“Err... are you okay now?” Wang Hao asked the woman warily. Wang Hao does now know how to deal with her due to her multiple personalities. She seemed volatile, able to shift personalities at a moment’s notice.
“Hick, I forgot to wear my amulet. Forgive me!” The woman stood up as she retrieved an amulet that hung at the corner of her room.
The amulet was like a circle divided in 9 different parts, like a pie. Wang Hao saw the woman’s expression turn relieved as she wore the amulet. The amulet then let out a glow as the woman’s demeanor changed again. She was now neither flirty, angry or sad.
“Sigh.” The woman scratched the back of her head as she gave Wang Hao an apologetic look. She fiddled with the amulet plunged into her cleavage as she said,
“Sorry for my display earlier. I was not supposed to change that personalities that easily. It just became that sporadic after I got sealed.”
Wang Hao nodded, clearly not offended at all. He raised his hands as he soothingly replied. “Don’t worry I am not holding it against you.” He then tilted his head as he asked her, “Sorry if this seems rude, but is this your you know, ‘real’ personality?”
“Oh this?” Yes, this is my personality before I gained any heads.” The woman looked at Wang Hao quizzically as she asked him, “Why, is there something wrong?”
“Ah, I just feel more at ease talking to you right now. The you in front of me feels more.... casual and comfortable.”
Wang Hao’s words were no lies. The woman in front of Wang Hao right now had a demeanor of a ‘real’ adult. Even the way she brought herself now seemed different. She was just there, talking to Wang Hao casually. She did not use any of her charms or appeal to befuddle Wang Hao.
Her eyes have no hints of dishonesty or excess emotion. She treats Wang Hao normally, with no special treatment whatsoever.
This woman was blunt and true to herself. Wang Hao liked that of course.
“Are you making some moves on me?” True to his deduction, the woman just blurted out what was in her mind currently. “You look fine to me... Maybe we can work something out later.”
“Wait I am not talking about that right now!” Wang Hao panicked as he tried to change the subject. “First, tell me your name. After that, we should discuss about this seal put on our bodies.”
The woman nodded, in agreement in Wang Hao’s terms. She sat down on the throne chair on the room casually, with her body slumped backwards. She looked at Wang Hao as she said,
“My name is Hydra.”
“You know, for a majestic Godly Divine Beast like you, that name really sucks.” Wang Hao replied immediately.
“Heh, you bet.” Hydra smiled, clearly not affected by Wang Hao’s comment. In fact, she seemed to even enjoy her banter with Wang Hao. She spread her arms in a helpless way as she said,
“Well what can I do? I was born here in the Dreamworld, and I just gained one adoptive parent. He gave me no name, so I used this name for myself.”
Wang Hao replied cheekily, “But you can think better names than that you know?”
Hydra grinned, clearly enjoying her argument with Wang Hao. She played with her gold coins as she gave Wang Hao a challenging look.
“If you are that confident, why don’t you spit out a name right now? If it’s good, maybe I can use that for myself. If it sucks, well that means your naming sense was just as horrible as your puns.”
“Wait, you heard that?!”
Hydra grimaced as she replied, “Ugh I heard that Hi Dra comment of yours. If I did not sense that you were sealed like me, I might have destroyed you earlier already.”
“Ok...” Wang Hao then used all the current mindpower that he had to think of the best new name for Hydra (SFX: Intellectual sounds).”
Minutes passed by, and Wang Hao opened his tightly closed eyes. His lips parted as he uttered the name that Hydra was asking for.
“How about Fang Anwei?”
Hydra raised her eyebrows, somewhat interested in the name. “Anwei as in comfort?”
Wang Hao nodded as re replied. “Maybe it is just me, but I felt at ease talking to you. You know, no schemes and maneuvers. We are just saying what we want.”
“Stop talking right now. You are really good with girls, aren’t you?” Hydra raised her hands to shush Wang Hao. “Hmm... that name is not bad. Okay, let me use that for now.”
Fang Anwei’s black hair swished behind her as she stood up. She stared at Wang Hao as she asked him. “Now that you know my name, tell me what’s yours.”
“It’s Wang Hao.”
“Wang Hao huh. Wait, don’t tell me, you are that Wang Hao?” Fang Anwei gave Wang Hao a wide-eyed look as she said,
“I heard rumors of a profligate Young Master who was born with a Godly Divine Beast Bloodline. It was said that he used that bloodline for his troublemaking escapades. In short, a typical Young Master. It was said that his name was also Wang Hao. I do not know about his abilities, but it was said that they were strong.”
Wang Hao scratched his head as he replied. “I actually do not know, since my memories also got sealed along with my power.”
“Wait, your memories got sealed?” Fang Anwei seems surprised by that. “Can you tell me everything that happened with you with the seal?”
Wang Hao then recounted every vital information of what the seal did to him. The power reduction, then unlocking condition and even the backslash he had right now.
