt heartbroken. He did not want all this to disappear even if it was not real.
He looked aside. Mother was disappearing along with the landscape as well. The whole Over Cloud Palace was turning to sands.
“Xiao Nuo!”
Jiang Chen ran toward his room as fast as he could.
On his way, Senior Apprentice Brother Ji Xin and Yi Xing were turning to sands. So were Senior Apprentice Brother Bai Xuan, who was practicing his swordplay, and Yu Qing, who was watching him.
He finally came to his room. He pushed the door open.
Whoosh!
The Infinity Sai whooshed across the air and pierced into his chest.
Holding the Infinity Sai in her hand, Xiao Nuo looked emotionless. And she was disappearing rapidly.
“Help us,” Xiao Nuo said mechanically.
It was finally Jiang Chen’s turn. He felt he had been back to the last few seconds of his previous life. He felt a familiar pain in his chest.
The world before him went dark again.