Fang Anwei nodded, clearly comprehending Wang Hao’s situation. “So you will only regain your memories every time your disciple gains a stage?”
“That’s right.”

“Hmm.. and you also do not remember who sealed you. You just remembered getting sealed.”
“That’s right.” Wang Hao gave an expectant look to Fang Anwei as he said,
“Now that I told you about my seal, tell me about yours.” Wang Hao knew that Fang Anwei would not lie to him. He can feel it.
Fang Anwei then sighed as she told her story.
According to her, she was born in the Dreamworld from an egg found aimlessly floating inside it.
Of course, with the Dreamworld only suited for soul bodies, the baby Fang Anwei was almost brought to the brink of death. But her luck was great since a Dream Immortal passed by her.
A Dream Immortal was a powerful practitioner who reached immortality by training in the laws of the Dreamworld. They have control over many aspects of Dream laws, and they were considered to be invincible in the Dreamworld.
The Dream Immortal took a liking to her, and used his comprehension to mold Fang Anwei’s body to be suited to the Dreamworld. Fang Anwei does not know how the Dream Immortal did it. She just knew that he succeeded. The Dream Immortal seems to be not interested on giving Fang Anwei a name, so he named herself Hydra.
The Dream Immortal then became Fang Anwei’s father and teacher. He taught her everything he knew, until she was old enough to go by herself. The Dream Immortal then told Fang Anwei to do adventures in the Dreamworld. The only thing she was not allowed was to leave the Dreamworld.
According to him. Fang Anwei can only leave the Dreamworld once she became a Ninth Stage Powerhouse.
Years passed by, and Fang Anwei successfully reached the Ninth Stage. She immediately rushed to her foster father, with her nine heads talking to him rather joyfully.
The Dream Immortal listened to her ramblings, seemingly not tired of her. After she finished talking, she looked at her foster father expectantly, waiting for him to say something.
The Dream Immortal then gave Fang Anwei a sad smile as he said,
“Now you can do your intended job.”
It was the last thing Fang Anwei had before she lost her consciousness.
When she woke up, she found 8 of her heads sealed with a strange power. Not only that, but her powers and abilities were all restricted at the First Stage.
It was then that she received a message in her head, telling her on what to do to remove the seal.
Fang Anwei must just wait, and the petals for each flower will disappear on their own. As for when, it will be not known by Fang Anwei.
As for why she was guarding the portal, Fang Anwei just did it because she felt like it.
“Huh?” Wang Hao felt indignant after hearing this. The seal on him repressed not only his power, but also his memories! Not only that, but his unlocking mechanisms were difficult!
But look at Fang Anwei! Her memories were still intact, and she only needed to wait before her seal disappears. How convenient.
“Yeah, I feel bad now after hearing your plight.” Fang Anwei patted Wang Hao’s back as she consoled him. Wang Hao then stood up as he asked Fang Anwei,
“So you think your foster father can give us the answer?”
Fang Anwei’s eyes dimmed as she replied. “I think so. But after I got sealed, my foster father was nowhere to be found. I think he left the Dreamworld already.
Wang Hao decided to not ask more questions related to the Dream Immortal, since it might be a sensitive issue for Fang Anwei. Wang Hao also thought that she had her name changed this easily because she wanted to shed her past, and partially forget about the Dream Immortal.
Wang Hao of course was not sure if those conjectures were right.
“Sigh.” Wang Hao gave a defeated sigh as his investigation got into a dead end. He then stared at the amulet, looking at it quizzically.
Fang Anwei noticed this, so she shook it in front of Wang Hao as she said,
“After I got sealed, I found it harder to maintain one personality all the time. That means if I have 4 heads unlocked, I will have 4 personalities randomly appearing time to time. This amulet was created by someone that I saved before. With this amulet, I can suppress that random change.”
“Ok.” Wang Hao then looked at Fang Anwei as he asked her. “You know what I want to do right?”
“You want the portal back to the Underworld right?”
“Yes, and besides from letting us go back, I also want to ask if you want to go with me.”
“What?” Fang Anwei seems surprised after hearing Wang Hao’s offer. “Why are you inviting someone like me?”
Wang Hao smiled sheepishly as he said, “Well, since you haven’t left the Dreamworld, maybe you can have some fun with us in the Underworld. Besides you earned it. You need to have some trips you know. For the betterment of the mind.”
Minutes passed by before Wang Hao heard Fang Anwei’s reply.
“Ok I agree. But you must take care of me ok?”
“Of course I will.” Wang Hao smiled as both of them shook hands.
Back on the ship.
While others were busy waiting for Wang Hao, Uranus saw Jieshu shiver a little. Uranus asked her what’s wrong, and Jieshu replied,
“Maybe its just me, but I feel like another woman will be on this ship later.”
“...”
